Hello, i have got the call from your delivery boy (Week off for my office) about my order id awb:[protected] on[protected]. Till now i did not get my product. And today i've got a message from xpresbees about my order delivery. Up to now i did not get any call from your delivery. If it's repeats again i will give negative feedback. Please deliver it as soon as possible. Thank you

Your people are claiming that my parcel has been delivered but i have not received any parcel.
I have checked cctv footage of the time window in which you are claiming that parcel has been delivered.
Its been 4 days that i am calling your cc and writing you mails but still no action is take form your end.
Day before some one called me up and assured me that issue will be resolved in 24hrs after that no one has contacted me.
Pathetic service

Dear xpressbees

One courier was expected to deliver me by today which was very important documents for me. I was available at my home and waiting only for this document.

After tracking the status of my courier, the courier boy written the entry not permitted. (Please see the attachment)

How is it possible?

Is it clearly cheating with end user?

If we can not receive the documents on time then why we used private service. Government services are best. Atleast they are not written false/ incorrect/ wrong reason.

This is your company policy that it you have not complete the delivery then you can write anything which is not thinkable to us.

Note: i will also complaint to rbl for this matter for taking seriously necessary action.

I have 2 products from first cry on 25th july. And i got a message from xpressbees that my product will be delivered on 29th july. But nobody has called me or neither come to my house for delivery of the product. I called the customer care and they told me that it will be redeliverd within 48hours. And on 1st august same message came that the product will be delivered but the same problem again came. The worst courier company i have ever seen...

On 27th july i received a message that my order with above mentioned awb no is out for delivery and next day that is on 28th july i received a message that my order has been delivered. But in reality i am yet to receive my order, my order has not been yet delivered at my address. I have already registered a complain by calling up your customer care number but no action has yet been taken. I need my products urgently. Request you to deliver it as soon as possible.

I have paid emi in advance one day. How can block my emi card.

I ordered a phone from Mi.com on 21 July 2017, on 22nd July at nearly 4.45, I received a message from the Xpressbees that my package is out for delivery.
But it didn't deliver any package, or at least should have called me when they arrived, but I didn't receive any call.
After that, they updated their tracking status as shipment could not be delivered, as the house was closed.
I live in a college hostel, open till 10p.m, they didn't even call me if they were here and went away.

My name is joy prakash singh and i had applied for bajaj finance card. Today (21july 2017) xpressbees delivery person call me for delivery but yet package has not been delivered and make false report that address is not complete and mobile is unreachable. Tracking details are awb[protected].
Xpressbees delivery person misbehaving over call.

One of your agent called me and says that i was thinking that your office address was off that’s why i didn’t come to office and no call by agent to me

Above shipments are out for delivery on 15th of july, 2017 in bangalore. I have called the xpressbess multiple times and taken the delivery boy nagesh number. I have called the delivery boy from the office and informed him that product is very important for me and it needs to be delivered on the same day itself. After 5 pm, delivery boy didn't pick the phone and switched off his phone after some time. Finally, he made a false claim and has updated in the system that, office is closed.

Same thing happened with my last shipment with the tracking id[protected]. Then delivery boy made a false claim that, he attempted delivery but not able to reach me without making any effort. I was pretty much available in the office and was waiting for the courier on that day.

I'm writing this from gauhati, assam. It's a very terrible thing that has happened to me today. I got a call today at 4:46 pm from xpressbees saying that he will deliver the product. As i was out doing work in some other area, i asked where would he go next if i can't be at the address, he said bhangagarh (Big bazaar area), so i asked if he would be able to meet me there. He said ok. I left all my work and went up there but when i called him from big bazaar, he said he's still near my address. So i asked him to meet me there. I gave him the easiest address (Other apartment) for him to find me. But when i reached there, he made excuses that he couldn't find me. I called him over and over again, even gave him the colour of my outfit.in between, he said that he might have seen me but made a pass. So i confirmed it to him that it was me. After more than 15 mins, i called him back. It was shocking when i heard him say those words. He said, "ya i saw you. You come to me. M down the road." how dare he!!! He made me stand in front of other apartment for more than 30 mins like a fool and asked me to go to him after all that. I got mad when i heard him say that. So i got back at him. You wouldn't believe what he said and did after that. He said that now i wouldn't get my package and disconnected my call. I called him back four times but each time he disconnected my call. Why did he not just come to me and deliver the product when he saw me already??? So he obviously doesn't have good intentions in his mind. I checked it through truecaller and his name appeared to be kaushik talukdar. I have already confronted the issue with jabong as my parcel was from jabong and they have promised to resolve the problem. So now i'm asking the manager of the xpressbees to take some immediate serious action about it so that no man can take an advantage of any other girl in any way.

This is the most disgusting service i have ever seen.
My shipment not delivered inspite of repeated calls.

I have called your office 4 times daily for last 3 days when i was promised that it would be delivered to me the same day while i waited at home inspite of outside work.
And today you update the status that it is being sent back to owner!

This is utter nonsense.. This is hopeless service.

Had ordered a product fm snapdeal. On 5th july we got a message that the product is delivered, but we still have not received the consignment. On taking up with snapdeal, they forwarded the pod of xpressbees where they are showing a fake signature.

It looks like the courier delivery boy himself have signed and taken the product.
Have been following up with snapdeal, but its not resolved.

This is not the first incident.... Whenever i am getting courier from expressbees i am facing this issue... Nobody will visit my house for delivery nor contact me over the phone but simply will receive the message as we have attempted and your home was closed.. This is what your service...

I had got a courier from paytm with tracking id #[protected], i got a call from delivery person on 23-jun-2017 at 12.40 pm, and i said him to come at 2.00 pm i had called him at 2.00 pm but he did not pick the call, at 4.42 pm i got call from different number where i missed the call, immediately at 4.46 i called him he said he will not deliver now as i did not pick the call, he will deliver on some other day the delivery. I feel it was not a good response from him i delayed only 4 mins late. Kindly, deliver my courier as soon as possible by night.

Shipment no.[protected] supposed to be delivered yesterday as per on time delivery status. Undelivered with falsely mention office /residence premise found closed. Address mentioned on shipment is open 24*7 and 365 days. Further found rude approach while speaking to customer service executive silvestor and his supervisor bhusan disconnected the call. Very unprofessional approach.

Instead of our repeated request s the subject items booked vide tracking number for the recent order nms[protected]w has been issued. The tracking id is[protected].

As per the shipper the material has been shiled through xpressbees (Prepaid).

Till date it has not been reported or communicted. Please arrange immediate delivery

I have 4 order from paytmand 1 did not get a single order till and every time i got a msg from ur company that customr was not available and mobile is unreachable.. But my address and mobile no. Is parmanent working and delivery boy lier and make us fool everytime.. Im 200% dispointed from ur cheap service... Ur delivery boy will block ur company one day..
