    This is to inform you with deep regret that I have a prepaid shipment AWB number [protected] from Vamaship that was supposed to be delivered by the 15th Jul 20. On 19th July 20 I have received a message from you that my package is out for delivery, as I did not receive my package I called to your customer care on 20th July 20 and spoke to Venkatesh and he said that he spoke to your delivery partner and the order will be delivered to me on 20th July 20. As I still didn’t received it I called up again to you customer care today morning (21st July 20) and spoke to one of your executive and he said that my package is damaged and you will not be delivering it and I need to ask my seller to resend a new package, when asked to provide a written confirmation so that I can speak to my seller as well as why this information was not been shared with me and why did Venkatesh didn’t inform the same to me and why he said the package will be delivered to me, he disconnected the call. Post that I have not received any call from your end. The Shipment Status Details is been changed post my call to your customer care.

    Today (22/07/2020) i called up again to get a revert on the email that i had sent as per you agent on 21st July, and spoke to Shivani and in middle of the call she disconnected the call. called up again and spoke to Vishal and asked if I can speak to some with higher designation in customer care to get a resolution to which Vishal said he cant transfer the call and will arrange a call back within 1-2 Hrs, and said if I do not get a call I should call back.

    Is this the customer service that you have. Highly Disappointed by your services.

      I placed my order from purple.com on 30th june 2020. Estimated delivery that purple gave me was on 13th july due to covid pandemic. Shipment was couriered through xpressbees. But while tracking my order it showed that my order has been reached my district and not my nearby service centre on 4th july.in xpressbees the estimated delivery is shown as 7th july. But i waited till 13th july, still there is no call from the delivery agent. I informed xpressbees customer care on 14th july and they said they will be delivering once it reaches my nearby service centre. Still there was no improvement. I contacted purple customer care on 19th july and they said they have informed xpressbees for urgent delivery and it will be delivered to you within 2 days. I again tracked my order and as per purple customer care my order reached my nearby service centre on 21st july at 10.34am. Today is 22nd july 10.10 am. Till now i haven't received any call from the nearby service centre. I don't know why aren't they delivering my package. Please help me solve this.

        This incident started on 19th july2020 my name is manisha arora
        I have a packet to be deliveredin south point mall as my office is in the mallwhose timings are till 8pm which is sent via xpressbees courier from last two days in the morning i receive a message that your order will be delivered today and by the evening i receive a message that you asked for a future delivery and next day it says you were not available, when i was not at all asked or intimated for delivery how can you people make such assumptions. This is what your customer handling is this is how you treat customers it is a prepaid order your courier boy or any official if drops that order or take it. Whom will we ask. I lodged complaint in your customer care also but no resolution so i would like to talk to the owner of the company and i can easily take out the details i need a resolution to it. This is customer harrassment. My office is in the mall the mall closes by 8 pm i had received a message that packet will be delivered between 9am to 7pm no attempts are made at all kindly resolve this. I want my packets to be delivered today itself.

          Hi Team,

          I am really not happy with your shipping service. Since last 4 days I have been getting messages stating that the service boy is not able to locate my address to pick up for the return shipment.

          So, I have personally went to your office which is located in Neredmet, Telangana, 500094. And got an update stating that there are unable to find the shipment reference number and been requested the leave the parcel at there office. But since last 5 hours I have been trying to reach them for the turn shipment reference number and no ### takes the call.

          I, really hate your company service... but firstcry company does not understand the CUSTOMER pain and only for money sake there take your stupid service.

          I, kindly request you to look into this issue asap.

            My 2 Packages From Flipkart Were At Deoria2 Of XpressBees. On First Day When Package Was Out For Delivery He Contacted Me & Asked Me That Can He Deliver It Tomorrow. I Said Fine. And For Next Four Days My Package Was At Deoria2 & Everynight At 10 They Showed Out For Delivery & Then Showed I Asked To Reattempt. After 4-5 Days Both The Packages Went Into RTO. Also Flipkart Seller SuperComNet Cancelled The Order As These Persons Stated Them That I Have Refused To Accept The Order. Don't Know Why They Do This. There Were Gifts For My Mom & Dad For There Wedding Anniversary. Please Take Strict Actions On People Of Deoria2 XpressBees.

                I registered a complaint through support boat of my dala cable you delivery guy took my product from my home. it's been 1 month no info or message came. my reverse pickup no. is[protected]. Please help me as soon as possible

                  Estimated delivery date is om 16th july and its out fr delivery 2 days back.. I havent even received any calls or texts reg delivery boy... And i m siting with amnt fr 3 days...2 parcels of mine is not yet received.. I have even complained through phone.. But again d same repeated today... Whats wrong wid u ppl... I[censored] cant deliver.. Even i[censored] say. Mi can receive from ur office atleast.. And i m hating it... I need it by tmrw.. Else seriously u will be kicked off from market fr sure

                    My delivered product quality is bad and different... I want to change my product. I'm contact delivery boy but he didn't response.. I'm from purnea bihar pin-854301 delivery from xpressbees delivery bo name-kiranjeet phone number-[protected].. Problem with me i ordered from mr. Dapperfits but order not complete... An hour after call from mr. Dapperfits she say me! Order available on cod then i confirmed my order at calll.. So that i have no idea what is do.. So in falut of my product the responsibility is xpressbees.. So please solve my problem..

                        I have a shipment from mumbai to imphal, manipur.

                        I placed my order on 7th of july and the expected delivery date was 10th of july and they postponed in to 16th of july.
                        But today is 19th of july and i have not recieved my order yet.
                        And my order status has not been updated since 16 th of july
                        My last order status was:
                        Arrived at gau/hub at guwahati, assam
                        I tried to contact their customer care no. But no use. They cut the call just after i pressed 9, as they asked ro press 9 to talk to an executive.

                          6 delivery boys have denied picking up the return parcel. Due to large size of parcel, all of them have denied to pick up on bike. However i have communicated same to mr. Amol from pune office, and every time he says to send four wheeler next time for pick up.

                          It has been almost 15 days today and again he has sent a boy on bike to pick up and same was denied.
                          Can someone confirm who and when this return parcel would be picked as amol and team are not helping on same.

                            I had received one phone from ‪+[protected]‬ this morning. The boy wanted to know whether i will receive the product or not and use unauthorized word and toning me by repeating my words and tone very badly. For the information i am at present the principal of dalkhola college. It is very alerming that if i hackled by this boy what happened with other general girls. I think when govt are very much aware of women's dignity your delivery boy is not trained about the his behaviors with us. Please see the matter seriously.

                                Yesterday i receive a text message for pick the product with a your pickup boy mobile no.
                                I try that mobile no. Many time but no gave me answer than i receive a massage in evening xpressbee couldn't pickup the order of imagine market. As customer request. How is possible??? I dont gave any request that type. Please take the stikly action immediately for this type of pickup boy in future better comunication & services

                                      I registered a complaint about my earphones in may. The got picked up and return to the origin. But now its been more than 3 months I still don't get that back, and on tracking earlier it was showing Whhandover and out for delivery on 6th june 2020 but i don't get that amd now on tracking it is not showing any information about product and its shipment . So what happened to my parcel and when will I get that. This delay is just done by your company, why this is so?
