    I have ordered few products on meesho and they have handovered the product long back to xpressbees to deliver the product but this delivery company is delaying in giving the delivery to us, even the contact numbers are correct and people are available at place to receive xpressbees people are updating the reason as "customer contact number not reachable and customer is not available at place" fake reasons are getting updated.
    I need my orders to be delivered at any cost tomorrow 24/09/2019 these many orders are pending from xpressbees [protected]

      I have ordered a product. The ordered item has shipped by xpressbees logistics courier. Yesterday at daytime, the delivery boy from xpressbees logistics called me for delivery on my address of delivery. The courier boy has called me 2 times at 8.00 am. Due to some busy work, and my phone was in silent mode, i could not receive his call. But again he has called me 4.00 pm and asked me about delivery and i told him that plz cancel the order, i don't want this. At that time he shouted on me, i astonished by seeing the behavior of that boy over phone. The behavior of that boy over phone was very rude. He threatened me “why you have not received my call, why you will cancelled it ”. Please take necessary action immediately against the courier boy and also delivery of the product to the mentioned address in future. Otherwise people will fear to take products over your courier. I am a regular online buyer. But i have never seen such behaviour by any courier boy. I have also filed a complaint in your site with his name and phone number._name-bappa saha.         This courier agency is having partnership with many online pharmacies. The delivery person at mangalore insists that when there is "pay on delivery" order for door delivery, the customer has to keep the payment at the gate with security or come down outside the housing society building and collect the parcel.

          Please colse the delivery service. Delivery service very very poor. Your service system 3rd class. How many days have you not delivered yet? Customer service should be good. Leave the sob as much as you are able to employ. Go to office and take salary. Who knows the owner of logistics, he did not know anything. If you do not want to do the work of people, then you are cheating the customer.

            Lately my orders are not being delivered to
            Me and on inquiry the local office of your courier service states that there is no courier boy to deliver my order in my area. Previously orders were delivered timely but now the work is undertaken by a new courier agent so the prolblem has cropped up. I am on online business so am suffering loss as my orders are being returned. I am anita chettri brahmin from dr. Grahams homes, district kalimpong, west bengal. The courier agent dealing with your service is located at kalimpong.
            I ask you to instruct the agent to show positive attitude towards his job.

              I had just ordered a product from your site but delivery time another product i got was delivery, what i ordered was the car mobile holder. I got another model car mobile holder for delivery. What i got was a product that didn't have much quality. Your shipment team is looking at what to ship. What irresponsible courier service is yours.                   I need your help guys
                  On 20 of august i placed one request to boat customer care and which is imagine marketing pvt ltd.
                  So they arrange pickup on 21 by xpressbees courier service but on that day i was not available.
                  Next day they arrange pickup again on 22 august, and on that day i need to return two order means two pickup and for two pickup one person came.
                  I did not return other packet which is of fbb, awb no[protected]
                  But i return the boat earphonne to imagine marketing pvt ltd. Awb no is[protected]

                  And on 3 of september i tried to track my order but i am unable to do so,
                  And they are saying pickup got cancell on 4 september they are denied to help me in this after lot of discussion they confirm that awb no[protected] has been deliver to the original source.
                  But my point is i did not return fbb product i return i imagine marketing pvt ltd. Product that is boat earphone,

                  Now both are not responding xpressbees and fbb also i really need your help where is my earphone.

                  I am ataching the detail of thtat person who came to pickup the courier.

                  xpressbees logistics contacted me they inform me that packet got deliver to fbb but fbb not responding they are not responding on mail .and no call
                  I've ordered boat wireless earphones from myntra. The earphones were not working well so had to replace them on the boats official website. The boat company has initiated the replacement but the person who has to pickup is not answering the phone call. The recerse pickup no. is[protected]

                        A deliveryman took bck my return parcel but did not give me a reverse pickup slip.. My return got rejected and my refund money is stuck. I asked the indore office to provide me with office copy but got rude response from the man. Kindly help me with this issue. I contacted paytm as well as xpressbees for the same but got no help from them. The person did not update about the return on the paytm app and so i am facing difficulty.

                            My order (Order id-od[protected] ordered on date 04/09/19 ordered by simranjeet singh (Me) has been continuously giving the utmost inconvenience a customer can ever have, since 7-8 days i've been calling to flipkart customer care no. And the solutions given to me are-please wait for 24-48 hours the product will be delivered. Finally i called the shipping company xpress bees with my order no. As[protected] and i've finally been told today (13/09/19) that my product is under investigation and has found tempered or lost. I being a customer raise this huge inconvenience caused to me. Please give me a satisfactory solution by giving me my money back that is already been paid of amount 14999/- through my debit card or send another (Replacement) order for delivery under 48-72 hours. Eitherwise i will have no choice but to file a case and sue the company.

                              Here i ordered Men blue regular fit faded denim casual shirt-L. When i choose the shirts pics that time shirts pics are as denim jeans cloths only. But i am recieved very cheap quality and i'm not recieved denim shirts. I recievd very poor quality and worst normal shirts. Which i have uploaded in this picture noe i.e; the what i recieved actually. I had very worst experience with this expressbees shopping. Very bad. Kindly so soon retake this product and pay back my amount. Otherwise i will take a next action.

                                  The xpressbees courier service in aizawl is very bad. They are very slow and they don't want to deliver orders to to some location inside aizawl. Sometimes, even after 2 to 3 weeks of the order received in their office, they never contacted us and return some of our orders with even contacting or notifying us. The staffs are very unpolite and difficult to speak to. They never answer us properly and we have to search our own orders in their office by ourself. Their job is to deliver the orders which they shipped, but sometimes we have to went to their office and search our own. We are never treated good by their staffs, espicially by the girls. Please take action to make them do their job properly and take serious of their duty.
