Sir/madem,
I had suffered a lot from your staff and delivery boy behaviour. Its spoiling courier image in customers view as well as for snapdeal. I got sms from xpressbees with tracking no.[protected] out for delivery on today 19.05.2020 itself. When i contacted to the courier boy dheeraj shukla with contact no.[protected] then he asked me to come and collect item from their office. I explained my adress properly besides mentioned clearly on item. He misbehaved in unpleasant way saying we will not deliver on your adress on either cost, come and coolect if you need. I would like to bring in your notice that my adress is hardly 10 minutes bike journey distance from city center and i got a number of courier delivered on same adress.
Its unfair to mark any adress as wrong and refusing to deliver.
I hope you will take action or i will go to consumer forum.

        This delivery person is from expressbees his number is [protected]. I received a call while i was sleeping after working night shift. "he shouts at me do you want the courier or not". I requested is it possible to deliver at any other time slot n he used abusive slang n disconnected the call. My order number is [protected]. I called customer care to complain against this guy n it's not taking my phone number or the order number in the ivr. I have emailed them n got no response till date. It's been two days now. Please sue this guy for using strong language n abusing a customer. My name is santosh. Reach me at [protected] or email [protected]@gmail.com. Thank you please help asap.

          I was order from flipkart cod service today my order is out of delivery by xpressbees logistics i got a sms by courier company xpressbees that my order is successfully delivered than i call the mobile number given by sms xpressbees executive told me that i was sold out your order to another person who give me extra money i can't give you your order you can do what you want. Than i can see my flipkart a/c your order is successfully delivered but i didn't receive my product...

          I didn't Receive my Product but Got sms Product Delivered Successfully

          Dear Sir,
          I Was Order From Flipkart COD Service Today My Order Is Out of Delivery By XpressBees Logistics I got a SMS By Courier Company XpressBees that my order is Successfully Delivered than I Call The mobile number given by SMS Xpressbees Executive Told me that I was Sold Out your Order To Another Person Who Give me Extra Money I can't give you Your Order You can Do What you want. Than I can See My Flipkart A/c Your Order is Successfully Delivered but I didn't receive my Product...

            Iam the reseller and first time iam facing such type of problem in my business, my customer is complaining me again and again that she has not received her package even after 1 and half months after arriving to the location. She has also contacted delivery agent but no response from him; and also tracker is providing the wrong information that the item is received by the customer, which is totally wrong.. Please provide me help to get back the product to the customer or full refund🙏

                Hi,

                I have ordered some products from meadbery on march 20. Due to lockdown it is late delivery that i agree. But when the product is reached to my city office of xpressbees 5days before and from the office i get the message that product will delivery today this the 5 day still i have not received my product and the person who's contact no is shared to me for contact he is not giving me any information properly and disconnects the call this is rediculious and irritating.

                If my product get any kind of damage or get spoiled i will charge a case on courier company for my loss.

                I am sorry to say but your service is rediculious no words.

                            I ordered this product from Maxbhi.com on 17 th march Which was Supposed to deliver on 23rd March But it was Delayed due to Lockdown.
                            My sister self Picked the product from the Base on Monday since her Hostel is Near by.
                            And My sister deliver it to me Today and to my Surprise When i Opened it There was 3/6 inch Thermacol inside instead of LCD Infinix hot S3.

                            I got a message that my product is out for delivery, then few hours later i get this message: "xpressbees has held delivery of your cni etail solu.. Order awb:[protected], as address incomplete and mobile unreachable. For queries contact:[protected]h."
                            The company never tried to call me and my number is reachable and complete.
                            And i also provided my complete address.
                            Please fix this issue.

                              I placed an order on fbb which has to be delivered by xpressbees.
                              I am unable to track it. I don't know whether it will be delivered or not.
                              I need this product as soon as possible. I contacted customer care but no one answered the call and it gets disconnected automatically.
                              Whenever i tried to contact the customer care the ivr forward me to enter the tracking number or registered mobile number and when i enter the details it tells me that i had entered the wrong number what i should do.

                                    I ordered in snap deal. My order was not delivered yet. But the status was delivered. They gave that parcel to some other person.
