Xportsoft Technologies — amount deducted but no receipt/confirmation from reliance

My mame is prabhakar. Yesterday i paid rs 1175 to reliance postpaid number [protected]. Till now i have not received any confirmation from reliance but just from xportsoft technologies that received rs 1175.83 from you. I am being tortured by reliance staff again and again to pay the due bill amount. Why this punishment for me as i believe your service.
Please see to that i should get confirmation from reliance asap.
