I placed an pre-paid order in myntra. Myntra had handover the order to expreebees for delivery purpose on 12th december 2019, today it is 16th december 2019 still the item got stuck in expressbees delivery center. All the items just less or just greater than my tracking number are in-transit but when i'm trying to track my order it is showjng that no data found. My tracking number or awb number is[protected]

    I ordered a product in myntra, then express bees picked it for delivery. It's been 4 days since they picked it up from myntra dispatch warehouse still they didn't even started transporting it. The item is still in their delivery center. My tracking number is[protected]. The item is stuck in hyderabad express bees delivery center, but they didn't started transporting. Please take a look on it.

    He did first attempt of parcel delivery. not supportive and demanding only for cash.

    what does it mean - do online payment on your risk if your QR code is not readable.
    Delivery issue allready out of delivery. But I didn't get any product
    Not attempting to deliver and giving reasons like cod amounts not ready then door closed every day SMS received will deliver today but no attempt made. I don't know whether to go out or not totally at the mercy of delivery man
    AWB # : [protected] cash on delivery on this product-Rs.630 . The product was not the same which i ordered and got very dirty and smelly cloth inside it. I want my money to be refunded.
    I ordered one jerky type tshirt but i have recieved normal tshirt and wrong color. So i don't like this material. I need to return this product to our company. Thanking you...

      The employee of this company is repeatedly troubling us first when he came to deliver our courrier i wasn't present thr so he told to collect it personally back from their office and i did it considering may be it was my fault then one day again it happen so i told him to deliver that courrier after some time or day or two when ever it is convenient. As he frequently or can say daily comes to this route so he denied and told i don't have time to deliver only ur courrier come and take from my office so i told him that every company had to attempt at least for three time to deliver any courrier u always do this to me and he knows it better that what time my hospital closes than also he comes at same time every time to trouble me. And now this time he crossed his limit he have opened my courrier and took my things out of it and tuck it back with his companies cellotape and gave to receptionist in my hospital
      I have taken pics of that same courrier package to give proof
      I have tried complaining this to company from where i have bought products even they din responded well saying that we will call u back on this issue and it's been a week no one has responded so i finally decided to file a complain in consumer forum

        I am priyanka,
        I was ordered the winter jacket having size - l and colour - grey on 23 oct 2019.
        During order the product, the consultant gave me the date of delivery in 9 days.
        After 10days i was contacted the consultant for delivery of product, but he didn't get the exact date of delivery.
        I am waiting for another 15days.
        But they didn't give the date of delivery.
        There after due to person work i was went to my hometown for 20days, hence i had cancelled the oder and intimated to consultant for canceling the product.
        Today i have received the product that has been cancelled before 30days.
        I had taken that product, while checking it is observed that the product colour and size is different.
        So how to i will use it.
        Perhaps u will cancel the order and return my maney, otherwise replace the product as per my requirement.
        Give the process of replacement.

          I am not getted my shipmemt still [protected] estimate date of delivery is crossed.
          Aslo customer care does not taking responsibility of it... Very carelesss. Regarding the shipment.

          Also one thing is noted that we donot provide such help as every customer wants.
          Customer team said only be patient... But how much time... Everything has a limit...

            I have order parcel from meesho aap but two times the delivery boy gave fake reasons that call was not rechable bla bla n when i call back him he said your parcel cannnot be deliverable there in asurde... An when it is paid parcel this boys come n give parcel to same address then what is the problem for cod parcel... Every yime the delivery boy was so rude to talk as such m asking to pay him they talk so rude

              I am reseller of clothes from chennai. I have placed 4 order from mumbai and my vendor had sent me the tracking no of xpressbees courier. Had i have been continuously checking on xpressbees website. But the site says no tracking found. Please help me with these tracking no

              Ordered product with number 70079190_1 for a saree of rs 3500/-. But the product which i received is not same as which i ordered and it will not cost even rs. 300/. One more illegal thing with expressbee is doing that the product is delivered without any from address or sender info. Also there is no gst bill for the product and not sure how courier company accepts products without seller/sender details. Customercare team tells that they can take any illegal items like rdx or drugs for shipping without any sender details. Not sure how it is going on.

              I want to return the product. Can you do needful on this and refund my money.

                I ordered a tripahala churana from gaurashtra site. The order was not available for cash on delivery. So i paid 125 rupees via card. And waited for the delivery. On the day of delivery, i got a message saying that the order will be delivered today. I waited till 5 pm. Tried to call them on their site number but they put wrong number on their site. Even in message they didn't provide number to contact courier guy. After 7 pm i got a message that the order has been delivered at 6.30. I was at home that time and i didn't receive any. I tried to contact them via email, but they only said that they will contact me in 2 days. And it's been now a week. Don't know how to contact them. Now yesterday on 4th of december, i ordered 7000 rupees watch from flipkart. At night around 3am when i checked the shipment, it showed me that courier partner will be xpressbees. The moment i saw this, i cancelled the order because the order was prepaid. And they can do it again too by not delivering the product and saying its been delivered. Just here for the justice.

                  I have requested for replacement of my boat headset and the replacement unit was shipped to my registered address via xpressbees logistics. It has reached its destination on 23rd of november. On 25th november got a message that my shipment is out for delivery with delivery person's mobile number. I have called him in the afternoon he said that he was busy and will deliver it in the evening. Later when i called him in the evening he said that he would deliver it within 30mins and he didn't even deliver it. Next he did the same thing. Since then i have been calling the customer care everyday and the have been giving the same reply that my shipment will be delivered within 24hours. It has been 12 days and yesterday 4th december i called boat regarding the issue and then at 3:40pm i got a message that my shipment is out for delivery. I tried to call the delivery person whose number was given in the message and the number is also fake or not working. Then i tracked my shipment and it showed that it was delivered at 3:41pm. They claimed that it was delivered within 1 minute which was 10km away. Then i called the customer care and spoke with their senior. She said that it was delivered to the wrong person and she would check with the branch and give a callback to me. But it has already been a day and when i called the xpressbees customer care he said that my complaint is taken and will be processed within 72 hours. I have already waited for 12 days and he is asking me to wait for 3 more days. He wont even connect me to his senior. They are not even giving the branch details where my product reached. Yesterday i went to medchal where my product reached but there is no branch of xpressbees in medchal. I need my shipment urgently and they have delayed it for 12 days and not even delivering it and not even giving me the branch details so that i can go get it myself. Xpressbees os so irresponsible.

                    These people has marked delivered in website by faking my signature.
                    Courier delivery boy doesn't even care to deliver even after complaining in customer care.
                    These kind of courier service not liable to do business in india.

                    Delivery boy refusing delivery and abusing.He has my parcel when called he was faking delivery and saying that is not working there. i called him again and he was saying the company has shutdown. This is the worst service i have ever experienced

                      I received the wrong product on delivery hence i sent it back with the same delivery guy who was very rude and unprofessional. Since i sent the faulty product with him, i didn’t have any product with me to return, which i obvious. I didn’t receive an return slip which said i have returned the product which in turn is affecting my refund process. This is highly unprofessional of expressbees to not return any slip or to confirm with your delivery guy wether if the product has reached the warehouse or not. This completely looks like a a case of fraud. Don’t you guys check at the end of the day how many products were let out and how many have finally come in back to the warehouse? It’s been two months now i’m struggling because of the negligence caused my you. It’s not a small amount to let go. I will deal with this on strict basis now.

                        I have never seen such a pathetic courier services, almost 20 days gone still my reverse pick up is not completed.every day I had call with customer care and they said pick up will be done in 24hrs and yet my reverse pick up is not completed. I would request to take very serious action in them.

                          I placed and order for the jacket on facebook market place and the seller name is akash kumar akash. But instead of jacket i recieved a round neck tshirt which is not even worth 200rs and i paid 500 for that. Kindly take the return and refund my money.

                              We have ordered a dress on club factory and it was estimated that it will be delivered by your xpressbee service. It has almost been a month now and when we called the club factory they say, the product has been delivered, but we haven't received our product and it is highly discouraging and sad on your parts (Club factory and xpressbee) since you both have no proper service regarding the same. No delivery person has come to our residence for delivery nor they called the two numbers provided by us. Then how could you come to a conclusion that our product has been delivered without our confirmation. The club factory keeps on saying the same thing like a parrot again and again that we are sorry for the inconveniences. But we are not here for sorry. We just need our ordered product since we have paid already or else refund our money. Since you (Xpressbee) is also highly involved in this, i request at least you to do the needful at the earliest otherwise we will have to lodge a complaint to higher officials

                              This the number that the club factory app has given saying it has registered a complaint, but still now they have not responded back, nor they have replied to any of my mails

                                This courier service is the worst one for our area.. Gangtok.. They don't call us and inform us about our products.. They don't diliver our products.. They keep it to themself.. When we go ourselves to their office to collect itthey say it's not there without even checking.. I am so fed up with this courier.. They should simply shut down their office.. If they can't work

                                    I have received a parcel from queerer boy in afternoon around 1 pm. I thought someone has order from my house in anyway i pay for this box rs810 and at bill as i can see invoice date is 27-11-12 and today is 28-11-12. Firstly i shocked because i haven't order this shoes and second thing is that i have no mail for this order and also no confirmation regarding this shoes.. I'm here to request please take this shoes as return and pay back money... Thank you... And please give any responses as soon as possible.

                                    On 28-11-12 a delivery boy came to deliver parcel and unfortunately it's wrong parcel and no response from the parcel boy when I call him for asking returning again.. Now I'm getting frustrated bcoz there is no msg in my phone about booking product or any confirmation about my order has book through any site or any shopping app I want solution that from where I get my money back.. And when you take this parcel back...
