i have had already tried to resolve my issue, by sending email to MD of LAVA; after going through painful, non-responsive, unprofessional customer service through [protected]@xolo.in
For 6 months, i have sent hundreds of mail to [protected]@xolo.in, and other ppl,
went service center 10-15 times, who used to behave abnormally.
Its been 1 year, since i have been waiting. So i have no interest in contacting any XOLO care anymore, and waste my time.
All i want to know is how will i be able to get my original phone parts back, or how to take legal action against XOLO,
for not honoring warranty (why i was given DOA certificate and asked to return to the seller)?!?!?!?!
