I have made my mobile payment for the number [protected] against the bill raised by reliance communication on the 6th of october 2017 at 1.25 pm for rs. 435.45. The reference is orxp[protected] which was received by me immediately from paytm team.. Within two hours my connection was cutoff by reliance for non payment. I had visited the reliance stores 4 to 5 times and finally i ended up paying the amount of rs. 435.45 again to get my connection back. I request you to kindly reimburse the amount of rs. 435.45 immediately.
