Dear sir,
I have return request of my product of earphone. Delivery boy come to my location and pickup return, and when the return product arrived the delivery boy not deliver the product, i am highly dissaponted, when i called customer care he told your location is out of 25 km but my actual location is 7 km.     Hi team,
    My packet has been picked up your courier guy ([protected]) on 10th october 2019. But still the packet is still not delivered to the company.
    When i ask him about the product he told me that he had the packet with himself and he is not going to delivered it because he didn't get that case so he is not going to delivered it. I have already done complaints my mail on [protected]@xpressbees.com but still no one calls me.
    Even i have recording of that courier boy.

        My parcel (Id: [protected]) is showing as delivered in club factory. How can it be possible? I have not received the order and i got the delivered message at 12 am midnight. Whereas it’s showing the delivery at 6:30 pm on 13th november and it had been received in my name but i didn’t receive it. How can the courier boy hand over the parcel to anyone without my knowledge?? This is fraud. Resolve the matter asap.

          A shipment with order id : 34090 and awb : [protected] from xpressbees is not being delivered to my shipment address since nov 8th.

          The item was out for delivery first time on nov 8th and at evening i get message from xpressbees mentioning that they postponed the delivery to next day claiming "customer requested future delivery" although i hadn't requested for the future delivery.

          The same thing has been happening every single day since nov 8th and the item hasn't been delivered till date. I reached out the the customer care multiple times and they assured me that the item will be delivered for sure on nov 12th by 5:30 pm. But again i don't get the shipment delivered and get the same message mentioning that "customer requested future delivery".

          This seems to be like some fraud since every day the delivery person is different and they are doing the same thing. I fear if they damaged my shipment or not.

          Kindly take strict action and ensure i get the delivery or compensation for it.

            I ordered a product & it was shipped in xpressbee courier, i received a sms with delivery boy number but when i called him there is no response from his end & i tried to contact the customer care number its not even connecting, it says not valid information in ivr itself

I have raised a complain earlier but till now i have not received any response. Now i am not able to call them, while calling my tracking number showing invalid and it is trackable on your web site.

                After 1 week of delivery date also I had not received my product lastly I have to cancel my order and then reorder the product once again. That too I seen me out of delivery area. What does this mean will it be deliver or not just let me know.?

                  Dear team,
                  I am seller on snapdeal and one of my courier was getting returned through xpreebees and yesterday (8 november 2019) it was supposed to deliver, deliveryman came too but what he did in absence of me, he asked my mother to have signature and stamped and when my mother asked for package, he started to find in his bag but what he said " i think mam package is kept at lower downside, in return i'll give when i'll be delivered all the packages and he went away then he didn't come back and when i contacted again he told me that i forgot and on next day i. E. Today (9 november 2019) i'll deliver before 10 am but he didn't come and no contact anymore. Then i tried to contact his head, mr prem, he told me that we'll see it is not a big issue and we'll deliver if we found and he disconnected.
                  Please help me to get the package and let this # team get out of these activities.

                      Worst delivery service ever. I have ordered a product from firstcry.com and it was shipped through xpressbees. My order reached my city on november 2, 2019, but it was held by delivery team for 6 days. On 7th day it was out for delivery, but the agent denied to deliver the order. Called customer support many times, but no proper resolution was given. Again on 8th november it was out for delivery by the same delivery agent and the same issue happened. The agent didn't even pick my call inspite of calling multiple times. Finally he updated as consignee was not available, without even attempting delivery.                         My order no is OD[protected] and it's been more than 2 months n I had complained for n more than1 month it's been collected by agent n then I Didn't get any call or message regarding the shipment or delivery of my product but it showed in the status it's been delivered.but I didn't collected the product it's been delivered to someone else sir please deliver me my product as soon as possible.

                          My one order AWB[protected] is with the courier company xpressbees for last two days they are not willing to deliver in my door step and delivery boy talks unmanned... i don't know what they are going to do with my order...
                          My another order AWB [protected] is also in transit with the same xpressbees. They wont deliver my courier in time...i call customer care and raise complaints then the delivery boy told its not in their location or something else...

He couldn't deliver as there was no one present at home and assured he would deliver next day. Today is the 7th of nov the parcel is yet to be deliverd. I daily get messages that it will delivered today but it isn't deliverd till date. Please look into the matter and get my thing to me quickly

                                  I have ordered a bluetooth watch and it was supposed to be delivered by 30th oct but because of my absence i asked them to deliver on 2nd. Nov. Customer care told me to wait for 24 hours but it's been 48 hours. Customer care is not even taking the call. They are simply diverting the calls and no information about courier anywhere.

                                    I have placed my order from paytm mall on 28/10/19 which was dispatched on 02/11/19 and reached my city on 5/11/19 and since then it is not been delivered to me this is not acceptable as if you order anything you expect it on time which is not the case here my package is just being transferred from one center to another within the city and not delivered.
                                    I would request you to contact xpressbees and ask them to deliver my order by today at any cost.
