dear sir / madami bought a xolo q 1010i phone on may 27
th.on june 23 rd while i was watching a video the mobile s display
suddenly got blank. i gave the mobile to guna electronics which is a
local service center.they told me that they will give the mobile by may
30, but when i went there they told me that the mobile was sent to the
comapany and it will take a time of 15 days to get repaired.i just used
the mobile for just 20 days and i have to wait another 20 days to get
repaired.. i need this mobile to be replaced, please note the imei
no:[protected], [protected]. i need mobile very urgently.. please take a quick action
