This is worst delivery service My parcel reached 5 days before in Perumbavoor hub but they are not making any effort to deliver it. After 4 days it is marked CUSTOMER NOT AVAILABLE, again NEXT DAY SAME HE MARKED EVEN WITHOUT TRYING TO MAKE A CALL. Actually why he need to call the address is given why can’t he come to the address!!???? +[protected] This is the driver number… give some best employee award to him . Take yourself one award MR. Amitava Saha!!! FOR BEING THE WORST CEO, INDIA CAN EVER HAVE.YOUR KOCHI, KERALA TEAM IS FILLED WITH LAZY PEOPLE.LATER I FOUND ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM ITS FROM THE HEAD!! THEIR WHOLE ALL INDIA TEAM IS THE SYNONYM FOR WORD "''LAZINESS"' . once again congrats MR.Amitava saha

    Parcel not delivered even after 20 days

    I had booked a courier via porter app from xpressbees from kolkata to mumbai on 14th april and the estimated delivery date was on 19th april but today when i am registering the complain is 4th may, it has been 20 days that i haven’t received my parcel.. They are not even updating the tracking the last they updated was on 26th april which mentioned that its in mumbai.. From 21st to till date its in mumbai but not delivered.. I have connected...

    Bank account update

    Dear Xpress bees,
    As per instruction given by Xpress bees, i had updated my bank account details and the escalation id is E493919.its been more then a month, i am not getting any revert, i did more then 10 mails,
    Kindly recheck it and please try to release my remittance as soon as possible....

    Not delivering return product to company. On 21st April I returned the product AWB no [protected] . From 23rd April it shows that product is struck in Bangalore. It's not delivering the product to company. So that I can get my refund amount. Please solve this problem.

      Please take necessary action against those delivery boy who charge extra money, as one of your delivery boy took back the product from my hand because I refused to pay extra money and now my product is returned back to the seller.Reason they provide is that customer unavailable. Indeed strict action of those agents who charge more money.

        Hello,

        I am Rutvij (from An Art By Anokhi), a shipper of Xpressbees. I ship my business shipments through Xpressbees.

        I have been constantly asking for my refund since 01 Dec, 2022. but no response given yet.
        I have been constantly following up with my POC Ekta Solanki but she always told me that it will be done in the next remittance cycle.

        Since then I haven't got any updates from her side. Two days back, I again followed up my query and it's 25th April, 2023 (Almost going to be FIVE MONTHS) and suddenly shares that my bank details have some details missing. After five months she says that the issue is from my side and that's why I haven't got my money back.

        I will be escalating this to the consumer forum if I don't get this resolved within a week.

        Do whatever is suitable and resolve this soonest.

          Last 9 day my order is in transit and tracking status showing in the site of Xpressbees, oit gor delivery than Customer not available, customer want future delivery, customer want evening delivery without contact to me. And my amount and my order stuck. Xpressbees worst courier service

            The experience with the delivery partner for the order"Order #390072" is been pathetic as the package is not delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered by 19th April. 1st attempt failed as delivery agent was not able to reach out to me. But I was continuously following up for the next scheduled delivery and the second delivery was also marked as unsuccessful due to customer not available. But I never received the call or the delivery agent never showed up to my place. Third attempt is also similar. Despite of so many calls and follow ups they are least responsible to deliver an order. Tried contacting the customer care of Xpressbees but their customer service is very poor and extremely slow. We need to register for a callback (have registered multiple times) and we receive 1 call after a day or so despite of so many follow ups.

Your service is really bogus and third class.

                    I have order my helmet from Delhi with AWB no.                           My product which should have been delivered by now is being delayed & i get no response from their side, i also tried calling their customer care number, but no response, waste of time, i need my product delivered but only delay of so much more no. of days, this is so Disappointing & highly irresponsible, irresponsive service by Xpressbees logistics.

                            I have booked a parcel for delivery on 15th April'23. The estimated date of delivery was showing as 21st initially later it was moved to 22nd and then again it moved to 24th. No idea why they are doing such fake commitment. There is no clear picture of delaying the parcel and no idea what is the correct estimated date. Parcel are essential things and need within some timeframe misleading information and fake commitment they provide.

                                AWB number[protected], ordered from firstcry, but this particular AWB is lying in my nearest office from 17 april. But still delivery i snot happening on top of that giving fake reason that customer not available.

                                Order placed in firstcry on 16 April, marked delivery as 17. but from 17 every day till today 21st product is out for delivery but not delivered.

                                These first cry delivery process is really unprofessional. If cant delivery at least update proper reason. don't fake it

                                if possible do track these actions, this not first time from three months this only is happening.. many will have personal issue to go to store and buy product.

                                  It is for your information that i bought a product from meesho. Which is dispatched on xpressbees logistics. My product tracking id is : [protected]. I would like to inform you that i got a notification from xpressbees.in this notification i have seen that my product is out for delivery. Immediatey i have connected the delivery boy by phone call.in this phone call delivery boy refused to deliver my product in my doorstep. He advised me to collect my product from their office. I had paid delivery charge for my product in meesho. Then why your delivery boy refused to deliver my product. Is he know his duty? Is it the way to deal with the customer? Do needful immediately and take strict action against delivery boy.
