Dear Team,
I have sent an multiple emails and called several times to Xpress bees customer support but they are not giving a proper response to me .
Not even received any call from delivery agent but the status is showing Customer refused to accept order..Delivery boy uploaded fake delivery status and this is totally unfair.
No one is taking the responsibility .. Kindly help .

Please find the below email and help me on this request.. received a worst service from your delivery partner "Xpressbess" I am waiting for my shipment since two days but today I received the following message .."Xpressbees couldn?t fulfil delivery of your AJIO Order AWB: [protected], as customer refused to accept order. For assistance, please call[protected]"
However I called Xpressbess customer care but not giving a proper response.
Not even received any call from delivery agent but the status is showing Customer refused to accept order..
Please help to send my order with proper/genuine delivery partner and do the needful.
