I had purchased XOLO Q700 in August 2013. And I had faced first problem of MIC. Receiver may not able to listen properly. I submitted the phone to Ahmedabad service center and after waiting for 15 days I received my phone with two additional problems added with the existing problem of Speaker, Mobile Hang. Again I contacted the company regarding the problems they replied me to submit and co-operate to the service center because those service center are our authorized service center. And we are giving assurance that problems won't get created. And second time I submitted on[protected].
They returned the phone on[protected]exact 1 month) the previous problem of speaker got solved but the hang problem still persist.
I had attach two photos of Hanging problem of phone, manually after removing the battery phone may function otherwise not.
Again I mailed the company with the photographs about the problem and after waiting two days, there was not any reply.
I talked with the customer care executive then they replied that this problem will be forwarded to the senior team and then they will call you and discuss with you regarding the problem but uptill now there wasn't any response.
And this time I specified in email that I can't wait 15 - 30 for the service because previously it was managed some how but not now.
And I want my phone to be replaced nothing else, that I mentioned on the email.
I expect appropriate response from you.
