My name is arunima de paul. An order no [protected] arrived at durgapur on 9.11.18 on office address dpl administrative building, dgp 01. As per state holiday, office was closed on 9th and public holiday on 11.11.18.in between courier boy called me on 10.11.18 when i was not on time on office. So i requested to give on 14th as office will be closed on chat puja, state holiday. Without any notification they have attempted it on sunday which is a public holiday in state govt.

Now after three attempts and no without any information they have initiated rto n they are not delivering my product

They say that the client was not available for recieving the product ordered. They are saying false things and are not returning the whole money. They are returning only rupees 27 instead of rupees 117.
Its a fraud ordering site and they are eating our money. Please take actions on such sites till now i have not got my product delivered and they are saying they had come for delivering but i was unavailable.

My parcel from shein was about to deliver on 7th november they didn't deliver saying the customer was not available which is completely fake they never contact me n update a fake information and till today 10november, even i called them 6times once they received my call and said that today they will deliver but they didn't deliver and not receiving my calls very disappointed 3th class curiour service.

I dont want to strech the mail so yeah my awb no is [protected], the stupid delivery boy called m subash ([protected]) has failed to delivere my product twice disclosing that my company was closed, when he nt even tried to contact me once and when i tried calling ur service boy the number is not in use.. I ordered my product on paytm on 3rd and its been a week but yet to receive my product.. Wt service are you providing to the customers... It is so so ridiculous..!! Just terminate that dog from your company.

I bought two accessories from paytm mall app. They choose xpressbees as delivery partner. Worst courier company you have. The delivery guy is not friendly at all. They make false statement of delivery attempted. Awb number[protected]. You keep on stuck the item at a place without update since 4-5 days. Then the delivery boy is a 3rd class fellow. Worst experience. Not the first time facing this with your courier services....

I have not got my delivery of paytm but the app show that the order is delivered & the delivery boy's phone is not reachable named as ravindra mohan. Phone no.- [protected]. This occurred 2nd time with me. The 1st time when this incident occurred i always called the delivery agent after which he delivered my order after 6 hours at night & when i called him he said that it occurred by mistake. The delivery agents are stealing the orders of customer which has less amount c. O. D. & they think that nobody is going to ask them. Is this how you guarantee the customer product delivery will be safe?. Please improve your delivery strategy & i suggest to online buyers that donot order any products which ahe delivered by xpress bees. The delivery agents are like theifs. I am very disappointed with thier service.

I haven't made any future delivery request but my awb no[protected] is showing that i have requested. This is totally false and negligence of courier boy. I had been waiting all day long for the gift for my daughter but your company spoiled our diwali..
Poor show.. Will never order via your courier company..
Today when i spoke to the delivery boy he said that he is holding my packet since last 3 days but he is very busy.. Really disgusting..

After checking I have kept return order to pick the product. it's was four days above but no one has came to pick the product. I have sended lot of emails to Xpressbess to pick but no response and please take action send them as soon as possible to take that product thanks

My shipment tracking number [protected] from rbl bank was sent to xpressbees courier and it arrived at delhi on 03 nov 18 and it lying in delhi since 03 oct 18 and they didn't deliver the product till date when i call to customer care and they said it will deliver by today evening but no confirmation have been received by the courier company and they also block my call. Request you to please resolve

This is sameer bondre. Had ordered product from smartpick which couriered by xpressbees. I received delivery with tored packaging and item missing from products. When asked to delivery guy he simply stated "mereko nahi malum" order awb#:[protected],
Delivery person name sajan tambe with contact number[protected].
Just let me know what should i do for this and what action you guy's are taking for customer satisfaction?

Tracking id[protected], it shows product delivered however product is yet to receive. No one delivery executive has called me reagard to the same. Then how come i received mag of product delivered to pradeep sathe. This is first time am seeing this kind of courier service. Kindly look into the matter on highest priority.

Fast track watch received. But quality is worst product is duplicate i am not satisfaction ur product my money is loss i want my money back. U are not solve my problem i will do the legal complaint. Time to weste searching for this site products i will say my friends and family members don't buy this site this site is selling cheap quality products i am totally dissatisfied if in case u are not responding my complaint serious ly action in ur site.👿👿👿

The courier dont try to deliver my order. Instead of that i've receive that my order is out of delivery station. Actually we are in delivery area and many of my order also had been delivered. My order number is cf/awb:[protected] please revolve my problem and deliver my order as soon as possible. And take some action to the courier as their used cheating like this.

The courier person called me on oct 30 2018, but since then even though we try to call him, he is not responding properly and he is not delivering the package.

He is not at all responding properly and it is totally unacceptable behavior, very careless attitude and in the status of shipment it is showing as delivered but it is not yet delivered.

Kindly check on my concern and get my package delivered.

I have a consignment vide no awb[protected] was shedulee to be arrived in 31st of october. But i got the sms that i have requested for future date. Whereas i have not contacted for a single time from your end. This is highly demotivating and a false statement has been given. Please do the needful at your end. This is for your information that this was not the 1st time. The same thing happened many times earlier. I need a early response from your end.

I expect proper reply from you. It's waste for calling your customer care number. Continuously telling will receive today for paste two days. Today one o[censored]r service girl promised that will receive the parcel today. And she wasted nearly half an hour of time. Do you guys think we are jobless person and being sitting quite and want to track the parcel. She s telling u given wrong pincode. I want to ask you guys i[censored] r not fit for delivering the parcel why u getting that from paytm. Same day I processed another order and it has been delivered by bluedart executive within a proper delivery time. And attitude and response we're given was awesome. This s way the follow chain of communication.

But that girl is telling I don't have conduct number of courier center. And for esclation mail I'd also she said we don't have superior mail I'd. You want to mail to this I'd only. I don't have belief that I will give reply from you guys. Because I never felt xpress bees will look after clients. Though I am writing this mail because atleast one person who will be working properly. If anyone there esclate the issue and sort it out.

I need an answer will I receive that parcel or not. It was reached Coimbatore center on 27 October still no action taken. Simply wasting all our time. It's proving ur incapability of proper service

It was informed to me to deliver medicines purchased from Netmeds, shipment ID [protected], will be deliver today I.e. 01.11.18. I have waited for whole day but nobody attempt to deliver the same. But now at night massage is come as 'failure to deliver' as

I have experienced a worst service from xpressbees. I received a message that my product will be delivered today but no one came for delivery and on top of that I contacted the delivery person he lies and says he will deliver the product in the evening and I contact the customer care they says I have given the wrong address but the same address I have given to other courier company they deliver the product without any problem and that is also before expected delivery date and after complaining same things happens message than no one comes to deliver and after that my product status updated as future delivery requested by consignee. I don’t know whether I’m going to receive my order or not.
