We are supplier on MEESHO. We use xpressbees for delivering order to our customers. Xpressbees staff and workers exchanged our products with used and damaged products during transit and then deliver to customer or return back to us. We have sufficient evidence as video to prove this. And they rejecting our claims at the time of validation even it is clearly shown in unpacking video(attached in claim ticket) that they they delivered us wrong products, we are attaching just one video, but we have received many returns of this type exchanged with used, torn clothes with our high class woolen cardigans.

    I am writing this email because I didn't get any solution for the complaint raised by me over the phone. My parcel AWB No. [protected] is in Jodhpur from the last 4-5 days. I received a call from Xpressbee Jodhpur Office from mobile number +[protected] on Sunday, 12.02.2023 for confirmation of my address. I explained him and he agrees to deliver it to me by Sunday evening. But after 2 days when he didn't deliver the parcel I called again and he assure me that the next day I will be receiving the parcel for sure. The next day I receive a call from a delivery boy +[protected], he clearly denied delivering the parcel by saying that the company didn't pay me to deliver the parcel to your home. I thought your address was nearby. You have to come and collect the parcel from the office otherwise I will be sent it back to the company. You place another order. I went to their office but at that time both the people who called me were not there and the person there is not able to find my parcel.
    Now after many days I still didn't get my parcel, yesterday got a message for out of delivery and today also got a message that the parcel is out for delivery but they didn't deliver the parcel and updated in reason that I was not available to take the parcel.

            My product was shipped on January 12th but it is Feb 14th till now my order has not received & I have sent multiple enquiries to support team yet not received. The delivery boy is behaving like a fraud he is asking OTP from 30 kms away. I regret the choice I made with this courier partner

              My order not recieved yet. I order from villain site. I order on 5 February, parcel is arrived in my city and everyday it show out for delivery but delivery boy not call me and never reach at my home. Even i call delivery boy but they cut my phone. Not respond to my messages. Please help me. It's urgent my money Stuck.

                Dear Sir,

                I am forced to cancel the order no. CIS66xxxxxx, as the courier agency( xpressbees) has just informed that they have lost the package and it is erroneously shown that it has reached Chennai( tracking ID 14399xxxxxx). When in fact they still don’t know where the bag is.

                According to them, it’ll take an additional 5 days for them to search for the item and deliver it to my address.

                Unfortunately I don’t have the time or patience to wait that long.

                I do not understand why a reputed organisation like Casio has chosen such an ill reputed agency called xpressbees as their delivery partner. One look at their customer reviews should show that they are one of the worst in the country in terms of customer satisfaction . This can have a huge impact on the Casio India shop customer satisfaction as well.

                This item was supposed to be a gift to a dear one. I was supposed to gift them in the coming 3 days. Unfortunately that is no longer the case.

                  I order CASTOES casual shoes from ajio on 26 jan 2023 . delivery date was
                  31 jan 2023 but delivery person didn't delivery it

                  after that days expressbees every morning they just message on whatapp
                  that " your order is out for delivery share this otp to our executive "
                  but at the end of the without calling me they cancel's the delivery with reason
                  that i was not available .

                      I ordered l pack of 3 nighties from meesho and got 1 nighty so i initiated a return and pickup courier was xpressbee logistics awb number [protected] on[protected] return pickup was scheduled but no one came to pickup later that day i got a message saying couldn't deliver due to wrong address (address was right and no one called me) I let it slide. After that xpressbee rescheduled my pickup to[protected] delivery boy Came to pickup after I called him he asked for my mobile I gave him thinking it's something related to pickup and did something in my mobile gave back my mobile later when I saw the messages he cancelled the delivery and took otp from my mobile and went to my WhatsApp gave feedback of me cancelling the product after that i called him and asked him about it he was shamelessly lying that he cancelled the product and it will update after a confrontation he came back and threw my product on me verbally abusing me.                                 This is very very worst experience I have ever had .
                                Following shipments number not delivered to me.

                                Since 25th January still now 3 times I got messages from your end that product out for delivery.
                                I have got first message on 25th January in morning that product out for delivery..same day by 10 pm I got a call from delivery agent (no [protected]) & he asked me to provide him the delivery code & he will deliver me the product after 10 minutes I refused to give OTP, asked home I will give the Otp only at my door step.then he disconnected the call & within a minute I got messages "customer refused to accept & delivery canceled "
                                I again logged a complaint on 27th .then I got messages about product out for delivery on 28th morning, again I received messages in evening that customer refused to accept.
                                Same happened on 30th January also.
                                Where as I didn't receive any call or delivery boy didn't come to my place on 28th nd 30th January.
                                Worst experience I got .

                                      I had booked parcel with Xpress bees from Bhopal to lucknow on 12 January and as per tracking it is showing package reached lucknow on 17 January. Till now no infiemton in oak she or delivery of package. No response from Xpress bees or it’s helpline. This is ridiculous and pathetic Sevice and people. Kindly sort it out at earliest otherwise will have to file FIR for the loss.
