My item from Jiomart was to be delivered on 17th March.Till today they have not delivered but I get message out for delivery I wait till 10pm no one comes.Nextday get a message we tried you were not there

    We received a courier from xpressbees which we never ordered.
    Delivery guy was not handing over the package and asked for money first.
    We paid 1499 as xpressbees was supposed to be a trusted brand and when we checked the parcel, it was a torn out shirt with no labe;l.

    There was no information about the sender.

    This is clearly a scam and xpressbees is a part of it.

    I need my 1499 back as soon as possible.

      Fraud Scam alert

      Address: Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra - 411014
      Website: www.xpressbees.com

      We received a courier from xpressbees. We had no clue who sent it and it was COD.
      We tried enquiring if we can open the courier by the delivery guy did not allow us to open the courier. He insisted on paying 1499.
      We had to pay the amount to receive the courier.

      There was no return address.
      The shirt inside the package was torn and there was no label. We did not even order the shirt.

      I ordered a dress for my baby from firstcry..they shipped..it was next day delivery but today is 10th day didn't got my parcel..i called to firstcry customer service i asked them to give me proper date of my orders they said I I can't tell u exact date..plz firstcry change ur courier partner from xpressbees they r not delivering on time no updates also given ..

        Dear team I have received all TORN clothes and I have paid in COD and a request to the team to kindly stop the payment to the concern vendor as all the products are Fake

          My security deposit money is not providing

          Horrest experience in my life to working with this company last 3 months. Now i was give up the delivery frenchise and clear there shipments. They are promised me your security deposit money credited to your account next 15 days but this company is not credited any amount in my account. Now going 2 months they were no reply to me. I want my money back please help me...

          Its been 5 days now since my order [protected] has been made(tracking id-[protected]). Original delivery date was 22 march, its 25 march today and still there is no update on order delivery.
          Pathetic experience, i would not recommend samsung or any other ecom site to continue their services with xpressbees.
          Please help me prompt order delivery and register my complaint

                Product has reached Hyderabad on March 18th and delivery sate is March 18th and today it is 22nd March still it is not Out for delivery.

                When we raise a complaint to Xpressbees, the customer care people are saying that it get delivered the next day. But its the same from last 5 days.

                  I have ordered clothing from the souled store. . I get updates till the order is out for delivery. After that I receive messages like customer not available at address or phone no not reachable. Every other delivery partner is Able to reach my location but expressbee.                   I have received a message now in WhatsApp stating the ordered item couldn't be delivered to me today (20-Mar-23) since
                  I was not available. But i didn't get any call or email or message yet from the delivery executive apart from the attached. What's the issue? When my order will be delivered?

                      The subject mentioned consignment was picked up by your courier from M/s Piramal Wellify order number 145483 dt. 07.03.2023.
                      Today even after 13 days elapsed, your courier has not been able to deliver the consignment to our given address.
                      Please note that this consignment was prepaid and ordered by me for the given address.
                      Now yesterday we received a message from your courier office at the town of Debra, West Midnapore Dt, West Bengal, Pin 721124, that the delivery attempt failed, which we feel is a concocted statement by your office at Debra, since we did not receive any phone call for delivery from your office.
                      Now since your Debra office failed to deliver the consignment, so we want you to give us the contact phone number and address of your Debra office so that we can arrange to pick up the consignment from your Debra office in West Bengal.
                      Please note that if we fail to receive the consignment from your office then we will consider approaching the Consumer Court for proper redressal of the issue.
                      We are attaching herewith all relevant proofs for your doing the needful immediately.

                        I have ordered some medicines from Pharm Easy on 10th March and it was received in local hub on 14th March. 4 days gone but the product is not delivered and I have contacted in Customer no several times and they Give assurance it will deliver in 24 Hours from last 3 days.                             The courier partner has not attempted any delivery despite the shipment being at my closest delivery office since 9 days.
                            I have repeatedly got in touch with the consumer care team and they have been absolutely no use.

                            I am unable to reach to the delivery branch either. I am left completely hanging and in dark as to where and what has happened to my consignment with no feedback or updates from them.

                                  I have ordered in ajio and they gave me an awb number while checking the shipment status in xpressbees site it shows 'no information found'. I have sent mail to xpressbess - no response, tried customer care number got a call recording stating the number does not exist.

                                  Did they (Ajio) actually shipped my product or is this an error from xpressbees i need an information as soon as possible and need to know the status of my order.
