[Resolved] Xolo — XOLO-Poor Quality of product and service as well | |||
I bought XOLO A600 on July month 2014, within 10 days i faced a problem in touch screen. I gave the mobile to service centre in Lucknow.They are asking 25 days time to rectify the issue.Delhi is hardly 8 hrs to reach.I found.I don't know why they require this much time.Thousands of xolo customers are waiting in queue same like me in xolo service centre.So please guys don't buy any XOLO product.Otherwise you will face very irritating experience.Get ready to go mad if you ignore my warning. I have the same touch issue with my XOLO A500S LITE model i bought in June 2014 and I am in New Delhi and have submitted the phone on 12 July 2014 still waiting for the phone to repiared and get back. Their repair factory is in NOIDA and it is taking this time for me I don't see they would be able to give your phone in 25 days. They are liars don't trust them
