Starting with wt* you are so irresponsible that you delivered my product to wrong addresses about 4 times, and the mobile number you are provided is for notification not as a showcase, expected to inform that the product is delivered or not and before delivery notifications. This all happening with me in Nanded Maharashtra. Take it as a complaint and update it services, Xpressbees the worst shipping company I experienced yet....

I have sent enquiry yesterday. So far i have not received any feedback from tour company...
My shipment awb no is 7eb[protected].

I haven't received my order so far. When i track my order it was shows that out for delivery from 5th may onwwards. Everyday it shows consignee not available. But we are in our house. We havn't receive calls from your team.
How they are telling consignee is not available...

Shipment i.d[protected]
Iam ordered Redtape sandals through Shopclues.
That is paid product cost of Rupees 768.00

Iam not received that order..
At that time im outof station and said to delivery to return the product..

But
I got a mail which shows product delivered successful..
The traking status also shows as delivered.

It is bad for delivery. On 24th April i have received the message from xpressbee your shipment out for delivery but that day the shipment was not delivered. After waiting two days i have called the pune branch & talked to the customer executive she told me your shipment will be delivered today or at the most tommorow. Again waiting two i have called the pune office the same answer had been given to me & this another answer is your address...

I had requested for icici bank cheque book and i received a message that my cheque book will be delivered on 3rd may 2017. I waited for my cheque book till 5.45 p. M in my office but i did not receive it. Later on i got a message on my mobile that they were unable to deliver my cheque book. I'm really sorry to say that your service is very bad, your delivery person contacted me 27/4/17, and said he will deliver my item that day itself and by the same day I got a text message, that the delivery is held according to my request. I didn't make such requests to your person. Still I didn't get the items delivered. Delivery I'd[protected] &[protected].
Hope you will take the necessary action, or I will be cancelling...

It's really pathetic to see what service you people are providing. I urgently needed my parcel and also got the message in the morning that parcel will be delivered today. A service man talked to us saying that it will b delivered tomorrow. And to my amazement i just got the message that on my request the product will be delivered tomorrow. How can firtcry use this courier service.

Hi.. I have got an message like the item 1 :[protected] and item 2 :[protected] are out of delivery on 21/04/2017. On that delivery date i was not in office. I have called the delivery boy and told that i will be available on monday. Again on monday i have called him and asked about the courier status. From him i did not get any response. Poor response from delivery boy. I am not sure about my courier status after that....

I was at home the whole day just because order was suppose to be delivered and i got message confirming the same. But till eve no sign of delivery so i called up the logistics and got to know that delivery boy updated the status that customer was not at home.
Ucha pathetic service. And even dare to update the customer the false statement. How can jabong tying with them for delivery. This logistics will only let down the company name....

Note Euphoria Apartment inside SUN CITY Iblur, near Embassy Prestine is a prominent location and land mark, no idea why its taking so much time for your person to deliver,

Well i should start from saying a worst company & its service.. its made to steal people things as per many review read on the complaint section...

Here is my Matter i have made an order Via Paytm which was sent through this disgust courier service XpressBees.., Paytm you have chosen a wrong company i thing it is just spoiling your companies image, No call communication available with it why ???

I had been ordered a watch from 'Paytm online shopping'.They sent me the product via your courier agency.
Although, the delivery of product was in time, the product was completely damaged in transit. I've contacted your customer care but I got no proper response.
