Hello Sir/Mam, I have submitted my mobile at xolo centre Vapi Gujarat on 09th Dec 2014. It was completely dead. Your service centre replied me that you will get your mobile at 01 Jan 2015 but still i din't get my mobile. I have visited most of time the place but they didn't give me satisfy answer. It is my waste of time. I need to back my phone Asap otherwise i will complaint to consumer court. Hello All,

I have reported my complaint before the 15 Days. But still i am not getting any reply.

Please can anyone let me konw how can i get my phone return from the Xolo Company.
Now I am feeling that Xolo is the World largest fraud company.

I have updated software from your laxminagar service centre in delhi & they charged me Rs. 250/- but they had not given me the bill as your executive told me we didn't provide bill for software.
