Hi team,

Your team is doing fake with customers i think,
I ordered a phone with mi.com and it should be deliver on sunday but today is tuesday those comments you have updated is all fake without any call.

I am just doing call to you but you are not
I don’t know what is going on

But i know that i am not getting anything

I have seen e kart amazon deliveries the are all good but your service is very poor.
No phone calls
No phone picked by anyone
Just facing problems only
Fake comments you are doing

One of your agent called me and says that i was thinking that your office address was off that’s why i didn’t come to office and no call by agent to me
.
I was just waited for him

    Above shipments are out for delivery on 15th of july, 2017 in bangalore. I have called the xpressbess multiple times and taken the delivery boy nagesh number. I have called the delivery boy from the office and informed him that product is very important for me and it needs to be delivered on the same day itself. After 5 pm, delivery boy didn't pick the phone and switched off his phone after some time. Finally, he made a false claim and has updated in the system that, office is closed.

    Same thing happened with my last shipment with the tracking id[protected]. Then delivery boy made a false claim that, he attempted delivery but not able to reach me without making any effort. I was pretty much available in the office and was waiting for the courier on that day.

    One of the worst courier service and which is supported by jabong..

    I would like to bring to your notice that I had ordered from GLAZEDEALS. I received the products via your courier company expressbees. The products are fraud ( they are only dummy pieces) and the email I'd available is also incorrect. I have mailed your officials but nothing works. Please refund my money.

      I'm writing this from gauhati, assam. It's a very terrible thing that has happened to me today. I got a call today at 4:46 pm from xpressbees saying that he will deliver the product. As i was out doing work in some other area, i asked where would he go next if i can't be at the address, he said bhangagarh (Big bazaar area), so i asked if he would be able to meet me there. He said ok. I left all my work and went up there but when i called him from big bazaar, he said he's still near my address. So i asked him to meet me there. I gave him the easiest address (Other apartment) for him to find me. But when i reached there, he made excuses that he couldn't find me. I called him over and over again, even gave him the colour of my outfit.in between, he said that he might have seen me but made a pass. So i confirmed it to him that it was me. After more than 15 mins, i called him back. It was shocking when i heard him say those words. He said, "ya i saw you. You come to me. M down the road." how dare he!!! He made me stand in front of other apartment for more than 30 mins like a fool and asked me to go to him after all that. I got mad when i heard him say that. So i got back at him. You wouldn't believe what he said and did after that. He said that now i wouldn't get my package and disconnected my call. I called him back four times but each time he disconnected my call. Why did he not just come to me and deliver the product when he saw me already??? So he obviously doesn't have good intentions in his mind. I checked it through truecaller and his name appeared to be kaushik talukdar. I have already confronted the issue with jabong as my parcel was from jabong and they have promised to resolve the problem. So now i'm asking the manager of the xpressbees to take some immediate serious action about it so that no man can take an advantage of any other girl in any way.

        Hi

        This is the most disgusting service i have ever seen.
        My shipment not delivered inspite of repeated calls.

        I have called your office 4 times daily for last 3 days when i was promised that it would be delivered to me the same day while i waited at home inspite of outside work.
        And today you update the status that it is being sent back to owner!

        This is utter nonsense.. This is hopeless service.

          Had ordered a product fm snapdeal. On 5th july we got a message that the product is delivered, but we still have not received the consignment. On taking up with snapdeal, they forwarded the pod of xpressbees where they are showing a fake signature.

          It looks like the courier delivery boy himself have signed and taken the product.
          Have been following up with snapdeal, but its not resolved.

Nobody will visit my house for delivery nor contact me over the phone but simply will receive the message as we have attempted and your home was closed.. This is what your service...

                I had got a courier from paytm with tracking id #[protected], i got a call from delivery person on 23-jun-2017 at 12.40 pm, and i said him to come at 2.00 pm i had called him at 2.00 pm but he did not pick the call, at 4.42 pm i got call from different number where i missed the call, immediately at 4.46 i called him he said he will not deliver now as i did not pick the call, he will deliver on some other day the delivery. I feel it was not a good response from him i delayed only 4 mins late. Kindly, deliver my courier as soon as possible by night.

                  Shipment no.[protected] supposed to be delivered yesterday as per on time delivery status. Undelivered with falsely mention office /residence premise found closed. Address mentioned on shipment is open 24*7 and 365 days. Further found rude approach while speaking to customer service executive silvestor and his supervisor bhusan disconnected the call. Very unprofessional approach.

                          I had ordered the product and i have received it on[protected]. The product i ordered were london looks branded cotton shirts slim fit pack of 5 for they took worth

                              I had order an product from shopclues with xpressbees courier tracking[protected].. The order is not received to my home but in the tracking website as it is showing the order is delivered.

                              Even xprees customer support is very wrost... The customer contact number which was given by [protected] will never contact to xpressbees customer representative

                              Courier delivery boy didn't wait for two minutes even, when asked by my physically handicap mother, as my wife was in washroom.
                              They will update the Status of my product was out of delivery at a time of 12.30 pm.but it was not delivered in that day.delivery boy automatically update the status of customer mobile is not reachable.he cannot make a call but status only update.

                                Very pathetic, poor, unprofesional & shamefull service from xpress bees. As i was working for whole week in office still its mentioned that consignee not available at office address & scheduled for today.

                                Today am being told that it will be delivered till 7 pm, & when i called cc been told that we will contact courier person & share you update. I told cc executive that i will call at 7.15pm. But when i did call ivr said we work from 9.00am to 7.00 pm but he did not informed me same. Then why your website say 9.00 am to 8.00pm.
                                This is realy poor unprofessional service from xpressbees for first time customer & i will assure that this feedback will be shared all over internet. Shame on your seevice & management.
                                Its a banking courier and service realy insecure. Same will be informed to icici bank in written.
                                If i did nt receive my courier i willblock the card & will inform the icici bank about this.

                                I have drafted mail at 7.40pm & status updated on your website is "our home was lock". How bullish is this. If you dont want to work do not waste customers time.                                   This is regarding my shipment ending with 2269. My bank decided to deliver my shipment of card through this courier service xpressbees. Only the name contains xpress and i am sure bees are not lazy like you people. They tried a delivery when i was out of office on 5th june. Since then i am trying to contact them. I contacted the customer care thrice to submit a delivery date. But there system is so insane that they schedule the delivery date as one date prior which had already passed. I called the courier guy and asked him when would the parcel get delivered. He asked me the address which was obviously mentioned on the courier. He then stated that the address is very far for him and stated that i would have to come at a common point to pick up the courier. This was the limits. Do you take money for such a horrible service? This is the first ever time that i might have heard of some courier guy asking to come and pick up a courier. What are you getting paid for then? Please do not ever use this courier nonsense service. They don't even have proper customer care wherein there would be some person to interact to. They only have an ivr. Worst service ever.

                                      I ordered one memory card from amazon, which was cancelled yesterday by amazon as seller not able to ship product required,
                                      then in today morning the product received at my office for delivery, after verifying product it come to know that product not from amazon and it was from some other company, so i asked courier agency about name and address of sender of product, because i was already cheated by some seller two days ago when i got online product and the box was empty...

                                        My consignment bearing AWB no:[protected], is not deliverd till date.
                                        I have checked its status, but it is also not reflecting any activity or movement from bhiwandi since 23rd may. 2017.
                                        Its really bad service from yoir end and pls take this complaint on fast track, because my consignment contains medicines which are intended for treatment of patient.
