I have taken bajaj finance card the card must be delivered through xpressbees courier services when I track the details it is showing the following date and time[protected]:21 PM The message was as the consignee was not available when i was available full day at home As the time shows 10.21 PM at night Though i was at home Kindly deliver my card As Soon As possible .My order no AWB:[protected]....

This 7HW[protected] has not been delivered.
Why is this taking forever to deliver the product. Why no one is calling and telling me what's wrong. No one ever called and I see the update that the the delivery person tried calling that is a lie.

Then I called again and I was informed that Firstcry has requested a return, when I called firstcry they said there is no return request from their end.

so many lies.. can soneone please explain this.

I had ordered goods from firstcry and i have not yet received it. For the last two days, i am getting an message to my mobile that courier could not be delivered but i never got a call when they came for delivery. Also i am not able to reach the call center. According to my tracking id it shows that my parcel has been reached to Kolkata on 24th September 16..But I Haven't received my parcel till now...This is really embrassing as the parcel was very urgent for me...Due to this delay I am facing some unwanted problems... pls deliver my parcel as soon as possible...ty...

I have not received this package. I didn't not get any calls before the delivery. I would like to suggest that please call me before delivering the package. And stop assuming. I want this package as soon as possible. And please deliver this before 5pm. As i am working it will be easier to collect. Please make sure that next time you give us the contact number of the courier so that we can contact that person.

My item ordered through snap deal is lripl remote for dish tv dth. My awb/tracking number is[protected]. My consignment is with an executive of snap deal, mr. Mallikarjun, mobile no.[protected] @ nellore of andhra pradesh. I called him many times but not responding my call. I gave him sms message also with a request to call me back my mobile no.[protected]. Please cask him to call me back immediately and see that my consignment is hand over me any place @ nellore. Valluru rama chandrudu.

Probably worst courier service till date... I ordered 5 items from snap deal two were handed over to expresses not yet received no actions taken false information given no track records no concerned persons number... Rest products i received in 3 days but now more than 10 days call customer care had a word but no response highly dissatisfied this courier company can even effect the sale and hamper the loyality of customers for snap deal if no proper action taken

As no one came to deliver today my order but i got a message on evening that ur delivery was unsussesful so what it means that i coudnt understand i[censored] will deliver my order tomorrow early in the morning then i will accept otherwise leave it back to snapdeal. Because this type of behavior from ur employee is how much tolerable beause he is making a false report so please do need ful

Dear Sir,
I ordered shuttle cork from shopclues. The ID is[protected]. They did not deliver it but they have said i did not have Rs.177 with me. Please kindly see to this because any man will surely have the amount mentioned. Please take steps because the sales man steals the items and sells it in the market with higher price. I want the item to be shipped immediately

I have confirmed from my end that I have not received my order from first cry shipped via XpressBees yet. The order Id, shipment id are as seen in the screenshot attached herewith.

Its a mistake from your end that you didn't place a call to the customer before the delivery. When I tracked the order the status is shown as delivered. Apart from that I am not aware of any delivery attempt. I didn't receive any intimation after getting the message that the order is out for delivery via Xpressbees.

Please deliver my item asap.

I ordered a jogger through the trendz venue as on 2nd of august. On 05th aug the courier guy called me confirm my address with me and inform me that he will come after 1 hrs but he didn't turn up. So called him and he inform me that he's busy with other delivery, he will come on 07th aug again call me and ask me weather i will be at my home. I confirmed yes so he told me that he will come after one hrs but till the evening he didn't turned up and now he's not picking my call, and when i checked my tracking detail in xpressbees logistic website they have mention that mobile no is not reachable, but i have the recording what i spoke to the executive. I have upload the screen shot u can have a look. This is not the first time that i faced the issue with xpressbees logisics last time also when i purchase one water bottle through paytm i faced the same issue. Their executives are not good at all. I want my money back.
