[Resolved] Xolo — Replacement/return of smart phone.

I had purchased xolo q1000 black phone from amazone on net by cash on delievery basis. But i had received defective piece hence i need to replaced or return this piece as per i had received this piece. But amazone can not followed the procedure.When i was purchased cash on delevery basis then i need replacement or return on cash on delivery basis.
