I bought an play 8x 1100 on december 1, 2014 of company which is not more than a dustbin. Its mic was not working and i submitted it to the local service centre. They said it will take 7-10 days to get partand they did not gave me any stand by. I am frustrated . They are not responding. Help me to solve this problem. Replace my phone and give me compensation or i am going to file an case against company in consumer court. My work order number[protected] and I.M.E.I number is [protected] Help me or i am going to court.. AT least they should give an standby. Now, Replace my phone and give me a brand new same phone. Now they say it will take more days. When i check online repair status it does not show any record. This company is not more than a .
