I know this is a third party which is delivering goods, but i will recommend you as a service to not promote fraud websites such as kemion which are delivering fraudulent goods and is not even a real website, through your service. Check each and every commercial seller's goods carefully before delivering for them otherwise you will also lose customers.

I ordered a lehenga from this website which was black and pink. Received trash, which was basically cheap leftover material from some other salwar. Got charged rs.524 for rubbish material. They are a fraudulent website who totally cheat their customers. Attached pictures show the difference between their advertisement of the black and pink ghagra and the trash material - red and peach that i received.
Tracking code[protected], Today morning I got a message that a purchased product is to be delivered as it is out for delivery. But without attempts I got message in evening that my home found closed.
When I contacted the delivery boy..he informed me false information about my message.
Worst services...

    I ordered a lenovo k6 note phone cover, on site of bewakoof.com, however the delivery was by xpressbees, order awb :[protected]. The sum of money to be paid was rs 395/- however the guy who did the delivery took a note of rs 500/- and flew. Please take some action, such fraudulent cases are not feasible. I need a refund of 105 rs by this week. Date of incident : 3rd sept 2017. The guy came around 4 30 pm.

      This is to inform you that my coral debit card was dispatched by icici bank. A courier person (Mob. No.[protected]) visited my house yesterday i. E on 1st sept. Unfortunately i was not at home and my mother in law was not having id proof. Today morning i called him requesting to deliver the same. He came to my society at 12.11 noon and asked me to come downstairs with the id proof & collect the same. I ask him to come up & deliver the same. He arrogantly refuse and went away without delivering the card.
      Hope you will take strict action against him for his arrogant behaviour and revert me immidiately.

        This is regarding awb no.[protected]. As stated per your mail of august 29th, the shipment was not delivered and i had to call the customer care center today morning, that is august 30 again to complain. They insisted the delivery guys had given a call and i was unreachable and my address is incomplete. Please be noted that my cell phone is always in the coverage area and never switched off and i did get many calls from others but not from any of your delivery guys and i do get other deliveries to the same address without delay by other service providers like amazon, flipkart, delhivery etc. It was told to me by the call center person that it will be delivered today and they will see that it is delivered, but i am still waiting for my shipment. The landmark provided by me also is very well known. I do not understand what difficulty they are facing to deliver the shipment. I have called you thrice and mailed you multiple times regarding this. Please look in to the matter asap.

          I have ordered combo pack of samsung powerbank, 64gb hp stainless steel pendrive and 128gb memory card.. But i got samsung powerbank and 64gb memory card. You have missed 64gb hp pendrive and instead of 128gb i got 64gb memory card only.. Please take a return as soon as possible... I coudnt contact any service numbers. Please give a importance to this order.

                I have order from paytm which is supposed to deliver by 18 of aug 2017, but still i didn't received, from last two day, in the morning i got a message like your order is out for delivery, and at evening i got a message like, order is not delivered because of address is closed, 2nd day got message order is not delivered due to consignee is not available. And the interesting thing is i didn't received any call from there courier boy, then how can they say consignee is not available. I never see such a worst service in my life.

                    I have submitted a complaint to shop clues customer care as well as to xpressbees customer care but they have provided me a nonsense reply hence raising at this forum..
                    With reference to order number[protected] i have not received the product. It has never been delivered to my or my address.

                    There were 2 products shipped by shopclues for which the courier partner was xpressbees. I received one on 3rd august (Tracking #[protected]. I got a call from the xpressbees delivery boy and i collected the same personally from him.

                    The second product was not delivered and i got a call on 6th aug from xpressbees (Tracking #[protected] asking
                    Me if it was delivered. I said no its not.

                    On 7th and 8th august i got sms stating that the shipment is out for delivery but i never got a call for delivery.

                    On 9th aug i got an sms stating that the shipment has been delivered due to which i sent 2-3 complaints to shopclues via their app and email and i marked the complaint to
                    Xpressbees as well on 11th august.

                    The shipment is not delivered. Either xpressbees or shop clues is liable to deliver the product to me or process a refund for the same.

                      Today I got a message from your expressbees courier service, but still now they didn't deliver the courier. Track number[protected]
                      I called to your pune office regarding the incomplete information provided by the local mumbai office and told me your card has come from some bank, when I asked him which bank, he told me I don't know it is from some bank. I told him that I am not expecting any card from any bank, as I received the sms then I came to know that it was FD papers from NFL.
                      When I again contacted on the local number he told me very rudely that you don't require any parcel you denied it, . I told him that you have assumed yourself that it was a card rather it was FD paper. But he refused to listen and rudely said I will not deliver it and he disconnected the phone.
                      I already telephonically complained to your pune office regarding this, and the complain no provided by them is 6117055.

                          Discussion was not completed, She disconnected my call again i will called she didn't my call.

                          I called another number, She picked my call but she done repeated and disconnected my call.

                          This courier not have maturity, Why i am telling she discussed with another person, he instructed to her for disconnect the call immediately.

                                Hello,
                                My name is john. I was supposed to receive an item, which i ordered online from paytm. On tracking the shipment, i found that my item has already arrived my city 7 days back. No action was taken by the agent here in aizawl to deliver my item. Now, the status in their website as well as by my received sms said "future delivery as requested by consingnee" and "delivery delayed as customer's request" for 5 consecutive days... Although i was not contacted even once.
                                This type of problem is not the first time, and many of my friends and relatives had faced the same problem many times with this courier (Xpressbees). Please look into the matter. If the local agent cannot handle the courier, they should stop this service here. Other couriers can service satisfactorily. With this courier, we are getting our things very late and sometimes they just returned the item back without the consignee's knowledge.
                                I have contacted their customers care twice through email but i never got any reply please take some action. Thank you.

                                  Hello team,

                                  I have received a call from your delivery boy of xpressbees courier at 2:14 pm (10/08/2017), i missed the call but i called him back at 2:15 pm (10/08/2017) and his phone was busy at that, so i call him again at 2:16 pm (10/08/2017).

                                  The second time he picked my phone and said that he will deliver the courier by 3:00 pm, i said ok.

                                  I did not receive any call till 3:45, so again i called him and he just disconnected my phone at that time, i tried his phone second-time and said he will deliver the courier by 4:00 pm which was (10/08/2017).

                                  I did not receive my courier yet, what kind of people they have hired, which are just fooling the customer only.

                                    My order is reached5 august 2017 in my place.i had a called your customer care very much but they can not deliver my order...my pin code is 796001.they are answering we will deliver it berfore 8pm this night but they are not deliver...im not satisfied for your service.
