We ordered a product from amazon and it was getting deilvered with xpressbees and its not deilvered till today while it shows deilvered on monday on amazon app. And when we contacted xpressbees hanumangarh rajsthan the employee mr. Pardeep kumar replied that your product is still with amazon office and after i went to amazon office hanumangarh they confirmed that order is still with xpressbees. Please look into matter asap. I want a reaction...

I have purchased led band watch with bluetooth mic etc but they given wrong item and the product was damaged so please take this item to return. One of xpressbees company's agent collected my boat product (Agent contact no. [protected]) for the reverse pickup on 17th september 2019.

But every time he refuesed to give the parcwl after 5 pm.. Am a working women and i my office time is till 5 pm.. The courier not delivered and they falsely claim that address is wrong kindly take appropriate action against these frauds. My product has reached to nearest hud one week ago but when it go out for delivery no one even contacted and also no provided was fake. These are frauds and looting products of customer, pathetic service kindly take some legal actions....

My packet has been picked up your courier guy ([protected]) on 10th october 2019. But still the packet is still not delivered to the company.

My parcel (Id: [protected]) is showing as delivered in club factory. How can it be possible? I have not received the order and i got the delivered message at 12 am midnight. Whereas it’s showing the delivery at 6:30 pm on 13th november and it had been received in my name but i didn’t receive it. How can the courier boy hand over the parcel to anyone without my knowledge?? This is fraud. Resolve the matter asap....

Worst delivery service ever. I have ordered a product from firstcry.com and it was shipped through xpressbees. My order reached my city on november 2, 2019, but it was held by delivery team for 6 days. On 7th day it was out for delivery, but the agent denied to deliver the order. Called customer support many times, but no proper resolution was given. Again on 8th november it was out for delivery by the same delivery agent and the same issue...
