[Resolved] Xolo — Service Center Not Responding | |||
I have a xolo A600 phone purchased on 5 June 2014 . After 3 months the touch screen of the phone Started hanging up, start flickering and non responsive The back key of the screen get automatically activated and any running application gets closed automatically due to it . I submitted the phone to Rajkot Xolo Service Center on 10 Sept 2014 after 15 days on 25 Sept they said the phone is repaired but the screen was not replaced they did nothing and gave the phone back now I am facing the same problem again they are not receiving my calls and answering me properly. also the Service Center is 70 Km from my home is very difficult me to go there every now and then. PLEASE sir if any body can help me with this i will be thankful Sir i am sending the pic proof of the flickering screen Was this information helpful? | |||
