This is the third case I am seeing that XOLO phone is having a software problem when buying online. Why you sell faulty pieces?
You and your service center never respect a customers. Software problems should be resolved within 2 hours at least. What when you provide software update for particular mobile and that fails and because of that my phone could not work. And resolving such issue need 2-3 days?
Seriously I think I made a big mistake by trusting XOLO.
I guess your technical department is too weak to handle or to resolve software problems as quickly as possible.
