    [protected] this is the tracking/order number provided. The delivery guy first tried to deliver it on 23rd oct. He couldn't deliver as there was no one present at home and assured he would deliver next day. Today is the 7th of nov the parcel is yet to be deliverd. I daily get messages that it will delivered today but it isn't deliverd till date. Please look into the matter and get my thing to me quickly

      I have ordered a bluetooth watch and it was supposed to be delivered by 30th oct but because of my absence i asked them to deliver on 2nd. Nov. Customer care told me to wait for 24 hours but it's been 48 hours. Customer care is not even taking the call. They are simply diverting the calls and no information about courier anywhere.

        I have placed my order from paytm mall on 28/10/19 which was dispatched on 02/11/19 and reached my city on 5/11/19 and since then it is not been delivered to me this is not acceptable as if you order anything you expect it on time which is not the case here my package is just being transferred from one center to another within the city and not delivered.
        I would request you to contact xpressbees and ask them to deliver my order by today at any cost.

              The return pickup has been done by xpressbee courier person but the item has missing in their office. I don't know if the person hand over the return item in the office or not. I contact the person he said they are still finding. I lost my money and the item because of this courier person. He is not picking up the phone and not answering about the status. I got depression on this for past weeks.

              Not yet resolved by Xpress bees courier Girish is the person who is responsible for my issue he avoid picking up my call said simply my product has mis placed . I don't know what action will be taken regarding this i want my product back or my full refund money.

                The product that my customer ordered have reached the designation city (chennai) on 29th October 2019. Today is 4th november 2019. But it's not yet delivery to the customer. Why are they being such a lazy goose? Name of the courier is xpress bees, but originally you are lazy goose. How days do you need to deliver to the given address? Really frustrated.

As per the tracking the product reached coimbatore on 30.10.19, but still, i have not received my product. I am place a complaint on mr.                     I had ordered a two product from bewakoof of 20 th october 2019 (Prepaid). I had track the shipment status, and the product have reached aizawl on 30 th october 2019, one of the product was delivered on 2th november 2019 and till now the other product is still not yet deliver. So i request you to contact the the courier of aizawl so that the product can be deliver as soom as possible.

                        This is to inform you that your employee pankaj nain s/o. Surender have not came to my company as we also have fotage cctv he feeded on the traking remarks that "cutomer refused to accept". He have not called me physicaly nor on mobile. He never came to my site as we have cctv fotage nor he asked for me from my security about i am available or not. I am waiting for my order from last 10 days. When i asked after seeing his mobile no. On remarks he told me your mobile was out of range. Not reachable. There are about 30 to 40 calls per day i recive how he is refusing it. He is telling lie. Please look into the matter so this kind of issue cant be repeated.

                          I had ordered a optical zoom lens for the smartphone. I received the package yesterday i. E, 30.10.2019. When opened, the product is a defective one. When fixed to the mob, the zoom function is not at all working. There is a needle wherein v can fix the focal length and the same is not moving at all. I need to return it. I am trying to call from mng, but there is no response. Tell me the way of returning. And i need my refund of the money. Because if i ask for exchange and receive again a defective piece, so the money may be refunded. And plz tell the way to return the item

                                I am really really unsatisfied with expressbees aizawl branch that my order from firstcry could not been delivered even calling the courier more than 10times after it reached aizawl. Today i recieved an alert that my order has been cancelled without my consent. Not only this time, its very difficult to contact the courier.
                                This courier have no rights to cancell my order without my consent.

                                    - amount debited from my account and even then the agent took back the parcel stating they didn't receive it. Plz try to resolve it asap. I have sent an official email as well with tracking number

                                    My package was delivered to me on 25th and i paid for it via gpay. Later the delivery agent called and informed amount was not received from their end. But amount got debited from my account and still now no revert back. I paid, still the delivery agent took back the package.. Pls check and provide quick resolution. Because i paid and the dress was not given to me due to amount not received issue. Appreciate your help.

                                        The product is not satisfying the needs of the customer, it is not charging the device as it should be doing that is wirelessly. We are not satisfied by the product due to its poor performance and we want to return the product with a proper and full refund of the amout that is 2700 rupees that was paid by us in the form of cash on delivery.
