On 23 June 2014, I submitted my Xolo Q1000 at Xolo Service Care due to the problem of not charging, Work Order No.[protected].The person at care inform that it has to be sent to factory but he didnt sent it till 02/07/2014 and on 04/07/2014 he gave me the workorder no. and on that he mentioned several problems of my phone like no display which was not earlier.
I call customer care several times about the problem but not a single time I get satisfactory answer and still my phone is in under maintenance.
