Hi team,

I was using your xolo products from last 2years but 1 hr before my xolo 1010i got blasted automatically while charging with xolo charger . I am using this model from last 1.5years originally I purchased xolo q1100 but your service center guys replaced by phone with xolo 1010i. I was frustrated with that at that point of time as well because you guys change model of my phone. I did not raise any complaints for that but now I lost all of my personal data all my contacts I want a compulsate for the same. I am attaching pics of my blasted mobile as well kindly do the needful asap.

but service center people are not submitting the headset beacuse of the blast they are not able to see imei number on the headset & they told me that they had send a email to xolo & xolo is not replying to them & my phone was out of warranty
