    Delivery person is not ready to come to the address and deliver the product. Fake status is updating saying the consignee not available. Purposefully delivery person not attending call but just updating status that i'm not reachable. This happens when ever my online shopping comes for expressbee delivery service. Already faced same issue when ordered product in ajio.com, product not delivered and sent back to ajio itself. Now again facing problems. Calling expressbee customer service and registering complaint. Still not received the product.

      I order fitbit versa + boat airdopes combo pack from shopgadgets.co.in and somehow it was delivered xpressbee and it was a cash on delivery option we had to pay 1800 rs and we recieved unbranded watch and and unbranded earphone then we contacted the delivery boy but he isn't picking up the phone and not answering

        I had ordered in snapdeal it was handed over to xpressbees courier. Its expected date of delivery was on or before 10th july but, yet i haven't got any response from the courier service. Could you please check where is my order? When did i get my order?

                  I have placed a order in take saree on july1st. But still i didnt recieved a parcel. I informed the courier service about changing the address. They told yes you will recieve to your new address. But tha parcel was revert back to bangalore. So please take an immediate actions and deliver my parcel as soon as possible

                    I would like to hereby inform you that i had raised a replacement request for my Boat Bassheads 242 on 28th of June. Later on 29th of June my product pickup was generated for servicing and replacement. Its been almost 10 days but the repaired or replaced product is not yet delivered at the given address via xpressbees, neither i received any call from any of the executive regarding the delivery. However when i checked the status of product on xpressbees.com, i came to know that product is already delivered on 8th of July. Anyhow i didn't received the product nor i got any call to receive the same.

                    Bro, it has been delivered to Boat Service center(😂😂😂)not to you .Can't you understnd even that, lol.Biat will send you the replacement through another tracking ID not the same one .😂😂😂

                        Tracking shows product has been delivered even though I haven't received it

                        I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 1st July . On the 4th of July it showed as out for delivery and on the 7th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product....

                              Hi,

                              Please consider this mail on a urgent basis.

                              I was delivered with a message that i shall be receiving my order awb no : [protected] on 29th june 2020 and today it is 4th july 2020. However it is sad to bring into notice that i have still not received the packet although it marks delivered. I spoke to the delivery guy, where he informed me that he has kept it with the guard but i have checked with the security gaurds for more than 10 times and the packet has not been delivered.
                              Also please check the sign update provided and the signature i use for approval, both of them are different.

                              I would certainly request you to help me regarding this and grant me with a resolution at the earliest.

                                I already raised a complaint and I get a message telling customer changed the mind and no longer wants the product..this is the worst service ever I need my order . This is not a joke we are paying money for the products and you'll are doing whatever you'll want. Don't even have the decency to call the customer or answer the calls. This is the second time my order has been cancelled. How can you'll cancel the order when the fault was from your side. I need my order by tomorrow. I hope you'll send it and be apologetic for doing wrong to the customers

                                  I was supposed to receive my order on 30th June but got a message saying customer was not available. I called and told them that I haven't received any call so how can you tell I wasn't available. I was told I will receive the order by 2nd July but again it said the same..today I got a message saying customer refused to accept the order. This is extremely wrong . How can you'll just blame me when I haven't even gotten a call or even a notification on my gate app . And when I'm trying to call the customer care it's either busy or no one bothers to answer the call. I need my order by 6th of July . Hoping this matter will be looked into. This is not the first time I'm facing the same issue.

                                    Dear Team,

                                    I have sent an multiple emails and called several times to Xpress bees customer support but they are not giving a proper response to me .

                                    Not even received any call from delivery agent but the status is showing Customer refused to accept order..Delivery boy uploaded fake delivery status and this is totally unfair.

                                    No one is taking the responsibility .. Kindly help .

                                    Please find the below email and help me on this request.. received a worst service from your delivery partner "Xpressbess" I am waiting for my shipment since two days but today I received the following message .."Xpressbees couldn?t fulfil delivery of your AJIO Order AWB: [protected], as customer refused to accept order. For assistance, please call[protected]"

                                    However I called Xpressbess customer care but not giving a proper response.

                                    Not even received any call from delivery agent but the status is showing Customer refused to accept order..

                                    Please help to send my order with proper/genuine delivery partner and do the needful.

                                      I got a tracking ID for my shipment which was shipped VIA XpressBees Logistics on 1/July/2020. Until now 5/July/2020 the tracking ID has not yet been active and their customer care is showing wrong information. The product is valuable to me. Please help me.
