I want to return. This product return code:400008, 14411 as i donot want this as quality is not good plz return. This product is not started and swich on. This product is a level bluetooth headset but she is not working properly and not connected with mobile phone. Please return this product and givr me a money. I have not use this product sorry but receive ur product and return my money

I want to return this product return code:400067, 13885 as i donot want this as quality is not good plz return it plz this product not good as stones is missing from product plz return plz i want good jewellery as to gift someone but this is not good enough so i want to return it as soon as possible it's a request plz i don't want that product as very poor quality

The xpressbees courier service in aizawl is very bad. They are very slow and they don't want to deliver orders to to some location inside aizawl. Sometimes, even after 2 to 3 weeks of the order received in their office, they never contacted us and return some of our orders with even contacting or notifying us. The staffs are very unpolite and difficult to speak to. They never answer us properly and we have to search our own orders in their office by ourself. Their job is to deliver the orders which they shipped, but sometimes we have to went to their office and search our own. We are never treated good by their staffs, espicially by the girls. Please take action to make them do their job properly and take serious of their duty.

My shipment from medlife still not delivered. Delivery date was between 8-10sep. Awb no -[protected] is the shipment no. It have been arrived in my city since 3 days. Delivery boy updated an totaly false information that my residence was closed while im waiting for my medicine shipment whole day i was at home. Its very urgent bp medicines. I want strict action against against delivery boy and staff present there.

It is my second such experience that xpressbees cancelled my item in the way.
The product as per tracking has reached 50km away but as i can see being two parcel in that order one reached and another is raised for cancellation?

My parcel was send with your courier and it arrived aizawl on 30th aug. 2019 (Friday) as shown in order tracking, i visit your office twice and confimed that was right, i want to take my parcel at that time, but workers dont allow and said it will be delivered. Above mentioned awb no : [protected] order no 8078061sox60e1729 was placed by me on 3rd septemeber 02:14 pm, i got an update that the order has been delivered on[protected]. it was shocking to hear that the consignment was not delivered to me still and later i contacted the logistics team they replied that they have given the parcel to someone named mr. Kumaran. I dont know how they have given to a wrong person and updating the same to the customer. i would look to arrange for a delivery of the same product to my address immediately or otherwise the same issues may be taken into coimbatore consumer court regarding the cheating by your logistics team and your company for being associated with this kind of cheating attitude peoples. i have escalated the same to your website also but there were still no response regarding this issue.

My friend has booked something to Surprise me. You have given that the status of that product as delivered by 13-Sep. Then how we expect that it will be delivered on 09/09/2019. On this day i'm in some thing hospital emergency i'm unable to lift the call also. On that time your delivery boy has called me and i', m not in the position to attempt calls. I had called to the same person at 10:30pm on the same day, his words are very pathetic and ha talks in very rude. I ordered 3 items on myntra and they gave me 3 awb number while checking the shipment status in xpressbees site it shows 'no information found' for the 3 products
How is that possible
Did they (Myntra) actually shipped my product or is this an error from xpressbees i need an information as soon as possible and need to know the status of my order

On 31.08.2019, i received a message from you that my product will be delivered on 31.08.2019. Awb:[protected]. I was given the delivery boy's number as - [protected]. When the delivery boy called me up i was in an urgent meeting so i could not pick up his call. I gave my correct address when i ordered the product. I have checked twice and my address has been given correctly. I called back the delivery boy, he picked up and said that i rang you but you did not pick up. I told him that you had the correct then why did you not deliver the product in my address. He replied, - "i came to your address, but as you did not pick up my call i did not deliver and let me check the parcel", and thereafter, he ended up the call. On the very day, i called him 2 to 3 times. He did not reply and on the next day and thereafter also but he did not reply. Now, i don't know whether i'll get my product or not. I am in serious trouble now. Neither i have been given any information nor any message so that i know what has happened to my product. I am really upset because i gave the specific correct address, then why the delivery boy did not deliver my product even after coming to the correct place.

I had ordered from www.purplle.com some products worth Rs. 587/- via order no. [protected] on 29th August 2019. They shipped my shipment via xpressbees logistics via shipment awb no.[protected].

On 1st September the order was out for delivery as per the status of xpressbees. At night I received the message stating that your order was delivered and when i checked on the xpressbees website it said that the order was received by me itself. However no such order was delivered to me. I did not receive any order. Also I am trying to call purplle and xpressbees but both the calls are not connecting. Kindly raise my complaint and contact the xpressbees on my behalf.

The courier boy was a cheat and took rs 200/_- extra from my minor son by conveying the wrong amount. The ph# of the courier boy was [protected]. This kills confidence and faith on the reliability of courier services. I want the company to take accountability of this and refund my money. Where is the check mechanism while recruiting these courier boys. Who is accountable for these losses.

I request one pickup and it was scheduled on 21st of august 2019, daily I am getting message from XpressBees side that the pick up will be attempted but nobody come to pickup my shipment, as i am tracking the shipment and it is showing me that the request is being cancelled from my side even though none of the executive call me for the pick up and also nobody visited my property for picking up the shipment, now they are updating that i am cancelling the request, from last 3 days i am calling the Xpreebees Customer care they said that we are forwarding the request to the pickup department and your shipment will be picked up soon, but till now shipment is not picked up by the XpressBees. Even now they are saying that to wait for 2days your shipment will be picked, they are just fooling me.

XpreesBees Customer care service are fooling the customers, worst experience with this courier company.

I request you to kindly look through it.
