[Resolved]  Xolo — xolo handset not return after repairing after 3months

Dear Sir, I have new xolo q3000 mobile IMEI no.[protected] purchased invoice no. E446B6/14-15/8043 dt : 13/09/2014 and have problem of touch screen is defective or not working so i give at communication merchant, XOLO authorised service centre at surat gujarat against work order no.[protected] dt 04.11.2014 for repairing against company warranty. After 25day company return me old used piece with IMEI no.[protected] which was on different owner name. so i not accept this piece due that was old used piece as well as differ owner name. I contact XOLO care about this issue So company suggest me to re visit service center and share a new work order. So i taken new work order[protected] dt 27.11.2014 against i want my own handset or brand new handset. Then xolo care contact me from phone no +[protected] dt 27.11.2014 time 12.30pm that company is commited to solve your complain with in 10 days or before 05/12/2014 and give me to my phone after repairing or new phone. Till date this complain is not resolve, i contact xolo customer care he can also not given any solution of my complain. XOLO not give any reply of my mail or not give me a phone. I kindly request to solve my complain as early as possible to do needful for this. and give me my phone or new phone against work order no.[protected]. And the time period of complain is already over too much. Kindly i request what i have to do and which date and time i get my phone. I already given mail 2 to 3 times but xolo couldn't give any reply. Regards, Jitendra Hirpara [protected]

This is ordinary common reply given to all. This is not a solution. Pl solve my issue as early as possible.
Pl give my handset after repairing if repairing is not possible give me new handset though my handset is new. After 76days of repairing till date why not return my handset

Battery not available

My Xolo X910 battery is dead since last one month and the battery is not available in service centers. I have complained online, but in vain, Can anybody see to it and make the battery available?
