Hi,

My shipment id[protected] was firstly very delayed. Even as i was tracking continuously and anxiously i saw "customer requested for future delivery" on the tracking page, with myself never even being contacted. Upon contacting xpressbees customer care i was assured of delivery on time, but after a couple of days the order itself got cancelled. I even offered to customer care agent to pickup the order myself but customer care guy did not tell me the location of (Area 51) xpressbees hub in goa
Xpressbees falsely communicated to etailer that customer is not ready to accept/ is delaying receiving the product. Order got cancelled for no fault of mine. The very nice deal i got from paytm also vanished as i had to reorder.
Mind you xpressbees are one hell of a lying and fraud company.

    I had a product ordered from snapdeal via gold scheme with tracking id[protected]. My product was scheduled to be received by 7th oct. I had my product delivered to bangalore courier office by 06th oct mrng 2.46 am and still i haven't got any information regarding it. We order products on one day delivery scheme only for the emergency purposes. We haven't got any update on whom we should contact. How can a courier service have a hub at bangalore with no contact details for the same? When will i get my product finally?

      I placed an order from jabong.com. order # [protected] placed on 02 october 2016. they shipped order using xpressbees courier via awb number:[protected]. shipment reached in ahmedabad on 06thoctober, at 08:30 am. it could have been delivered on same day by evening. but they didn't deliver. i got a message on my mobile that the address given is incomplete, so te package can't be deivered. i verified the address ad it is complete. jabong is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number. i want urgent delivery of my order by 8th october evening. what should i do?

        Awb shipment no[protected], order no : r[protected] - 1 and
        Awb shipment no[protected], order no : r[protected] - 2

        2 items dated[protected] to be received on[protected] and[protected] respectively.

        Delivery guy has collected money again for the 1st product from my family member who collected the product. But it which was already prepaid.
        And for the second product, delivery guy has not reached the destination at all just because i could not be available on phone. I called him back after 10 minutes and informed him to deliver the product and to call back if needed. I also sent an sms back. But he never came and he has updated the status as consignee refused to accept. How can i refuse when i called back and was available at home all the day waiting for the courier. Please take the necessary action to return my money of the 1st product and to deliver the 2nd product to me immediately.

        I am very much angry and disappointed by the courier services. Please solve both the issues as soon as possible.

        You are not doing anything for free. Then how can you be so irresponsible? Why do you have to keep these kind of irresponsible delivery guys? Tried searching for the bangalore office address. Nowhere the address is mentioned. Looks you are doing these purposely and so not mentioning the addresses.

        There are so many complaints on this company, even then problems are created repeatedly. Seems this company is shameless.

        Item 2 of the said order was delivered 2 days after the complaint was raised i.e on 8th October 2016 and the the money of the item 1 of the said order was refunded on 16th October 2016 which took around 10 to 11 days to resolve. I had also sent a mail to Voonik and Xpressbees. There were regular followups about the issue by Xpressbees.           Hi,

          I want to lodge a complaint regarding this order 99342372 with tracking number:[protected].
          This order was out for delivery today ie 3rd october 2016.

          The person who delivered did not deliver it to the address mentioned, instead he called from a different place and asked us to receive the delivery. The person refused to deliver to the mentioned address and asked us to cum to a different place.
          The way they handled the calls were very bad and both the courier person and the driver were not polite to us.

          Im unaware of the name but i can share the phone number :[protected].

          Please take necessary actions on these two.

          If they are new to the place its fine, but when are directing them to address they must listen they cant order us to cum to different place to collect the parcel. Anyway the product is delivered but the way they handled is very bad.

            I had ordered a product from PayTm and it was to be delivered to me on 2nd Oct which is a Sunday I was very much available at home however I got a msg saying the residence was closed hence the delivery will be done the next. Ridiculous if they need off on Sunday they need to speak to their managers rather they falsely updated their system without come near home to complete the target.

              I am booked the product by shop clue with ur courier, my tracking number is[protected], my product delivery date is 30th september, but still i did not get my product, i am tried to know about the delivery with customer care, they are always saying wait for 24 to 48 hrs, and they are also said just shipped from banglore, and we don't know where is this, i am very unhappy with their answer. And if my product not delivered as soon as possible, i will suggest to my friends, do not send any couriers by xpress bees.

                Hi, i didn't ordered any product and i received a product from your courier service and they don't know who is sending the same product all the numbers given by them is not working and they are not ready to return the product also, my husband paid rs 688/- as cash on delivery, because he don't know that i didn't ordered the product.

                So please let me know where and how i return the product and get my money back.
                Customer care executives are not able to give me their managers number and as well as any concern persons number.

                      I have ordered a product via shopclues.com with order no 97659730, xpressbees courier has not delivered it but they have updated in their system as delivered and shopclues also saying it is delivered on 29th august, it is been so many days and i have spent lot of money on phone calls, i have spent nearly 150 rupee on talking to customer care people, the value of the product is 500 rupee, can anyone help me here to file a case against shopclues and xpressbees

                          My debit card was sent by shipment-AWB[protected] on 17 sep by icici bank.i rec'd message from you on 19 sep that it is out for delivery--again i got message on 20 sep morning that it is out for delivery-i waited full day on 20 sep and when on 21 sep at noon i was in the market i rec'd a call on my mobile by your delivery man who went back.Then again on 22 sep morning i recd message that it is out for delivery and hence i waited at my residence since then till 23 sep morning but no call on mobile or delivery was matured.I checked status on site which shows in the morning of 23 sep as ROT.---i wrote to company enquiry site for shipment two times on 22 sep and two times on 23 sep 16 but no response or delivery till now.--my mobile no was with company and my address and location of flat was with delivery man(since 21 sep noon at least) but no response is there----

                          i wonder how and why my shipment got returned to origin.Can you and will you take strict action against the delivery man responsible for false/fraud notes on 22 sep 16 on my shipment.He has not reached or contacted me on 22 sep 16 while i was waiting for whole day at my residence.Your delivery man had visited my residence on 21 sep 16 and also called me on mobile as residence was locked at that time. Your delivery man has my mob no and knows location of my residence which was destination for delivery printed on shipment. Really i am very much upset on your false/fraud/mis managed service.

                          Xpressbees is the worst courier company. I ordered in Shopclues order id:98891013, Rs.4019. It was a protein powder which was critically required and I had paid online. We waited for this for 15 days and got messages from Xpressbees on 26th and 28th Sep to be available at home. After waiting for whole day...since a week...I received the below messages on 26th and 28th night : "Xpressbees couldn’t fulfill delivery of your Shopclues Order AWB:[protected], As consignee refused to accept order.For queries Contact:[protected]"
                          Nobody called on my mobile number and we have 24x7 security ppl who told there was No courier coming to our house. So it was a complete fake workflow again was created. Now they are telling that my money will be refunded. Such waste of time and money. How can we refuse the order for which we had paid online. I will never again associate with this xpressbee fraud company and shopclues for choosing such inefficient and fraudulent services.

                            This is my very pity condition about the product that i have ordered unfortunately from snap deal. i have ordered (order id: [protected]) dk derby kohinoor brown canvas shoes on 06.09.2016. its been 17 days i dont know where is my product. i already paid the amount and the same was confirmed on the same day. i have already got message that my product was dispatched through express bee on the next day. i called so may times customer care of express bee but no response. this is the worst service in the world i have ever seen. i think we may reward it the most worst courier service in india. i have been lodging complaints continuously but no response. i request your kind authority to compensate me from the concerned for this worst service offered to me. i promise you i never let any of my friends and colleagues would opt for this service.

                            It shows delivery attempts made against my Shipment no. [protected]. Neither any calls made to me nor delivery attempts. It says 2 failed delivery attempts made. At least a call should be made by the delivery person if the attempts failed.

                              I want to submit that your company courier service is pathetic in muzaffarpur city bihar. I order for purchase of goods online which is supposed to be delivered to my office situated in heart of city. But most of the time the delivery boy makes me call to collect it from other location and express his inability. On refusing such collection from personnely coming to other location i receive msg the delivery of firtcry order awb2ij[protected] will be reattempted. The delivery boy does it intentionally to avoid delivering at my address for unknown reason. Kindly take strict action at your end. Any communication with me may be made on my i'd someshwar.                                 They haven't even contacted me and now they marked it as RTO
                                my order is delayed for more than 12 days but it is still not delivered.now its showing rto without reaching me. they didn't evng call me or didn't get any update about my order.
                                order is at my location since 20 days.i have registered my complaints regarding my order but no use.
                                Sir I am trying to get my package from the last 12 days by contacting to expressbees customer care services.

                                My product delivery was expected to deliver on 14th jun. But Xpressbees employees had lost my product and now it is showing RTO status without updating me any information. Earlier it was showing out for delivery with new sms everyday. Worst service by xpressbees. They are fraud..My product was lost by them.
                                What is this?Common we the people are paying taxes and for the product to get delivered, now its RTO without the customer concent.This must be Urgent resolved.This is the last time am using this [censored]pressbee fak.
                                My order which was supposed to be delivered on 12th of December has not been delivered yet. It showed 'out for delivery' on 15th and then on 17th but no delivery took place. There was no email or call or message regarding this. I had to get updates by using the site everyday. Now it shows RTO initiated. Very bad service.
                                Pathetic services, Same thing happened with him, they internally marked status as 'Customer not available' twice without delivery attempt and I did call to delivery executive they told me we are on holiday's and third attempt it marked as RTO. After so many follow up not getting satisfactory answer's from them.

                                I would say never go with their services. this is my second bad experience first time they lost my packet.

                                I am following up from more than one months but they are neither responding nor having any escalation matrix.

                                  I Should have been delivered by 15-Sep-2016.
                                  But due to some reasons, i thought they have not delivered, but when i called on 16-sep they told its already reached to nearest place so surely it will get deliver by 16.

                                  I waited till 7 PM they did not deliver on 17-sep sat same i called them they said same answers, still not delivered

                                  On 18-sep Sunday i didnt call to them but on monday 19-sep i called in the morning i told them to escalate the issue, they said we are escalating the issue and the courier will be delivered today for sure.
                                  :( Still they didnt delivered again in evening i called them and i got the same answers...
                                  they said it will be delivered by 20-sep.

                                  I want to know how many days you guys take to deliver a courier thatu its from ICICI bank which i top most priority.

                                  Due to this literally i lost Rs.500000 .who will pay ICICI or Xpressbees.

                                  I am Nishikant Panchwagh calling from Talegaon Dabhade.I was supposed to get the delivery of my parcel today.But your remark showing that nobody available at home/ office.It' s totally wrong as there is always someone available at home.My AWB No. is[protected].Please look into it ASAP and arrange delivery immediately.

                                      Iam G.C.V.B.RAO from PITHAPURAM(Near kakinada east godavari)..i have booked an item through shopclues on 27th aug 2016. They have handed over the product to your EXPRESSBEES courier on 01st sept 2016. the status is showing on 01st sept that the product is in BARODA..till now i dint receive the product and the status too not changing..AWB numb..[protected].
                                      I have called customer care so many times but no proper response.. they are saying wait upto 2 days always..i have booked so many items through so many shopping sites and got the product intime..but first time i have booked through shopclues and facing a major problem with your courier..you are cheating the customers and playing with our patience..
                                      Iam seeing your representatives laziness and irresponsibility in delivering the product.no proper response also..WHY DO YOU CONTINUE WITH THIS KIND OF REPRESENTATIVES? OR WHY DO U RUN THIS KIND OF IRRESPONSIBLE COURIER SERVICE? U are cheating the customers. Its not correct and i request you to deliver my product soon...Ihave thought ur courier service will be good but it is so bad and a dirty service..Hope u will solve my problem..TRY TO SERVE BETTER ..

                                        I have not received the product even after 15 days against the promised 6 days. I had purchased the product on 28th Aug 2016 and was supposed to receive it by 3rd Sep 2016. As per tracking details on xpressbees.com(http://www.xpressbees.com/track-shipment.aspx?tracking_id=[protec... the item did reach Bangalore on 3rd Sep but never delivered since. Instead its been moving from one hub to another within Bangalore. As per tracking details the item was taken out for delivery twice, but the first time there was no attempt or communications at all. For the second time which was yesterday, i did get a call([protected]) where the delivery guy confirmed that he will be coming in 30 mins but never showed up. I did try calling him many times to which he never bothered to answer. When I checked the tracking details in the evening it said "Future Delivery : Requested by Consignee". This is really bad ! These guys are putting blame on the customers for their inefficiency ! They simply don't value others time.

                                        Please take a look into it. The item was really urgent to me. Below are the details of the purchase and i am also attaching the screenshot or the tracker.

                                        For diapers ordered from Firstcry delayed delivery on 2 occasions citing false reasons, namely - no one available at home and request for delayed delivery. Still have not recd my parcel. Courier persons refuses to acknowledge mistake & argues on top. Worst experience.
