Clothing from The souled store

Address: Powergrid corporation of India limited, Vill+Po-Tarkela, near Patepali Road

I have ordered clothing from the souled store. . I get updates till the order is out for delivery. After that I receive messages like customer not available at address or phone no not reachable. Every other delivery partner is Able to reach my location but expressbee. The order is not delivered nor do I receive any calls from delivery executive or the company. And the order gets. . The delivery service is very poor . . And I'm facing this...

I have received a message now in WhatsApp stating the ordered item couldn't be delivered to me today (20-Mar-23) since
I was not available. But i didn't get any call or email or message yet from the delivery executive apart from the attached. What's the issue? When my order will be delivered?

I had called to your customer care executive today morning regarding the delivery status of my order.

    I has ordered a product from meesho and when the product arrived it was not delivered to me and the order was cancelled. The delivery boy tried to contact me and I did not receive the phone. Before this order another order he refused to deliver at the below said location . I want to get the situation checked

      The subject mentioned consignment was picked up by your courier from M/s Piramal Wellify order number 145483 dt. 07.03.2023.
      Today even after 13 days elapsed, your courier has not been able to deliver the consignment to our given address.
      Please note that this consignment was prepaid and ordered by me for the given address.
      Now yesterday we received a message from your courier office at the town of Debra, West Midnapore Dt, West Bengal, Pin 721124, that the delivery attempt failed, which we feel is a concocted statement by your office at Debra, since we did not receive any phone call for delivery from your office.
      Now since your Debra office failed to deliver the consignment, so we want you to give us the contact phone number and address of your Debra office so that we can arrange to pick up the consignment from your Debra office in West Bengal.
      Please note that if we fail to receive the consignment from your office then we will consider approaching the Consumer Court for proper redressal of the issue.
      We are attaching herewith all relevant proofs for your doing the needful immediately.

        I have ordered some medicines from Pharm Easy on 10th March and it was received in local hub on 14th March. 4 days gone but the product is not delivered and I have contacted in Customer no several times and they Give assurance it will deliver in 24 Hours from last 3 days. Kindly take necessary steps to deliver the product soon.

          was supposed to get delivered by 16-03-23 but delivery partner updated false information that receiver is not available as parcel to be delivered was opened unauthorized without my knowledge by them.

            The courier partner has not attempted any delivery despite the shipment being at my closest delivery office since 9 days.
            I have repeatedly got in touch with the consumer care team and they have been absolutely no use.

            I am unable to reach to the delivery branch either. I am left completely hanging and in dark as to where and what has happened to my consignment with no feedback or updates from them.

                The product has reached its destination address at 9th March and its already been 16 th of March everyday its showing out for delivery but at the end of the day its showing that delivery delayed as customer requested but they dont even call or message us about the product. Please see into the matter .

                  I have ordered in ajio and they gave me an awb number while checking the shipment status in xpressbees site it shows 'no information found'. I have sent mail to xpressbess - no response, tried customer care number got a call recording stating the number does not exist.

                  Did they (Ajio) actually shipped my product or is this an error from xpressbees i need an information as soon as possible and need to know the status of my order.
                  Please do the needful.

                        My Product with AWB number [protected] was supposed to be delivered by March 9. But when tracking the product, it shows the current location as Kolkata for the last 8 days. Normally 7 -8 days is the delivery duration of a product. But it's getting 13 days since it shipped the product
                        Even when calling their customer care, I'm not able to connect.

                        If I called their customer care from my number, then call from the same number will not connect to their customer care. Also I have registered call back several times and I didn't get any call from their customer service. I cannot cancel or return the order since I have not received it. XpressBees is the worst Courier service. I have faced the same issue from this courier service several times

                          I ordered a product from MuscleKart.com on 28th Feb 2023 and the courier service they used is xpressbees. The parcel was supposed to deliver on 5th March but I received a mail that it'll be late and delivered on 7th March. But today it's 11th March and the parcel has not been delivered.

                          Since 5th March my shipment is stuck in the nearest hub. I contacted XpressBees Support and they said you shipment will be delivered in 24-48 hours but after 3 days it is still stuck in the nearest hub. Please help!!

                              Dear sir,

                              This is third time an employee of xpressbees has scanned the package by himself and marked 'Customer not available' without any delivery attempt and order get back to RTO without contacting me or calling me. I did check with them my contact no and address is correct .

                              I did talk to assign delivery executives 'Pawan Kumar (222596)' and jeetan kumar (199766) both were on leaves on delivery day and according to them status marked as 'Customer not available' by internal team.

                              Order was placed on Jan 24, 2023 and more than one month completed but parcel not delivered yet. That the second time order was placed, first time it was lost by same courier services.

                                I have been tracking my shipment with xpressbees [protected]. The shipment was created on 2nd march and was supposed to be delivered by 7th march. The package hasn't changed location since 3rd march. I have sent multiple queries to the company through their website, which they promised to reply within 24 hours. I have received no such reply.
                                It is extremely unfortunate that I have to post here in order to find a resolution.
