Hi,
My product with waybill number[protected] in expressbee is not delivered. When i track the status it's showing that it is out for delivery since 14th september 2018 but delivery location or deliver person contact number is not provided.
Even customer care service i worst as there is no option to talk with executive person. and the option which were present are also not working.

I order my nutrition powder and expressbee was supposed to deliver the product in my address as i have paid for home delivery but the courier guy asked me to come and pick it up from their office and when i complained about it to the customer care person that guy called me and use so many slang in local language while the customer care was in line in my another phone and all of sudden the customer care person stated saying she cant hear anything from my side so she hung up my call and again another product i bought from snapdeal was not good so i wanted to return it and the expressbee was supposed to pick up it from my address but they write in review to snapdeal that the pickup was not completed because i wanted to keep the product. so funny when i wanted to keep my product why i will waste my time doing cancelling. so unsatisfied with the service. really just a waste of money and time . in further any purchases that i will do from any online shopping sites if i find that the courier if from expressbee i rather will cancel my order the same day.

I was waiting for the particular item which i have ordered. Shipment number:
[protected].. I didn't go out... But he marked me as i was not in home... How he can do that? Last 2 days i am waiting for the product.
Each and every day it shows the out of delivery status.. Still it was not coming.. A very bogous and unprofessional logistics company

No respect with the customer and talking without any respect by phone annoying service ### bad service and cancelling order. just terminate the present ### delivery guys and appoint someone who know how to deal with customers or else just close your ### firm.. i am complaining about your firm to higher officials.. without customer satisfaction no firms will run.

Dear team,

With reference to the captioned awb no[protected], which was booked on 7th sep'18 and the same is expected to be delivered by 12th or 13th sep'18. The same has not been delivered inspire of the regular follow ups and the commitment by first cry.

This is the worst ever service by any courier, we have been patiently waiting for the same but ur company is taking customer for granted and doing what ever they want.

I don't you to provide the delivery executive number which is of no use. If you have any service standard i want the same delivered before 1 pm today i. E. 16-09-18 irrespective of sunday.

Product was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Waited for whole day and didn't leave the house even for a second from 14 sep. Morning till now. I even talked to the delivery boy chandra pratap at 4.15 pm and he said he is in vatika city opposite our society and will be here soon. Never came.
Now i am being told that i was not available. I repeat i did not leave house even for a second the whole day. Society records can confirm that he never came.
This is my first experience with on line shopping with paytm and couldn't be worse.

I have ordered some articles on 12th august on club factory and still there is no delivery of articles by xpressbees. I have called on xpressbees customer care no. Several times but there is no respond from them and also no calls from them about items delivery. It's been one month already i've ordered the items. The carrier never called for delivery and the status is showing that i was not available for receiving the delivery.

On tracking no.[protected], it shows that item delivered to me on 11/08/2018 at 7-45 pm but he is a lier, I, was there all along did not receive the item.but wonderfully I, got a message from your end that it would be delivered on 12/08 /2018.How is it ? Please make sure that I, get my item, otherwise I, would complain to the consumer court..Order no.[protected] purchased by Rs 198 with shipment charge through paytm app installed in my mobile to be delivered to my address by expressbees couriers on 10/09/18 but I did not receive the item up till now instead of my complaint to both paytm and expressbees.Tracking showing delivered to me .

.I purchased a item to paytm mal...Item was Delivering Through Xpressbees courier company AWB/Tracking number is [protected]...so the delivery date is last 8 sept but for any technical issue new date of delivery is 11th september...Paytm send me a message today your product is delivering by J upadhayay [protected] ...I called courier man 9 PM and i am saying Where is my courier but his behaviour is very poor he was saying to me ...Courier is not delivering now and future days and You will call company and complaint against me ...I have a call recording proof against a courier boy

We have ordered an power bank and headphones for xpressbees website and when we opened it, it was not in the working condition we tried to start the power bank but it was not starting so we are requesting you to please kindly refund our money back so and please make it as soon as possible because we have to buy a new power bank.

Ordered from club factory. Xpressbees marked status of shipment as deliver when i wasn't even called even once. I complained with xpressbees customer care. They called me to suggest that club factory has assigned a wrong delivery address and phone number for my shipment number. However i received the delivery updates on my phone number which proved they were lying.

Now today evening a delivery boy called me to deliver the shipment. When i confonted him about the issue, he was rude enough to lie on my face that i asked him to keep the shipment with himself when i never had a talk with him before. And he adamantly went ahead to mark it delivered and received by me!

The delivery person was rude and behaved unprofessionally and shouted on the road.

It is ridiculous how they set up the blame on someone else when it is their fault.

I want legal actions to be taken to prevent the cosumers from further harrassmeny by this fraud courier company. It defames the reputable websites like club factory and snapdeal and others that use this courier facility.

I have attached the contact information of the delivery boy i think he should be penalised for insulting me.

I am arunkumar, booked one mi phone on 27th. Last 2 days i got a response from call centre is "delivering soon". But today i got a message that it is not delivered due to the addressee is outstation. It's surprising me that, i still waiting for my phone for last few days and didn't get any calls.
It's very frustrated and annoying services provided by xpress. Please deliver my courier asap or give me the agent name and contact number.

I am samaira i have order rings from clubfactory it's just showing refused to take when i dint get the courier itself how can i refuse and i even dint get a call from xpress bee courier person when i spoke to customer service dey say 24 hours next day and i want my delivery as soon as possible i am waiting for it since from one month i do request to send my courier in next 24 hours with a call

I am Susanta Das, i am applying RBL credit card, my card alredy dispatch by xpressbees couriar, 30th auguest 2018 my AWB NO-[protected] tracking showing out for delivery, i am not present office because i am transfer another office, i was calling some times xpress bees customer care but they r information me next day will be delivery same office address but i am present next day previous office but 1:55pm i am getting sms consign not available at office, how posible?today 02/09/2018 my AWB showing out for delivery my home address but xpressbees couriar not delivery some times i am getting sms we couldnot deliver, instant i was calling customer care but they r wrong information me, they r telling my ph is switch off, but couriar isliya chalagia bapas, mera ph on tha but sms kaisa aya (we couldnot dilever)? xpreesbees customer care fraud, please help ...

Experienced very bad services from xpressbees, the so called manager mr. Ajay pandey [protected] should not be at his post of customer handling. He is so rude and making bad impact of the company. Most unprofessional service manager i have ever interacted, he was like instead of helping me to collect my courier he was back answering me and ordering me. I don't think these kind of people should work in customer relations, pathetic behavior of mr, ajay pandey.

The matter was my courier has came to my given address however the delivery boy awez shaikh and arun maharolia (Field executives) denied to come at the address given and asked me to come down where ever they have parked there bikes, as they don't want to pay parking charges.
After requesting also they denied and stuck on there words only that they will not come.
However now i was helpless to thought i will go down and pick my courier. I asked them to wait for 10 mins as it takes time.
After reaching down nobody was there, i called them and they were like, we have updated your courier will be deliver on monday. I was in a very important meeting on saturday. Leaving the meeting in middle, i have gone down to collect the courier. And these fellow are replying we have left your premises and will deliver on monday. After this i have call that ajay pandey he was like so unprofessional, manner less creature, rude etc.
Kindly change these kind of activities and don't harass people like this. Customer care should be always solving problems not argue or ordering like mr. Ajay pandey.

I was to receive my order from club factory b/w 28th august'18 - 3rd september'18. But when i tracked my order it shows delivered on 23rd august. I don't know to whom it is delivered and none of my family members have received the order neither my neighbours. And i also didn't receive any call or message also. Please check the same where the order is deliveres

I had a pickup today conducted by your company, but your delivery boy ajay kumar jayaswal(72555) assaulted me, abused me and pushed me, this is so payhetic how do you give jobs to these ### people i give you time of 2 days to take action and coordinate with me, or i will file a complaint against your delivery boy and your company.

I was supposed to get goods on 24th august. I waited.. On 26th august i am receiving call from ur local facility at gandhinagar gujarat the person named sunil thakor says that "mam, we dont have deliver boy, he is on leave, please collect from office"
My reply was simple" i cannot take from ur office, i have not seen ur office, please send at my delivery address"
Next morning on 27th i m receiving sms for the delivery. I waited till afternoon and den i am calling dat # and stupid man his reply is disgusting!! He says" madam, u dont pay for delivery.. So u have to face the consequeces of this.. U can do whatever u want.."
I did complain in netmeds.com for u guys.
Again on 28th i am getting message for the delivery.. But same old issue.. Dat irresponsible man doesnt reply. And i am receiving message from u that i am not ready to accept!!!

Again today 29th was the limit... I am receiving message for the delivery and i am at home just to check if d items are delivered or not...
And in evening again i am calling that sunil thakor... He says he doesnt have man and i vl get tomorrow!!
And finally at 7:45 i m receiving message that i am not at home so my items are not delivered!!!
If no strict action is taken from urside i will post this on facebook that expressbees cheats people. They dont have sufficient and responsible manpoer. They cheat people by making faje excuses and sending misleading messages to consignee.
... Also, i have all the call recordings with sunil, i will post that too.
I request you to kindly deliver my goods by tomorrow morning. If by tomorrow i dont get the goods delivered then i will go to consumemr court and file case of cheating on expressbees.
Kindly note that this is the first time i am facing such issue, i get items delivered at my address on or before time fom all other courier people. So address is not an issue, if sunil has problem in delivering then he should not run the courier business.

By mistake i mentioned a wrong pin code no. But i corrected it as soon as possible. I have words with delivry boy i told him my pin no. That is 110045. My full address is kirti chauhan, rz b-61 dabri near gopal mandir new delhi 110045. I have paid for order aprox 500 rs. Plz resolve my problem.
