Today morning i got this message "arriving early, shopclues order imstar 40... Delivery today by xpressbees...[protected].. Contact [protected].". When i contacted delivery person he told he will be coming within 1/2 an hour. And in evening i received message that "undelivered: hi! Your shopclues order[protected] for imstar 40 w yellow color hot melt glue g.. Was undelivered as our courier agent was unable to contact you. Click here to give feedback http://sclu.es/jP9xx".
I was presented whole day at home in his waiting. And he putted in his report that i was not available at home.
Please take some serious action against that company and his delivery person.

      I have a delivery on 14 Aug 2018. But after 2 fake delivery attempt there is a message regarding in correct address.
      I try to contact delivery person both delivery time but number which mentioned always not reachable.
      Also no one call me to take help to find address.

      It's so unprofessional. Please arrange this as soon as possible and please share correct numbers in SMS on delivery time.

      This is regarding the RBL credit card which is delivered to Bangalore on Monday(13/Aug/2018). Unfortunately I have not yet received the same and when I call to the Bangalore concerned person they are telling some childish reason for delivery. Please intervene and get this delivered soon.

        I did not receiveed any call from courier boy/company as of now. Even I tried no received in message many times and same was switched off.

            Awb no[protected]. The parcel was reverse picked up by xpressbees agent on 5th august and he has provided the receipt no with mentioned awb no. The next day i got a call again from xpressbees another agent asking to come to pickup parcel which i told him that it was already picked yesterday.

            I checked the link using the awb no and did not find any details and when contacted the customer service they told that they have cancelled the pickup initiating customer busy. When i told them the whole incident and provided them the receipt number along with the agent mobile number who picked up the parcel. They took complaint saying our chennai office will contact you and it has been 10 days and nobody has called me. I call everyday and same response from their end.

            These company has very bad customer service. Please register a complaint against it. These type of companies needs to be sued.

              The delivery boy was not coming to the delivery address and he making a call to come and pick up the courier to another place i am asked what is the reason for not giving the delivery address the delivery today in that route the courier service is not available he was tolding but the other courier services are available in that area like ekart etc please

                The Xpressbees agent had collected the reverse pickup of Boat Headset on 5th August. He provided a receipt with AWB[protected]. Even the next day another agent called for pickup and i informed him that it was collected by agent on 5th August.

                The parcel is not reached the vendor(Image Marketing). I called the customer care and complained thrice and they assured that the parcel collected with that AWB no is yet to be updated in the system by Chennai office and they will call me. They have not called me at all. The agent who collected the parcel was shakir his mobile number is mentioned in the receipt which i provided to customer care and they have also checked with him and he says he has given the parcel to chennai office to ship.

                  This is regarding product delivery from firstcry through this courier company the person who was supposed to deliver it mr. Manjunath ck simply put an update that i have asked for future delivery which is completely false. What exactly happened is morning when he called me i told him to come in the afternoon then in the afternoon i called him and asked his location he was in the same street where i stay and told he will be there within few minutes. After 1 1/2 hr when tried to call he didn't pick up the call so called at xpressbees customer care number where a girl named khajabi picked up and i was devastated the way she handled the call i had to repeat the same sentence again and again but she behaved like a robot! Then again called the guy then he told he will be there within 1/2 hr but didn't come and didn't pick up the call also. This is to bring in notice that this was not there first time where they did false updation previously also several times it has happened and xpressbees gave it a deaf ear.

                      I got a call on thursday (9, aug 2018) stating that courier guy unable to deliver my card today due to rain and will deliver card to office address by friday (10, aug 2018) 10:30. I asked them not to deliver my card to office address, instead to deliver to my current home address. I am yet to receive card, all of a sudden i got message in night that someone is trying to use card for online transaction. This is how you guys (Xpressbees) hire courier people? Courier agents trying to do fraud.

                        I am at pain to lodge my complaint that a packet sent from snapdeal, was supposed to be delivered to me today i. E. 9/08/2018 with awb no.[protected], but it was not delivered to me. Instead i received a message this evening which read as '"we couldn't deliver your geekretai... Awb :[protected] as you refused to accept order." this is a total lie. Nobody contacted me at my address and i never refused to receive the packet.
                        This packet is really important to me and i wish it to be delivered to me tomoroow i. E. On 10/8/2018 between 10.00 a. M. Ti.. 4.00 p. M.

                        Ordered through online. No confirmation mail, message, no bill. The received product is a different one. Instead of blue given one is white, & black one a defective. Legit company. Jasper Infotech has debited the cash as well. And was trying so many days for the return policy or for an sms. No tracking id nor nothing has given.

                            My order has reached hyderabad (Destination city) on saturday (4th aug). Till now i. E. 9th aug, the order is not delivered which was supposed to be delivered by 7th aug. There is no response for my email by them. I don't know what they are doing by keeping my order for 6 days in the same location. Paytmmall is scrap & their courier network sucks. Same experience for me in 3 out of 4 orders. Will never order from paytmmall.

                            I ordered for a acne erasing bubble emulsion but it was a useless parcel that had come...on the packet it's d products name printed which I asked for but inside the packet theres an insect repellent which is so useless which I feel the packaging is done in an unmannered way without proper concentration

                                I have ordered some item from paytm and seller sent my parcel through xpress bees logistics vide docket no.[protected].

                                The delivery person did not come to our address and reported that person was not available while i was present there only entire day and no one had tried to contact.

                                Further after seeing the message from courier i called delivery boy when he came he (Bablu kumar mobile - [protected]) replied i was having 300 packet so i did not get time for delivery.

                                Request you to look in to the matter and the fact that wrong message is being communicated by delivery boy for his failure to perform his duty.

Today i received a message stating it will be delivered however after sometime again one more message was received stating that cod was not available... What the hell... There was no attempt made to deliver the goods in the first place. How can they just make a statement online. They did not even attempt to make a call and check regarding the product. Worst ever courier.

                                    I have got a message from xpressbees that my courier is ready to deliver. But that day i didn't get my courier. And next day i call him and said it. He says that today i got that courier and whenever he came to the address he will send a message to my phone. But i didn't get any message or call. And lastly i got an message that my courier is unable to deliver. It is an important courier and what should i do to get it??

                                      This is about my order id nms[protected]w ordered with my net med id having mob no. As [protected], while i selected roorkee, uttarakhand as my delivery address.

                                      I don't understand how the hell you people have command over your distributor courier services. Since last 3 days you are telling me that my order is out for delivery. But where is the my product???

                                      In sunday morning i got a message from xpressbees stating that i was going to receive my delivery with awb no.[protected]. I kept waiting, but throughout the day nobody called.in evening i received a message stating i asked for future delivery!!! I am getting these messages from last three days. How can you prove that i returned my order and repeatedly??? Are you people serious?? Why would i delay the order delivery for the medicines i need urgently???
                                      It has been 3days since i am tracking my order and you are messaging me that i have asked gor future delivery???

                                      I called xpressbees couriers for my order too and they gave a complaint no. Wide 8677164. But no action has been taken till now. Why are you making your customers fool by stating that you are blah! Blah!

                                      As a customer i am very irritated for how i am getting harassed by your services. I will surely gonna request more and more people to not to purchase from netmed.
                                      At last dear netmeds, i want you to ask something... What are the values of your company??? Do they exist or not???

                                      I want you to resolve this issue in the minimal time before i make any complaints on consumer forum. I am gonna take legal action against this harassment and will go as far as i can.
