Hi this is aswathy menon... I have placed orders from shien and all of them ere delivered by ur company maximum are delivered by the delivery agent with mobile number[protected].. But every time he refuesed to give the parcwl after 5 pm.. Am a working women and i my office time is till 5 pm.. If i have time to go to a shop n shop i would not have opted for the online shopping.. All the more i have spoken to the customer care person and they even recondirmed it telephonically that my parcel will be delivered after 3 pm.. After all these yesterday the same person rang up inthe morning and i asked him to come after 3pm since it was a satrueday.. He refused n offered that he can give the marcel maximum before 2 pm not atfer that... And around 1.30 he rangbup and told i have not picked up the call and mine wasbthe last paecwl with him and he wont deiver it.. And evening i got an sms from your company which says i have given wrong address thaswhy he couldnot deliver it... There were so many delivery was done by same company n agent how it is possible that thae adrdress was wrong? I request you to kindly train your delivery agent to be little polite and honestbto their profession and to the customers because customer is the one who were suffering at the end my order number is no. The courier not delivered and they falsely claim that address is wrong kindly take appropriate action against these frauds. My product has reached to nearest hud one week ago but when it go out for delivery no one even contacted and also no provided was fake. These are frauds and looting products of customer, pathetic service kindly take some legal actions.

I have return request of my product of earphone. Delivery boy come to my location and pickup return, and when the return product arrived the delivery boy not deliver the product, i am highly dissaponted, when i called customer care he told your location is out of 25 km but my actual location is 7 km. My boat wireless earphones has been sent for repair on november 5th still didn't reach me, when i open the website and checked the status of the delivery it shows as already delivered in mumbai on 12th november, status as dto destination as mumbai... And i sent my product in hyderabad

My packet has been picked up your courier guy ([protected]) on 10th october 2019. But still the packet is still not delivered to the company.
When i ask him about the product he told me that he had the packet with himself and he is not going to delivered it because he didn't get that case so he is not going to delivered it. I have already done complaints my mail on [protected]@xpressbees.com but still no one calls me.
Even i have recording of that courier boy.

Your staff (Pick up boy) not taking my orders and shows rude attitude to me and said i don't care go report anywhere i don't take your ordersanymore in harsh words very bad attitude behaved, feeling sad

My parcel (Id: [protected]) is showing as delivered in club factory. How can it be possible? I have not received the order and i got the delivered message at 12 am midnight. Whereas it’s showing the delivery at 6:30 pm on 13th november and it had been received in my name but i didn’t receive it. How can the courier boy hand over the parcel to anyone without my knowledge?? This is fraud. Resolve the matter asap.

A shipment with order id : 34090 and awb : [protected] from xpressbees is not being delivered to my shipment address since nov 8th.

The item was out for delivery first time on nov 8th and at evening i get message from xpressbees mentioning that they postponed the delivery to next day claiming "customer requested future delivery" although i hadn't requested for the future delivery.

The same thing has been happening every single day since nov 8th and the item hasn't been delivered till date. I reached out the the customer care multiple times and they assured me that the item will be delivered for sure on nov 12th by 5:30 pm. But again i don't get the shipment delivered and get the same message mentioning that "customer requested future delivery".

This seems to be like some fraud since every day the delivery person is different and they are doing the same thing. I fear if they damaged my shipment or not.

Kindly take strict action and ensure i get the delivery or compensation for it.

I ordered a product & it was shipped in xpressbee courier, i received a sms with delivery boy number but when i called him there is no response from his end & i tried to contact the customer care number its not even connecting, it says not valid information in ivr itself

I have raised a complain earlier but till now i have not received any response. Now i am not able to call them, while calling my tracking number showing invalid and it is trackable on your web site.

I am seller on snapdeal and one of my courier was getting returned through xpreebees and yesterday (8 november 2019) it was supposed to deliver, deliveryman came too but what he did in absence of me, he asked my mother to have signature and stamped and when my mother asked for package, he started to find in his bag but what he said " i think mam package is kept at lower downside, in return i'll give when i'll be delivered all the packages and he went away then he didn't come back and when i contacted again he told me that i forgot and on next day i. E. Today (9 november 2019) i'll deliver before 10 am but he didn't come and no contact anymore. Then i tried to contact his head, mr prem, he told me that we'll see it is not a big issue and we'll deliver if we found and he disconnected.
Please help me to get the package and let this # team get out of these activities.

I am the seller. My packet go through by your company. On due to short employee your company employee is not taking serious his work. They deny for pickup today that boy is on holiday i will not come for pickup today. I am not satisfied with ur courier partner services. Worst delivery service ever. I have ordered a product from firstcry.com and it was shipped through xpressbees. My order reached my city on november 2, 2019, but it was held by delivery team for 6 days. On 7th day it was out for delivery, but the agent denied to deliver the order. Called customer support many times, but no proper resolution was given. Again on 8th november it was out for delivery by the same delivery agent and the same issue happened. The agent didn't even pick my call inspite of calling multiple times. Finally he updated as consignee was not available, without even attempting delivery. They have wasted my time and have stolen my order. My order awb:[protected] and the agent name is rakesh, his number is [protected]

My product has been delivered to someone else n i need my product back. I've not got any message for delivery but it's showing in the status it's been delivered. But i've not got it.
I'm disappointed with service and feeling extremely dissatisfied with ur service. My one order AWB[protected] is with the courier company xpressbees for last two days they are not willing to deliver in my door step and delivery boy talks unmanned... i don't know what they are going to do with my order...
My another order AWB [protected] is also in transit with the same xpressbees. They wont deliver my courier in time...i call customer care and raise complaints then the delivery boy told its not in their location or something else...

I was order redchief shoes rs. 1300, but they delivered to me wrong product

I was call many time for return it on xpressbees costumer care but no any options in this number to contect supporting executive

No any support from this courier service

Please give solutions me how to return it

[protected] this is the tracking/order number provided. The delivery guy first tried to deliver it on 23rd oct. He couldn't deliver as there was no one present at home and assured he would deliver next day. Today is the 7th of nov the parcel is yet to be deliverd. I daily get messages that it will delivered today but it isn't deliverd till date. Please look into the matter and get my thing to me quickly
