I had given shoes for repair last month, for which the delivery date was March 11, 2023. I've returned to the store twice since then, but they have yet to deliver the repaired shoes. Since I reside approximately 35kms away from the store, it is not possible for me to visit the store so frequently. However, I was assured that the shoes would be delivered to my home, but it has been 15 days and there has been no sign of delivery. Even over the calls, they talk about doing it but don't do it. I would really appreciate an early delivery of the order.
