[Resolved] Xolo — XOLO Q700i not working properly

With less than 2 months from purchase, my SIM slot 1 stopped working and phone touch frature also started functioning weirdly. Without touching, the application starts opening. I have submitted the phone to Service centre on 3rd May and on 31st May, i got confirmation when i visited the service centre that i need to pay Rs. 6600 for getting the repair done, as my phone has been handled not properly. There was a physical damage. My question is if there was a physical damage, then why did not Service centre guy told me that and why it got highlighted so late. I want to replace my handset with the company, but they have denied.
