My fd receipt from bajaj was not delivered but awb[protected], but they had sent me an sms stating that it has been delivered. Sms was sent on 29th september. Post that i had called expressbees customer care on 4th oct where they confirmed that they will escalate to their higher up & i will receive a call within 2 hours but still not received. Today when i tried calling their customer care my call was not connected stating long queue. Mail sent on 3rd october for same matter but still no reply.
Another order from paytm awb[protected] was supposed to be delivered by 4th sept but still not delivered & they had sent an sms on 30th sept that they could not locate the address & another attempt will be made within 24 to 48 hours, but still no attempt has been made

Regarding the AWB [protected] which is supposed to deliver the customer 29th September 2017, the same has not delivered and showing status undelivered as closing of office address even the office is opened in same day.
Requesting you look in to this ASAP and help me to get the product.

When I enquired about the same it was told that it will be delivered the next day i.e. today. Now the delivery guy is refusing to deliver it today as he is in leave.
I want that package to be delivered as soon as possible. Do the needful.

    Employees are not delivered my bank check book and debit card. I opened account in icici bank with my communication address. But the employer of xpressbees could not deliver my cheque book and debit card in my communication address.2 time they return my delivery to my door. Communication address i'd i have not. But i have my adharcard as a i'd. Plz deliver my cheque book and debit card

    The service is very poor and unsatisfactory.

      Hi team,

      I had ordered few items from health kart and they usually ship the products through xpress bees.

      After the estimate delivery date i will get an sms from xprees bees stating that your order is out for delivery please be available, but till evening i will not get any types of communications from the courier service and after 6 pm i will get an sms that your delivery has been held due to the unavailability of the consignee.

      I don't know how they determine the consignee is unavailable without contacting them. And this drama will continue for 3 days and eventually the order will return to the origin. And this is not the first time, it often happens.

      Sometimes they will contact and say "sorry sir we cannot deliver your order today we will surely do it after 48hrs and they will inform the same after 48hrs.

      Hence, i request you to take fast and relevant action against this fake and inefficient people.

        Hi my name is shaad ali i have ordered 2 products from paytm mall order no. :[protected] and order no.: [protected] paytm has send my items by xpressbees with id [protected] and with id[protected] respectively and it reached to varanasi and shows that it is out for delivery but i have not recieved my orders yet and when i called customer care it said hold on the line but no body contact me i am going to complain this to cyber cell police. Many have suffered due to this type of services i am really upset by this type of service.

        There are too many complaints about xpressbees . Their license should be revoked forthwith.
        Further I needed the medicine latest by today. I am 82 yrs old and cannot collect from their service center.
        Your Bangalore service center says that it cannot deliver the goods since my house is out of delivery area.
        When all other couriers can deliver, why you are not able to deliver?
        I have already written to pinhealth to blacklist you and send the goods through other courier.
        My memory card I can't receive my item but I got a message your Order can be delivered how can you delivered with out any Id proof..pls take the action other wise I will take seriously action..

          I have not ordered anything and someone from xpressbees delivered an order (Just a stupid sim slot) on cod on 16th september. As i was not at home and my phone was not reachable, someone took the order and paid as the delivery man forced that you can return it. The address is mine but the phone number is not mine. The company details provided on the packet is fake. When i called customer care, then they told me that they don't have any contact details and can not help me. When i questioned him that how their management work then he inquired and told me that they have received 4 such cases only. How can a company say 4 cases only? I got angry and asked them to take some action or connect me to some senior person or give me the contact details of that company. They said they don't have details of the company. I was surprised and curious to know that how do they get the payment from their clients but the person didn't have any answer. He told me that he will call me on monday (18th sept) and will update me but till now i have not received a single phone call from their end. It is so irritating and it seems xpressbess is a fraud company. Please take some action as soon as possible.

              I order mobile on paytm and paytm was showing that it will be delivered on 24-sep-2017 by xpressbees[protected]. From 24-sep-2017 it is showing out for delivery on your website but there is no call or update for this order. I called xpressbess customer care on 25 sep (Compliant number[protected] and they told me that i will be updated within 24 hours but till now i did not get any update. This is very bad service from xpressbess.

                I ordered one item (A high value item, inr 50000+) from paytm mall on 20th september. It was assigned to this worst xpressbees courier company. Awb number of the order is[protected]

                On 22nd sep, 08:37 pm (Kindly note the time) got a message which says "the order is out for delivery".

                The next day morning at 07:04 am got another message that says "xpressbees could not deliver your paytm order as your house/office was closed."

                First of all let me inform you that generally no courier service delivers order at that time (After 8 pm in the night) and second, nobody called me that evening regarding the same, so how can you update the status as "house/office was closed".

                On 23rd september in the afternoon 12:08 pm, i called xpressbees customer care and rescheduled the delivery, also informed that i will be available till 7 pm. The customer care agent confirmed that the item will be delivered by that time. Later same day, got another message at 01:33 pm that says "order is out for delivery". I called the courier delivery agent sagar komirishetty (Got his number from order status page) and asked him about the delivery process to which he confirmed that he will arrange the delivery. However nobody has tried to contact me through out the whole day. Rather i tried to call mr. Sagar komirishetty 12 times but he did not pick my call. I also sent one message to which he never replied.

                On 24th, september morning at 07:06 am i got one more message that says "xpressbees could not deliver your paytm order as your house/office was closed."

                I am asking, how on earth they came to know that "my house/office was closed" when they didn't even attempt/call me for a single time. Their delivery agents lack basic training/manner and they simply does not know how to deal with customers, otherwise he would have picked up my call when i called him 12 times and sent a sms also.

                On 25th september afternoon, i tracked my item on expressbees website, it was showing my item is at ponneri (A place near chennai, tamilnadu) and it is still at that place while writing this complaint. The said item has to be delivered with in the same city i. E the seller is in hyderabad and the recipient also is in hyderabad city. Please refer to the screenshot to confirm that the origin point is hyderabad only. To deliver with in the same city, they already took 7 days and yet not delivered. The ultimate shock is that instead of hyderabad, it went to ponneri, tamilnadu. What kind of pathetic service is it.

                This is a sign of cheap service quality because without attempting to deliver, he just updated the status that my house/office was closed.

                Xpressbees, please ask your deliver agents not to use so much intelligence that "generally on saturday/sunday offices remain closed, so let's update the status like that" and attempt the delivery irrespective of the day.

                If you call this type of service as quality service then in my opinion you just don't deserve to be in this courier business.

                  I got the massage form you that "xpressbees has held delivery of pay tm order awb :[protected], as consignee was not available" but the person not came at deliver end and not call me for the same, then how could you give this massage to me.

                  I called many times to your customer care but they are not responding me.

                  Please help me to clear this issue

                    I have a paytmmall order which shipped through xpressbees logistics with tracking id[protected]. My product reach at my city (Ccu/nor-kolkata hub) on 17th sept 2017. Today is 20 sept 2017 but till now there have no changes in tracking detail. It doesn't move to next hub. I have sent them an email regarding this issue, but no positive result. So, a request to you deliver my product soon.

                      Reference to the above, it was pathetic experience by me from customer care of both icici bank & xpressbees courrier agency.
                      Am getting daily messages that 'attempted to deliver the item, but missed you' and while tracking the shipment status online in xpressbees website status showing ' consignee is not avilable'.

                      In this regard, i would like to inform you that since 15.9.2017 am very much available at my address with family. Am receiving my regular courriers without any issue. I also sent mail to icici customer care in this regard who has responded as below. Also taken up with xpressbees by responding online qquery in thier website. Also spoke to customer care executive who has assured delivery everyday, but not dellivered consignment so far. Infact he took his local service executive (Hyderabad) mr durga on conference call who assured that delivery will happen by eod 19.9.2017. Despite all this the consignment was not delivered yet, but this morning again i got sms stating that unable to deliver the item and contact customer care for any address changes.

                      Ground reality is that no delivery boy approached my address to deliver.in case delivery boy unable to find, he could have called me and take help in finding address. Neither called nor delivered despite my followsup with both customer care offices. Its rediculous having such kind of customer service who doesnt care to understand and resolve customer problems.

                      Both customer care i. E. Icici bank & xpressbees attention that please ensure delivery of the said consignment by eod 21.09.2017 positively. Otherwise am not responsible for further consequences. Now its upto you to take further course of action in delivering the consignment.

                        On 16 sept 17, delivery boy (Name: rahul mobile no: [protected]) in indore told me that he is coming to deliver my product. I came to my home from office by taking half day leave. Again called rahul and said i am waiting. Rahul told he is on the way. Then he switched off phone. His such behaviour put me on time and money loss. It's ridiculous. During this his behavior was also not good.in that time indore weather was also nice. So excuse of raining or other reason. If there was any big reason then why he not even thought to inform me about holding the delivery. He knew that i am waiting for him.

                        That's why today on 18 sept 17 i refused to take delivery.

                          Hi,

                          I am karthik. M and was about to receive my courier through xpressbees. My tracking id is [protected].

                          Status of courier shows that it reached chennai on 13th september and sent out for delivery. But there is no one approached my address or contacted me. The status automatically changed as not delivered since i was not present in address.

                          I already raised this issue in xpressbees customer care and the package came out for delivery again on 14 th september. But again the same problem with the delivery.

                          I did not see anyone coming and asking for me in my house or call me to my mobile. But i recieved a sms saying the package is not able to deliver to me.

                          I tried in lot of way to get the package but it is not helping me. No contact number available for reaching xpressbee in chennai and still my package is undelivered.

                            This courier is useless always they will not deliver on time we have got very worst service.. Also when we called to customer care that we need urgent delivery they will not respond properly. Please improve your deliver service. Also give proper response when we call to customer care.                               Hello sir, i am from west bengal. My address is ashoknagar, kalyangarh bazaar, north 24 pgs.
                              Pin code : 743272. I like to buy product from online. Maximum time i buy from flipkart. Their ekart logistic courier service is very good. Their delivery boy come to home to deliver purchased product.
                              But this first time i ordered a philips trimmer from jabong. Today was the delivery date. Xpressbees delivery boy call my phone and tell me he cann't come to my home to deliver my purchased product. He say me to come a market. I went market as soon as possible. But the delivery boy came too late. Even the delivery boy's behavior was very cruel.
                              Please sir, improve your delivery service. And give home delivery service. Tell your delivery boys to talk to customers gently.

                                I have experienced a very bad experience with this xpressbees courier service.
                                My product was supposed to be delivered today. The delivery person called me and asked for. The address. I have told him the landmark details which close to my house and also askes my wife to be there outside. Even though he was very close to my home and roaming around the landmark. Place and couldnt deliver the product. I tried contacting the person 100 times nearly he didnt pick the call. He has marked in their. Data base as address is incomplete or improper. Very pathetic courier... Please avoid this courier for any kind. Of deliveris they are delaing with some. Arrogant and non sense delivery persons.

                                    Hello... My name is saurav dey (Contact no. : [protected]) and this complaint is regarding a delivery executive of your organization named rajesh patra (Contact no. : [protected])
                                    He had come today (9.9.17) to deliver my package from paytm (Awb number is[protected] i was at work when i received a call from him where he said he was unable to find my home. I instructed him but he couldn't understand... Then i told him to ask nearby people to ask for the address as he was within 15 second away from my home. He replied that it is impossible to search for address like this. Then i had to send my old grandfather out to receive the package... But the too he was nowhere to be found. He kept calling me and spoke rudely and even disconnected the call angrily 2-3 times on my face... Then my grandfather found him after 10-15 minutes and took the package from him.
                                    This kind of behavior is not expected from anyone. I order numerous stuff from e-commerce sights almost everyday and people find my home with ease. Yes, i understand that some people may have problem locating, but that does not mean that he will not take any effort from his side. After the same instruction that i provided him, other people easily locates my home. But this guy refused to move from his position and was counting on my old grandfather to locate him instead... He called me after 5 minutes and said that "why isn't anyone coming? I cannot spend so much time delivering one parcel"
                                    Is this how you train your executives?
                                    He even said that i'll receive the package only if he finds my home.
                                    I don't want this guy to lose his job. But i want xpressbees to atleast see to this matter and train him properly. Also, i would request you that please do not send this guy any further at my doorstep to deliver any future packages. I do not want my family to face this kind of harassment for a mere package.
                                    I am also mailing this complaint to paytm.

                                      I have ordered my product many days before and till now i have not received the product. Other product which i ordered through paytm afterwards came to my adress which was properly delivered by delhivery courier service. I have been waiting long for my product which is prepaid. The product has stuck at guwahati hub and has not yet shipped from there. I hope my problem will get resolved soon

                                        I have ordered a product from firstcry. Previously also i have ordered baby stroller and diapers. Every time i place a order there is not only delay in delivery but also false messeges are received stating consignee was not available.
                                        To my surprise i was very much present whole day and my phone was very much active too. Instead attempting a call to customer, as there was a delay xpressbees hyderabad/ lbn staff repeatedly updates the status that customer was not available.
