    I had ordered some clothes for my kids through firstcry.com on dtd 30th may 2019, on 31st may 2019 i had got the message from xpbees "your firstcry. Comm ordere with 4 items (S) of rs.680.40 will be attempted today by nithin kumar - [protected]". On the same late evening i got the sms from firstcry your order was successfully delivered.
    I got shocked, xpbees shows that the order was received by myself, infact i was not there at home at the time of delivery. I had checked with security, neighbours and etc., even cctv footage there is no delivery from xpbees on that day to my apartments, kindly help meout in this regards

      My friend had sent me a saree to me through your courier service and i got a message on 26 th may for the delivery. Since we were not at home we asked the delivery boy to deliver the next day. But till date i didn't receive the courier. Today when i called the customer service they said it was returned back on may 30th. This is not acceptable and really a very bad service. Iam really not satisfied with your service. I would request the higher authorities to take action against this.

        Courier boy of shipment awb[protected] firstcry order rang my house bells constantly 4times in 30secs at 2:15pm noon, how illmanner the boy was, my 2babies started to cry at a time. Plz send some mannerful courier boys otherwise have to stop buying products which your delivers. And it seems to be very unprofessional. Its a negative feedback for your service boy

          My product was supposed to be picked up for return on 28 may. But no one has come to pick it till 30 may.
          If the product was picked up on 28 may, I would have received my product by 3 june. Now that it is delayed, I will receive my product more late. I called the assigned delivery boy and he was making stupid excuses.
          I want to escalate this matter.

            I have call your courier office so many time but they have not deliver my parcel my awb[protected] your courier service so third class i was so tierd in your service i was call so many time but your courier office owner no reply they only say your courier parcel out for delivery but courier parcel not recieve me so i was so angry with sevice plz solve problem immediatly

              I ordered a mobile phone of worth rs.2850 on march 23rd 2019, the charger of the mobile had some problem and i had returned it. Its been 2 plus months, and i have got neither the product nor the amount back. I have called the customer care 'n' number of times and raised a complaint also. "the response is"we will revert back to you" i don't know how many months more they require to refund my money. It was very inconvenient to be without phone for 2 months. Finally i bought a new phone. But waiting for the money to be refunded by xpress bees. I hope, i get my money soon. If not, i'm ready to fight for the same in consumer court.

                This is the worst courier company i have ever seen. Its been 15 days product came to courier office. Daily i just received courier is out for delivery and by evening i would receive message like i was not available to pick up order but in that 15 days i didn’t get any calls from courier person when i try to call him he simply cuts the call or switched it off. Its my 5th escaltion to the manager. Today one of the employee told me delivery will not possible today, if you want you can go and collect it. I mean!! Like wot kind of response is that?
                Dear xpress bees team. I need a proper justification why my product is not yet delivered. And its been 15 days since it reached u;if the product is unfit;i have to return it within 20 days. How can i return it now? Why cant u understand ur customer?

                  Product little damage.
                  No name on the product as shown in the time of ordouring and is uneasy for me to use that. Parts of product are little suspeneable and movable and it has become me a problem that to use it has a watch. Kindly do refund me my cash as soon as possible and i will be seeing to do it again through your sight and i hope the product will. Be in doog condition the next time i order

                      I received message stating address is in complete hence we could not deliver the parcel. It is in sane even ur company said the address which my government provided us it's incomplete

                      I spoke with ur customer executive. She was very nicely speakable and giving me resolution that we will raise to rbl bank and let you know.

                      I know it's the issue with the delivery guy, i didn't have received a call from anyone.

                      Give a proper solution or justification or i will forward this is consumer forum.

                        This is my tracking number. Its been more than 10 days product came to courier office.                           Iam from chandigarh it is so bad experience for me i bought some important medicines through 1 mg websites and it is going to delever by xtrabees couriyer to me.                             How is this possible???
                            I have willingly made contact with the courier man, but he didn't response properly.

                              I had ordered hp 64 gb pendrive from paytm mall at Rs. 1030/- which I had paid before.
                              Paytm has processed everything and my parcel handovered to xpressbees for delivery.
                              My expected delivery was 13 May 2019 but on 9 may 2019 I got an invoice mail and a message that my order has been delivered but I didn't got any parcel.
                              So I called on courier boy number which was provided by paytm i.e. [protected] so he picked up the call and said that the parcel is with me and I had mistakenly made a delivery for your order and I will transfer your parcel by tomorrow or day after tomorrow but when i supposed to call him on 10th n 11th of May but from that day he is not picking my phone so I called to paytm and from there I get to know that they got the proof of delivery which was the signature of the person who collect the delivery the paytm customer care executive has sent me a picture of that signature which was not of mine so I confirmed that executive that its not my sign so he told that courier boy has made a fake delivery because your payment is already done. I'm also attaching the picture of that fake signature too.
                              And today on 13th of May I messaged him on whatsapp on the same number that just deliver my order otherwise I will raise a complaint against you in consumer forum so he messaged me that I'm not afraid of complaint you can go ahead. But I told him that I don't want to anything just deliver my parcel so he said ok by today I will deliver your order but after that he is again not picking my call even not replying on my messages after seeing them..
                              So please do the needful.

                                  Cloth is good .I'm not satisfied with size
                                  I ordered a play item for my son but the courier service (xpressbees) failed to deliver it at the given address giving a lame excuse that I (consignee) was not available, whereas the delivery boy didnot even try to contact me. And when i called them him up i was said that if possible the item will be delivered. Such a hopeless service.

                                    This is to inform you that i have not received my consignment number[protected], the same has been handed over from healthkart to xpressbees logistics and the status for the same is yet not being updated after 08th may 2019. I keep on trying their customer care number, but none of the executive of xpressbees able to solve my issue as they are not able to track their own consignment number.

                                    The promise delievery date of my consignment is 10th may 2019, but till date i. E. 10.05.2019, i neither receive any communication from xpressbees nor received any call. I am really fedup with the services of xpressbees logistics.

                                    In view of the above, it is my request, kindly arrange to provide my consignment from xpressbees logistics at the earliest and will take strick action towards careless behaviour of xpress bees logitics. My details are given below:-

                                      From friday i am waiting for my parcel i got messages everyday will be delivered by today but courier person only called once. Then i am only taking follow up with given contact that courier person is such a lier he told me i m in ur building coming in 5 mins and after that not even answering calls. I was moving out and was just waiting for himonly.

                                        I have received msg regarding my courier awb no[protected], out for delivery in morning, than i called delievry agent, he told me to come till noon. After it he is not picking my call & now started disconnect the call. Product was most urgent for me. Now time is 16:00 hrs & still no any communication.

                                        I will complain to paytm also to not give any of my product to such cheap courier agency in future, which dont know to deal with coustmer.
