I am Susanta Das, i am applying RBL credit card, my card alredy dispatch by xpressbees couriar, 30th auguest 2018 my AWB NO-[protected] tracking showing out for delivery, i am not present office because i am transfer another office, i was calling some times xpress bees customer care but they r information me next day will be delivery same office address but i am present next day previous office but 1:55pm i am getting sms consign not available at office, how posible?today 02/09/2018 my AWB showing out for delivery my home address but xpressbees couriar not delivery some times i am getting sms we couldnot deliver, instant i was calling customer care but they r wrong information me, they r telling my ph is switch off, but couriar isliya chalagia bapas, mera ph on tha but sms kaisa aya (we couldnot dilever)? xpreesbees customer care fraud, please help ...

Experienced very bad services from xpressbees, the so called manager mr. Ajay pandey [protected] should not be at his post of customer handling. He is so rude and making bad impact of the company. Most unprofessional service manager i have ever interacted, he was like instead of helping me to collect my courier he was back answering me and ordering me. I don't think these kind of people should work in customer relations, pathetic behavior of mr, ajay pandey.

The matter was my courier has came to my given address however the delivery boy awez shaikh and arun maharolia (Field executives) denied to come at the address given and asked me to come down where ever they have parked there bikes, as they don't want to pay parking charges.
After requesting also they denied and stuck on there words only that they will not come.
However now i was helpless to thought i will go down and pick my courier. I asked them to wait for 10 mins as it takes time.
After reaching down nobody was there, i called them and they were like, we have updated your courier will be deliver on monday. I was in a very important meeting on saturday. Leaving the meeting in middle, i have gone down to collect the courier. And these fellow are replying we have left your premises and will deliver on monday. After this i have call that ajay pandey he was like so unprofessional, manner less creature, rude etc.
Kindly change these kind of activities and don't harass people like this. Customer care should be always solving problems not argue or ordering like mr. Ajay pandey.

I was to receive my order from club factory b/w 28th august'18 - 3rd september'18. But when i tracked my order it shows delivered on 23rd august. I don't know to whom it is delivered and none of my family members have received the order neither my neighbours. And i also didn't receive any call or message also. Please check the same where the order is deliveres

I had a pickup today conducted by your company, but your delivery boy ajay kumar jayaswal(72555) assaulted me, abused me and pushed me, this is so payhetic how do you give jobs to these ### people i give you time of 2 days to take action and coordinate with me, or i will file a complaint against your delivery boy and your company.

Last week i have oredered 4 items from netmeds.com.

I was supposed to get goods on 24th august. I waited.. On 26th august i am receiving call from ur local facility at gandhinagar gujarat the person named sunil thakor says that "mam, we dont have deliver boy, he is on leave, please collect from office"
My reply was simple" i cannot take from ur office, i have not seen ur office, please send at my delivery address"
Next morning on 27th i m receiving sms for the delivery. I waited till afternoon and den i am calling dat # and stupid man his reply is disgusting!! He says" madam, u dont pay for delivery.. So u have to face the consequeces of this.. U can do whatever u want.."
I did complain in netmeds.com for u guys.
Again on 28th i am getting message for the delivery.. But same old issue.. Dat irresponsible man doesnt reply. And i am receiving message from u that i am not ready to accept!!!

Again today 29th was the limit... I am receiving message for the delivery and i am at home just to check if d items are delivered or not...
And in evening again i am calling that sunil thakor... He says he doesnt have man and i vl get tomorrow!!
And finally at 7:45 i m receiving message that i am not at home so my items are not delivered!!!
If no strict action is taken from urside i will post this on facebook that expressbees cheats people. They dont have sufficient and responsible manpoer. They cheat people by making faje excuses and sending misleading messages to consignee.
... Also, i have all the call recordings with sunil, i will post that too.
I request you to kindly deliver my goods by tomorrow morning. If by tomorrow i dont get the goods delivered then i will go to consumemr court and file case of cheating on expressbees.
Kindly note that this is the first time i am facing such issue, i get items delivered at my address on or before time fom all other courier people. So address is not an issue, if sunil has problem in delivering then he should not run the courier business.

By mistake i mentioned a wrong pin code no. But i corrected it as soon as possible. I have words with delivry boy i told him my pin no. That is 110045. My full address is kirti chauhan, rz b-61 dabri near gopal mandir new delhi 110045. I have paid for order aprox 500 rs. Plz resolve my problem.

My order no. is 15096077. It was delivered on 26 august. At the time of delivery i was not at home. My grandfather recieved the order. TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE FACT THAT MY GRANDFATHER DIDN'T KNEW ABOUT THE ORDER, THE DELIVERY MAN ASKED FOR PAYMENT EVEN IT WAS PAID ALREADY ONLINE. Unknowingly he gave the money.so its a humble request to return back our extra money which we have paid.
Get this problem solved quickly or else we would have to approach the court.

Hello, my name is sachin despite of too many complaints and mails to the xpressbees and the shopping websites that to please do not send anything to pincode 413501, through this courier service ever again, i had worst experiences from them each and every time, and this time from for the order or firstcry.com order no. 6157545rxw3054092, and the xpressbees shipment awb number:[protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on 24th august, and on 25th i received an sms saying out of delivery, but nobody showed up as expected, and their given number was switched off, and today morning i. E on 26th to my surprise i received an sms that the consignee was out of station hence the order wasn't delivered, now thats
Beyond the limit nasty behavior.

Just like previous incidents in which these negligent delivery guys never delivered the order and took days and days as per their convenience to deliver it, i had also forwarded the complaints each and every time to xpressbees website, but their action was nothing, but just apologies. But this time i'm done with this.

I'm totally annoyed, disappointed, frustrated with this virus, trojan, malware named xpressbees delivery service, and i just want my firstcry order now, and never expect to see this virus again.

It's almost going to be a month but my order is not yet been deliver. I ordered a pant from club factory on 30 july which was supposed to reach on 16 august but they keep lying that i give them wrong adress. They don't give me phone number to contact them even. At first i thought they are trying to reach me so i mailed my address again and again. But everytime they send me the same mail saying wrong address so cant be reach. I study in hyderabad central university and i don't think so that this address is difficult to find. And i can't give more proper address than this. But when i check the reviews of this courier service i see all the people having same problem as me and they get the same mail from them. Which means they are fooling the customer and playing with their emotions and time and energy.
I kindly request you to look into the matter as it is not only for me but for all. I'm attaching some reviews of customer's who have been a victim of fooling too.

What type of company is this? Delivery boy is giving wrong information that premises was close, customer care is saying not able to connect with agent. On email you are not replying, please close this company, don't make customer fool. This type of service make the company die and out of market.
Email and customer care number is useless. What a third class company is this.

I am in office from 9 am to 6 pm, but your person is not visited my company on 23rd aug 2018 and simple put consignee not available at office address in description. His it the way off giving service to customer. Today also i am waiting for my shipment. Please inform to you persons to give the shipment properly and not put false description.

I have recently ordered a shirt from bewakoof.com and it was to be delivered by xpress bees dhanbad. But your delivery boy of dhanbad name rahul is very rude, he was calling me 5km from my home to pick my order. Andi refused saying that it is your job to deliver. And them he add fake tracking that add incomplete.
Please do something it is very important.

The delivery person called via phone without reaching my home. At that time i am having my lunch. I said him to come my house and i will take it within 15 mins. But he has no time to hear my words and said he has no time i. E for 10 mins. But actually delivery may take 10 to 15 mins. He further not attended my phone and status mentioned that i refused to receive the good.

I was wanting for my delivery from first cry it was supposed to be on 16 aug when i had to give that gift to my nephew but product did not deliver yet its been 19 aug 2018 now.. Its urgent for me.. If you people can deliver that by.. I'll be glad i found you will deliver by today.. Its like birthday today and i want it by today atleast it is important if it won't be the scenario i would not have ask for it again and again.. And by today also i won't get ill make sure i won't order from u again. And i'll say so for my family and friends
