I purchased a pair of Black Men shoes in the year 2022 from your Chandigarh sector 17 outlet. Basically it was a reserve pair kept for important functions as I was already using your co Black shoes. After my regular shoe worn out I started using this pair since 2 months. But to my shock I found that both soles with ankle soles have badly broken & worn out. Previous pair has no such problem even after 2 years. Your are requested to replace the pair immediately or I will put the whole story in social media, all forums.     Dear sir

    This is with regarding credit note cum repair memo no 62753 dated 5.4.18 for rs 2000/- at time of issuing credit note I have confirm with store manager that what will be expiry date for this note he told me that there will be no expiry for this you can any time redeem this voucher.

    But on 11.6.23 when I visit shop for purchase of shoes I told them to adjust this credit note but they refused to do so.

    I request you to resolve this matter at earliest.

    As I have confirm trice at that time that there will be no expiry date so i have not purchase any thing as there was no requirement.

    They are saying that at that time manger was different.

    Once again request you to solve matter

      I manish jha buy 2 shoes from metro mgf mall gurgaon. After 3 months my one shoes goes shrink . When i was go to shops he said we will send to main branch for replacement or refund. But still metro shoes is hiding company mistakes and saying that shoes shrink due to wear and tear. Many time i asked that proof me if this is my fault but still not company proof it. Its a totally manufacturing defect .I request to you please see my problem and ask to metro shoes please refund or replacement of my shoes. Metro shoes is harassing me . Company want to eat my 4000rs. Its totally wrong practice by metro shoes. Now i am mentally very disturb due to my money, please help me .I read many complaint against metro shoes on consumer forum, i request to you please take action against this type of company and his staff also, .

            I had given shoes for repair last month, for which the delivery date was March 11, 2023. I've returned to the store twice since then, but they have yet to deliver the repaired shoes. Since I reside approximately 35kms away from the store, it is not possible for me to visit the store so frequently. However, I was assured that the shoes would be delivered to my home, but it has been 15 days and there has been no sign of delivery. Even over the calls, they talk about doing it but don't do it. I would really appreciate an early delivery of the order.

              Dear Team, I got a cheppal in the month of April 2022 for an amount of 2700. Since I am working from home, i hardly used this cheppal. When I took it back to the showroom in the month of Jan 2023, they asked me to give it back for service and I gave the same in Feb 2023. After almost a month they have now come back starting it can't be repaired. This is completely unacceptable. I saw the new model of this cheppal and they have done some modification for better quality. Since this showroom is in a mall, i had to pay 45 rupees parking charges everytime I visit the shop. Request you to check if something can be done in this regard to reduce the price or improve the quality.

                  This complaint is with respect to Order No. MS20319723 placed on 19th January.
                  A totally different product was received, the same was brought to the notice of the customer care executives, who promised to schedule a reverse pick up.
                  After a gazillion of mails and phone calls back and forth still the product hasn’t been picked up. The Customer Care has unabashedly, asked for more and more time to schedule a simple reverse pick up. And every time after the said period has lapsed they have conveniently apologised and asked for even more time.
                  It’s been over a month and I am stuck with a totally different product which the company unabashedly doesn’t pick up.

                        I have place return order for (MS[protected] .
                        I have raise return order on 21 oct 2022 .Customer care team was in touch with me on mail till they received the return product.
                        I am asking for refund of amount no is replying on mail its almost 1.5 months and i have to follow up for my payment.
                        Last mail i have received them as below

                          I had ordered 4 pairs of sandals from Metro Shoes which were received on 24th Sept'22. Since sizes of 3 of them were not right have returned it on 30th Sept as I was told they dont have an exchange policy...Got a confirmation regarding all 3 pairs having been received by the company. Inspite of numerous mails and phone calls made to their customer service I still haven't received my refund.

                            I have purchased a chappal on 06.08.2022 at Anna Nagar Metro shoes Shop for Rs.1890/- . Within 3 months, the chappal skin is peeled off and the front side got splitted and causing me blocking and falling down. Therefore I request you to kindly replace with a new one.

                            purchased 6 pairs from metro in sale on 13th Feb 2023. started wearing one pair on 16th Feb 2023 and pasting of shoes coming out WOW. when i visited store to replace it they are suggesting me for re pasting and saying it is discounted product company will not favor you in replacing.

                            just want to know does METRO brand sell defective items in sale ?

                              I ordered a crocs clogs on metro shoes. After receiving the product I came to know that they sent WRONG COLOR. So I booked return and refund in their website. A week was gone but no steps were taken from their side. So called their customer care and spoke to them, in which they told me that my area was unservicable and told me to courier it myself to the same address from where it came. I did exactly the same. After that one more week gone still no response from them. So again I called the customer service and spoke to them multiple times throughout the course for 10 days. They asked me courier slip and this and that. I provided all the information. Finally they said wait for two days. No response. Like this they said multiple times but they are not taking any action from their side

                              After I filed the complaint here, I talked to the customer support one more time, but still no refund process initiated. Then I got an email from the metro shoes([email protected]) couple of days later saying your refund is processed. I got the refund on 2.10.22. Thanks to consumer complaints team for the help

                                  Worst products repair

                                  I am hereby raising complaint for the product and demanding exchange of the product.

                                  I give my product for Repairing in a new conditions, bt they returned it in a damage conditions.. Stones are missing in the front portion of shoe. The product number are mismatched and the original box was missing.. They delivered the same shoe with another number.

                                  I want my original shoe back in the same conditions, other...

                                    I placed the order and made the payment online it's been more than a month
                                    1. Payment was deducted however the order was not placed
                                    2. I received message after a day order has been confirmed
                                    3. Order was delivered almost after 3weeks
                                    4. The moment i received the order i placed the return request as the pumps were too big for me and just fyi there were multiple scratches on maroon pumps
                                    5. Pumps were picked up almost after 14-15 days
                                    6. Since then I'm following up for my money and today i received message that refund has been initiated now Guess what

                                    They have initiated the refund request for one pair only
                                    I paid 5980 for 2 pairs and they have not initiated the full payment.

                                    Worst shopping experience and I'm concerned about my money

                                      Regarding damaged product of Metro Shoes

                                      I purchased a flat brown sandal from Metro Shoes, Janpath, BBSR dated[protected] at the price of 1499/- but today[protected] while walking around I found that the sole has been detached from the base. Within 2 months I have used this slipper only 10-12 times. During purchase time the sales executive told me that the soles have been stitched with the slipper body but later I found that the soles have been pasted with the gum. I have never...
