I had purchased Xolo A500s six months back[protected] and its display
has gone. I showed this to F1 centre in gurgaon on 28th June 14 and they said
it cannot be repaired here as we do not have parts and xolo do not allow us to
repair set. I am really surprised . Its already 10 days gone and there is
no update on set . Now service center F1 in gurgaon say it will
take 15 days .what is this ? You service in charge amit wasan also do not
pick the call and now his phone is switched off .I am really pissed off with
such attitude of xolo and have no Option but to go legal...will
wait till end of day for your response .my complaint no is[protected]
