My consignment number [protected] for the item to be delivered has not been delivered to me in spite of the fact that l was available at my home. The delivery boy without even reaching my address has updated the status as the residence closed and hence delivery could not be made. The customer support assured me of delivery within next 24 hrs but till now there is no response and now the customer support also can't be reached. Seens to be a non reliable company which should not be used by the banks for the delivery of important documents please do the needful at the earliest

    I did purchase a product through mi strore, and xpressbees is delivering my product.
    Product supposed to be delivered by 13th october 2017 as per shipment track, when i tried to track my shipment status will be like "your product is out for delivery", by the end of the day status will be like "we couldn't deliver the product as your office or residence is closed". Which is not true, i called delivery guy several days every day he was telling like, he will deliver the product by the end of the day. Now he is not even answering my call. I called express bees customer care as well i did not get any result. Till to day my product is not delivered my order awb :[protected]

      I have ordered a nail polish through paytm few days back and the shipment i was supposed to receive on 17th oct 2017. The delivery boy gave me a call and when i was guiding him to my address he refused to go to my location telling that i have to come to his location and pick it up. He used harsh words telling that may whatever happen he cant go to evry house and deliver. His words were abusive and he did not deliver my item. Kindly take necessary action against it asap.

        I had order for an mi a1 mobile from mi store and the same has reached coimbatore in tamil nadu on 14/10/2017. But the same has not been delivered as of now today (116/10/2017). Such harassing is the situation that even after paying the whole money to mi, we have so far not received the product and even their customer care is not responding. They have a call me option, once your tracking id is provided, but intelligently they have made the site not to respond if someone provides them with mobile number. Request you to intervene in helping us getting delivery of our product immediately.

          Xpress bees is supposed to deliver my order before 14th or atleast 16th but till now it was not delivered and when i called to their customer care no many times it was saying no one is availble to talk after many repeated calls once i got the chance to talk and they told me to wait still more 48 hours and my destination to reach the product is tenali coming from tirupur, and i dont understand why they shipped my item to banglore and from there to hyderabad and now it is hyderabad for the last two days no movement at all and my trakcing id is[protected], i getting afraid whether they deliver it properly or may put the false status that consign is not avalible like this, i dont understand with this kind of serive how they are getting still the orders?

              Ref.: awb [protected]. On dated 09.10.17, the courier boy was not able to find the address. When i confirmed the address to him that the address was correct and anyone can find that address easily over his mobile no.: [protected]. He started saying that unable to deliver said courier at your address & come to the main road (Court more) which is 0.25 km away from residence & need to be collect the same. After requesting him, he came to near my house & he refused bluntly to come over my gate which is around 3 mtrs from road & he asked to come over road & collect the parcel or otherwise it will be returned, such type of behaviour is not proper & desirable. Finally the parcel has not been delivered at my address. Further, on 10.10.2017, i got sms that same consinment will be delivered to-day but no person come to deliver.

                I had placed an order on paytm on oct 6th for an apple iphone 6. This was shipped with xpressbees with tracking number[protected].
                As per their site, product has reached the local hub on oct 9th
                However when i called them up, i was told that the product is still lying in bangalore and is misplaced in their network.
                This is the second case happening to me with xpressbees in the past 2 weeks.
                Can this be escalated

                  I have booked a matte black sky blu full rim via order number [protected] on 24/9/2017 but has not been delivered till now. I have received an sms from xpressbees on 7/10/2017 stating that the consignment has reached kollam at 6:35 am but even after 3 days i have not received the consignment even when my location is inside kollam town. On 9/10/2017 i received a call from the number [protected] telling me that the delivery will not happen on 9/10/2017 and immediately i received an sms stating that “consignee not available”. I was shocked in receiving that sms as this is contradiction to what has actually happened. What shall i do now to receive the assignment??? Shall i go ahead with a legal complaint?? If i am not getting a revert from your end in next 2 hours i will definitely do that and post the details in social media as well… you can reach me @ [protected] / [protected]..

                    constant failure in delivery of my product

                    My product number[protected] is out of delivery for 4 days now and everytime someone calls me for delivery they tell me the are not able to reach my location. And today a delivery boy named saurabh dixit in lucknow abused me on the phone just because he wasn't on the right location.. This is potentially the worst service i have ever recieved from ecpressbees.

                    I had purchased a mobile in mi-stores through pre-paid amount services since last month september 29th... They were given to you further shipments... The shipment are reached to nellore 4th october.. But they are delivering still today (7th october)... Atleast no delivery corresponding calls for me still today now... Such a great kind of worest services providing by xpressbees in nellore... Really really worest for me... Same date another shipment was delivered by bluedot courier by 3rd october..

                      My fd receipt from bajaj was not delivered but awb[protected], but they had sent me an sms stating that it has been delivered. Sms was sent on 29th september. Post that i had called expressbees customer care on 4th oct where they confirmed that they will escalate to their higher up & i will receive a call within 2 hours but still not received. Today when i tried calling their customer care my call was not connected stating long queue. Mail sent on 3rd october for same matter but still no reply.
                      Another order from paytm awb[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 4th sept but still not delivered & they had sent an sms on 30th sept that they could not locate the address & another attempt will be made within 24 to 48 hours, but still no attempt has been made

                        Employees are not delivered my bank check book and debit card. I opened account in icici bank with my communication address. But the employer of xpressbees could not deliver my cheque book and debit card in my communication address.2 time they return my delivery to my door. Communication address i'd i have not. But i have my adharcard as a i'd. Plz deliver my cheque book and debit card

                          Hi team,

                          I had ordered few items from health kart and they usually ship the products through xpress bees.

                          After the estimate delivery date i will get an sms from xprees bees stating that your order is out for delivery please be available, but till evening i will not get any types of communications from the courier service and after 6 pm i will get an sms that your delivery has been held due to the unavailability of the consignee.

                          I don't know how they determine the consignee is unavailable without contacting them. And this drama will continue for 3 days and eventually the order will return to the origin. And this is not the first time, it often happens.

                          Sometimes they will contact and say "sorry sir we cannot deliver your order today we will surely do it after 48hrs and they will inform the same after 48hrs.

                          Hence, i request you to take fast and relevant action against this fake and inefficient people.

                            Hi my name is shaad ali i have ordered 2 products from paytm mall order no. :[protected] and order no.: [protected] paytm has send my items by xpressbees with id [protected] and with id[protected] respectively and it reached to varanasi and shows that it is out for delivery but i have not recieved my orders yet and when i called customer care it said hold on the line but no body contact me i am going to complain this to cyber cell police. Many have suffered due to this type of services i am really upset by this type of service.

                            There are too many complaints about xpressbees . Their license should be revoked forthwith.
                            Further I needed the medicine latest by today. I am 82 yrs old and cannot collect from their service center.
                            Your Bangalore service center says that it cannot deliver the goods since my house is out of delivery area.
                            When all other couriers can deliver, why you are not able to deliver?
                            I have already written to pinhealth to blacklist you and send the goods through other courier.

                              I have not ordered anything and someone from xpressbees delivered an order (Just a stupid sim slot) on cod on 16th september. As i was not at home and my phone was not reachable, someone took the order and paid as the delivery man forced that you can return it. The address is mine but the phone number is not mine. The company details provided on the packet is fake. When i called customer care, then they told me that they don't have any contact details and can not help me. When i questioned him that how their management work then he inquired and told me that they have received 4 such cases only. How can a company say 4 cases only? I got angry and asked them to take some action or connect me to some senior person or give me the contact details of that company. They said they don't have details of the company. I was surprised and curious to know that how do they get the payment from their clients but the person didn't have any answer. He told me that he will call me on monday (18th sept) and will update me but till now i have not received a single phone call from their end. It is so irritating and it seems xpressbess is a fraud company. Please take some action as soon as possible.

                                  I order mobile on paytm and paytm was showing that it will be delivered on 24-sep-2017 by xpressbees[protected]. From 24-sep-2017 it is showing out for delivery on your website but there is no call or update for this order. I called xpressbess customer care on 25 sep (Compliant number[protected] and they told me that i will be updated within 24 hours but till now i did not get any update. This is very bad service from xpressbess.

                                    I ordered one item (A high value item, inr 50000+) from paytm mall on 20th september. It was assigned to this worst xpressbees courier company. Awb number of the order is[protected]

                                    On 22nd sep, 08:37 pm (Kindly note the time) got a message which says "the order is out for delivery".

                                    The next day morning at 07:04 am got another message that says "xpressbees could not deliver your paytm order as your house/office was closed."

                                    First of all let me inform you that generally no courier service delivers order at that time (After 8 pm in the night) and second, nobody called me that evening regarding the same, so how can you update the status as "house/office was closed".

                                    On 23rd september in the afternoon 12:08 pm, i called xpressbees customer care and rescheduled the delivery, also informed that i will be available till 7 pm. The customer care agent confirmed that the item will be delivered by that time. Later same day, got another message at 01:33 pm that says "order is out for delivery". I called the courier delivery agent sagar komirishetty (Got his number from order status page) and asked him about the delivery process to which he confirmed that he will arrange the delivery. However nobody has tried to contact me through out the whole day. Rather i tried to call mr. Sagar komirishetty 12 times but he did not pick my call. I also sent one message to which he never replied.

                                    On 24th, september morning at 07:06 am i got one more message that says "xpressbees could not deliver your paytm order as your house/office was closed."

                                    I am asking, how on earth they came to know that "my house/office was closed" when they didn't even attempt/call me for a single time. Their delivery agents lack basic training/manner and they simply does not know how to deal with customers, otherwise he would have picked up my call when i called him 12 times and sent a sms also.

                                    On 25th september afternoon, i tracked my item on expressbees website, it was showing my item is at ponneri (A place near chennai, tamilnadu) and it is still at that place while writing this complaint. The said item has to be delivered with in the same city i. E the seller is in hyderabad and the recipient also is in hyderabad city. Please refer to the screenshot to confirm that the origin point is hyderabad only. To deliver with in the same city, they already took 7 days and yet not delivered. The ultimate shock is that instead of hyderabad, it went to ponneri, tamilnadu. What kind of pathetic service is it.

                                    This is a sign of cheap service quality because without attempting to deliver, he just updated the status that my house/office was closed.

                                    Xpressbees, please ask your deliver agents not to use so much intelligence that "generally on saturday/sunday offices remain closed, so let's update the status like that" and attempt the delivery irrespective of the day.

                                    If you call this type of service as quality service then in my opinion you just don't deserve to be in this courier business.

                                      I got the massage form you that "xpressbees has held delivery of pay tm order awb :[protected], as consignee was not available" but the person not came at deliver end and not call me for the same, then how could you give this massage to me.

                                      I called many times to your customer care but they are not responding me.

                                      Please help me to clear this issue
