My xpressbees order with awb no : [protected] is showing delivered in tracking details but i never recieved it. The last message i received was that it will be delivered by vivek solanki (Mob : [protected]), but i have not received any call from him and his phone is coming switched off.
Please help

      A courier executive ([protected]) from xpressbeez denied to deliver parcel and before delivery called customer to don't accept the parcel.
      His opinion is he will not deliver any parcel from bigfoot company.
      As i have audio recording once i talked to that courier executive.

        I have booked a consignment. But you people are not delivering that. You people are only writing wrong facts. Such as my address is not complete my phone no in not reachable. I have requested to deliver another time. All this are wrong. You people are writing wrong thing. You people are not able to deliver item. This is ridiculous. So cancel my order due to not delivering item in time. And give my refund

          My boat wireless earphones has been sent for repair/replace on may 12 still didn't reach me, when i open the website and checked the status of the delivery it shows as out for delivery on 30th may, status as dto but didn't reach me yet or there is no communication from courier service as of yet.

          I'm kindly requesting to you let me know the precise day of return of my product to me. And make sure that my product will reach me

                Hi! I'm an online vendor of herbal products. We had received an order online on 2nd march, 2020 from a customer in mumbai. Order was shipped on 3rd march, 2020 via an courier service xpressbees with awb [protected] (Invoice attached) through platform shiprocket. Order was out for delivery on 9th march further there are two theories according to seller and shiprocket. Both are explained below:

                According to shiprocket & xpressbess: 3 attempts were made to deliver the product on different dates but customer refused to accept the order.

                Then the order was put in rto and returned back to seller. (Tracking details attached)

                According to seller: order was delivered on 9th march in its 1st attempt. A delivery boy of xpressbees arrived with rto to seller on 9th may but seller refused to accept because the packet was in bad condition and was manipulated. Then seller asked the customer and customer has confirmed the delivery.

                  Xpressbees courier partner is worst not trustful... They deliver product but never return any defected products... And send message that customer not want to return when i talk to customer they says nobody had come to return their product so they thought that it is a scam...
                  I have just seen many scams of xpressbees... Thats all
                  I will make a youtube video on it and also file a cyber crime
                  And mark your service as a fraud...

                    I am utterly disappointed by one of your courier picking boy.
                    He always use to still my items while picking up and delivering the return. I'm tired of this courier picking person.

                    I had a delivery (Order no. Gshm6700y000n5a) from shein.in which was to be done by xpressbees with order tracking id [protected]. The delivery guy contacted me on 6th of may when i requested future delivery. Then on 15th and 18th may the delivery was rescheduled and both of which was cancelled by the delivery person without contacting me. Now my order is returning back to the warehouse. Because of miscommunication from some stupid delivery guy, i'm suffering. Now when i call shein for the same, they ask to consult the logistics and on asking the logistics they ask me to contact shein. They certainly do not respect their customers.

                      The reversal pick up was cancelled due to xpressbees couldn't pickup the order awb:[protected] as qc parameter fail. But it was from the courier company side and not by the customer.

                        My reversal pick was arranged but the pick was cancelled. The cancellation was from your end and not customer end. The reson was xpressbees couldn't pickup the order awb:[protected] of imagine market.. As qc parameter fail.

                          I am not getting any update regarding my boat airdopes 381 pick up and complaint status. I don't know where it is when it will be coming back. It shows it's in mumbai by using awb no. But when i am using ticket number to trace the status of the product i can't trace it because when i submit ticket numberbin the shipment tracing head it shows no data found. Where the hell is my product i don't know. Boat hasn't contacted me directly and xpressbees is not providing proper detials. It's like my product is gone forever.

                            My name is jay parekh and my awb no is[protected], i was expecting the courier yesterday as it is mentioned on xpressbees tracking details but still the courier has not arrived, i called them yesterday i. E on 22.05.2020 on their customer care no and spoke with a lady yesterday, she told that due to the manpower issues we want be able to deliver the courier today we will deliver on 23.05.2020, but today also i have not received my courier hence i called the contact center again and spoke with a guy name nikhil he told that before monday your courier will not arrive so i asked him that if that's the case why is it mentioned 22 may as delivery date on their website, so he is telling me that their sales partner has mentioned that and xpressbees is not responsible for the late delivery, so i just want to understand that if xpressbees is not responsible then why are they giving their awb no and why are they putting tracking status on their website, are they just sitting to gain profit, and i told him that i want to speak with his manager so he started showing me attitude and he told that it will take 24 working hours to arrange the call back and as tomorrow is a sunday it will not be counted as a working day, so i got pissed of and told that i will not hang the call until he connects to his manager, so he gave me a false assurance saying that he will arrange the callback by eod but still i haven't received any call from xpressbees, hence i want to complaint against xpressbees and nikhil as he have wrong commitment, firstly they are not delivering on time and showing attitude, i have also conplained on their website and i am attaching the screenshot of that aswell, kindly take strong action against them

                              I have ordered various essential cosmetics products on purplle app order id being[protected]. As i am working in public sector bank i have provided my office address as shipment address, so that delivery could be easier. My place of work and resident is in different cities. I found a dissatisfactory delivery system. The delivery boy reached the office at non working hours at 7:47 a. M in the morning. I informed him that shipment address is my office address and advised him to drop the parcel between 10:30 a. M to 4:00p. M (Office hours), which he agreed. Then i got the call at around 9:30 a. M for receiving the delivery. I was not present in that city. I asked him the reason to reach the office at non working hours, he told me that some other person will be droppinh the parcel before 4:00 p. M. But later i got the message that the delivery has been postponed for future on my request which was not done by me. The message elaborated that delivery will be done in next 24 to 48 hours. The banks i. E my office is closed for 3 days till monday i. E 25.05.20120. I called the delivery boy numerous times but call was not received for any queries to be done. The delivery co being xpressbees. I found that wrong updation done on system regarding delivery. Tracking id being[protected]. The name of the delivery boy is naveen chaudhary as per true caller and mob. No. Being [protected]. Kindly look into the matter and arrange the order to reach me on tuesday without any more issues.

                                  You have a parcel delivery which belongs to my name and my phone nmbr and address which i mentioned above,, the parcel sent from asansol and the sender's phone number is-[protected]. He sent a parcel to me to above address on[protected]. But still the parcel isn't send to me.. The sender is couriering 1st time so he don't know about the tracking i'd so he only noted the parcel receiving code and attached the bill with parcel and sent to me,, so i or he have no any arrow bill number.. Bt parcel is palced to my name and my address and my phone number,, i'm the receiver.. And i'm unable tp track my parcel... Kindly do something and send parcel to me..

                                    Sir/madem,
                                    I had suffered a lot from your staff and delivery boy behaviour. Its spoiling courier image in customers view as well as for snapdeal. I got sms from xpressbees with tracking no.[protected] out for delivery on today 19.05.2020 itself. When i contacted to the courier boy dheeraj shukla with contact no.[protected] then he asked me to come and collect item from their office. I explained my adress properly besides mentioned clearly on item. He misbehaved in unpleasant way saying we will not deliver on your adress on either cost, come and coolect if you need. I would like to bring in your notice that my adress is hardly 10 minutes bike journey distance from city center and i got a number of courier delivered on same adress.
                                    Its unfair to mark any adress as wrong and refusing to deliver.
                                    I hope you will take action or i will go to consumer forum.
