Dear Concern,
i purchased a xolo Q opus2 phone in july, after 2 months, it created problem in Power key and earphone. i submitted this phone in xolo authorized service center situated in laxmi nagar as on 31/10/2014, my Product VN no. is[protected] and till now i have not received my cell phone. after calling in service center, they reply all times that it will take 2-4 day more.
i m very disappointed with xolo service. Kindly take necessary step for the same.
