I've been waiting for this order for a week. Ordered from fab alley on 23rd oct. Today it's showing out for delivery since morning and now showing delivered without me taking the order. They don't give contact numbers of deliver people. My order is showing delivered in the tracking but it's not delivered to me. Please resolve this before i take a legal action against the company.

Hi,
I am chaitanya vinnakota from hyderabad. Rbl bank sent an important document to me through xpressbess logistics. The xpressbees awb tracking no is[protected]. The courier was handover ed to the xpressbess by rbl on 25th oct 2017 by 12:25 am and it was reached to the hyderabad/spt by 2:13 pm on 26th oct 2017. Till now there is no change in the status. No update. There is no number to contact xpressbees.in this regards i request them to send my courier immediately to the following address:

The people from expressbees never tried to deliver things and instead of trying they show their attitude and calls the costumer to collect our belonging ourselves otherwise they will put the shipment in return to u should stop theses kind of stupid and unprofessional courier services

Gadgets 360 have booked my shipment on 24th of oct through express bees courier with awb[protected] and the website of express bees shows no update till today. Called up cs and they don't even know to sepak a work on english and many a times their number is not reachable even if called between 9 to 5 pm. One of the worst service ever seen need to sue this company and if possible block this company from taking any new orders a

This is regarding shipment with the following details:
Awb:[protected]

The shipment was out for delivery on 06/10/2017, however received no call, no parcel delivered to my location.
The delivery failure message stated that the number was not reachable and then address was incomplete.
The number was never reachable and i was present at the location the whole day waiting for them parcel.

Same thing repeated again on 16/10/2017.

Called the customer care of xpressbees, the agent handling the call disconnected then call after listening to the issue.

I believe this is a big scam, fraud by xpressbees, they are never going to deliver my parcel.
They keep the parcel with themselves and fool the customers with such instances.

Kindly look into this asap so that these people can not cheat more people.

I have placed an order and the shipment was made by vendor same day on 24th Oct. but even after four days packet not yet received in Delhi. In tracking it is showing that packet arrived delhi before two days, I have called the customer care but no solution was given even 24 hours. We should urge people not to use Xpressbees services.

My name is vaibhav, i placed an order through ib on 17/10/17 (Tracking #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees on or before 21/10/17, which is still undelivered.
Tracking status update shows that i refused to accept the aforementioned product, which is completely wrong, because no xpressbee personnel called me on my registered mobile number, neither did anyone showup at the door.
Why would i refuse to accept a product i've pre paid for? Please solve the issue asap and get my product delivered.

Tried to reach via social platforms no response, do you no take things seriously?

After reading reviews over here and google reviews am scared if i will ever receive my shipment. I just need a call or a message when will i receive my shipment.

The problem is they never call, they do not respect their customers. Their IVR's are fake. Their website features are fake.

This courier guys have no customer service support, if called to customer care number it is only ivr, can't speak to any support officer..
My shipment moved from bangalore on tuesday and it have not reached till today (Saturday). At 2pm they have send message saying shipment was out of delivery but by 5:15 i got another message saying time over not delivering..
Trying to reach customer care but no response..
Such a worst courier i have used..

It is really strange...

The status is showing that the "consignee shifted on the given address", where as i am at that address only and i have been mailed and calling the customer care as well to when the courier would be delivered... Now i am calling them and i am not getting any response... What should i do?

I hv ordered power bank for rs 800 I.e fr buy one get one free... While ordering they said it's Samsung and mi product but nw after delivery the products r worst n it's nt Samsung n MI... I want to return this courier back...please take back ur worst product

After that i booked another order with same address and this time blue dart was service they delivered with same address. My consignment number [protected] for the item to be delivered has not been delivered to me in spite of the fact that l was available at my home. The delivery boy without even reaching my address has updated the status as the residence closed and hence delivery could not be made. The customer support assured me of delivery within next 24 hrs but till now there is no response and now the customer support also can't be reached. Seens to be a non reliable company which should not be used by the banks for the delivery of important documents please do the needful at the earliest

I did purchase a product through mi strore, and xpressbees is delivering my product.
Product supposed to be delivered by 13th october 2017 as per shipment track, when i tried to track my shipment status will be like "your product is out for delivery", by the end of the day status will be like "we couldn't deliver the product as your office or residence is closed". Which is not true, i called delivery guy several days every day he was telling like, he will deliver the product by the end of the day. Now he is not even answering my call. I called express bees customer care as well i did not get any result. Till to day my product is not delivered my order awb :[protected]

I have ordered a nail polish through paytm few days back and the shipment i was supposed to receive on 17th oct 2017. The delivery boy gave me a call and when i was guiding him to my address he refused to go to my location telling that i have to come to his location and pick it up. He used harsh words telling that may whatever happen he cant go to evry house and deliver. His words were abusive and he did not deliver my item. Kindly take necessary action against it asap.

I had order for an mi a1 mobile from mi store and the same has reached coimbatore in tamil nadu on 14/10/2017. But the same has not been delivered as of now today (116/10/2017). Such harassing is the situation that even after paying the whole money to mi, we have so far not received the product and even their customer care is not responding. They have a call me option, once your tracking id is provided, but intelligently they have made the site not to respond if someone provides them with mobile number. Request you to intervene in helping us getting delivery of our product immediately.

Xpress bees is supposed to deliver my order before 14th or atleast 16th but till now it was not delivered and when i called to their customer care no many times it was saying no one is availble to talk after many repeated calls once i got the chance to talk and they told me to wait still more 48 hours and my destination to reach the product is tenali coming from tirupur, and i dont understand why they shipped my item to banglore and from there to hyderabad and now it is hyderabad for the last two days no movement at all and my trakcing id is[protected], i getting afraid whether they deliver it properly or may put the false status that consign is not avalible like this, i dont understand with this kind of serive how they are getting still the orders?

Ref.: awb [protected]. On dated 09.10.17, the courier boy was not able to find the address. When i confirmed the address to him that the address was correct and anyone can find that address easily over his mobile no.: [protected]. He started saying that unable to deliver said courier at your address & come to the main road (Court more) which is 0.25 km away from residence & need to be collect the same. After requesting him, he came to near my house & he refused bluntly to come over my gate which is around 3 mtrs from road & he asked to come over road & collect the parcel or otherwise it will be returned, such type of behaviour is not proper & desirable. Finally the parcel has not been delivered at my address. Further, on 10.10.2017, i got sms that same consinment will be delivered to-day but no person come to deliver.

I had placed an order on paytm on oct 6th for an apple iphone 6. This was shipped with xpressbees with tracking number[protected].
As per their site, product has reached the local hub on oct 9th
However when i called them up, i was told that the product is still lying in bangalore and is misplaced in their network.
This is the second case happening to me with xpressbees in the past 2 weeks.
Can this be escalated

I have booked a matte black sky blu full rim via order number [protected] on 24/9/2017 but has not been delivered till now. I have received an sms from xpressbees on 7/10/2017 stating that the consignment has reached kollam at 6:35 am but even after 3 days i have not received the consignment even when my location is inside kollam town. On 9/10/2017 i received a call from the number [protected] telling me that the delivery will not happen on 9/10/2017 and immediately i received an sms stating that â€œconsignee not availableâ€. I was shocked in receiving that sms as this is contradiction to what has actually happened. What shall i do now to receive the assignment??? Shall i go ahead with a legal complaint?? If i am not getting a revert from your end in next 2 hours i will definitely do that and post the details in social media as wellâ€¦ you can reach me @ [protected] / [protected]..

And today a delivery boy named saurabh dixit in lucknow abused me on the phone just because he wasn't on the right location.. This is potentially the worst service i have ever recieved from ecpressbees.
