I kept tracking my product and it reached my city in the morning at 9 and it said out for delivery at 11.40
I didnt receive any messages and was waiting for the product. at 6.30 pm i rang up and found out at it and then they said they would deliver by today or the next day.. thats fine. at night i got a message saying "customer was out of station"
They didnt attempt a delivery. y unnecessary to update wrongly.

Initally they delivered promptlyby informing and giving the approximate time of delivery but now no messages that product will be delivered or confirmation.

Please accept the delay or mistake from ur side instead of blaming customers.

The product was delivered. But there was no call or message. It would be appreciated if they would send a sms that the delivery will be done today instead of one tracking the product everytime.

    I placed order on 9july for phone on snapdeal. Selected one day delivery on and paid rs.100 for that because i needed this phone on 11july. The seller send it from xpressbees.

    On 11july, i was expecting the delivery in the morning but when i didn't get any call from them i dialed their customer care number around 3-4pm, the lady picked but she had no clue about it and tried to convince me that it will be delivered by evening.

    I again dialed at 7:40 this time again they told me the courier is in delhi hub but it hasn't reached in my area. Before disconnecting he promised me that he will try to get it delivered and at 08:04 pm the status changed from in transit from "del/pc1 to out for delivery" just 25min after i dialed. This time i was damn sure that i will get my phone but guess what when i again tracked the shipment at 09:20 pm it was showing 'mobile unanswered/not reachable' in remarks.

    It means they dialed my number but it went unanswered because my phone was not reachable that is not true obviously. They just made an excuse for not delivering the order that day.


    They are so irresponsible and unprofessional, ruined my day and wasted money (Rs100 for one day delivery). I request all seller not to use their services.

    i forgot to mentioned snapdeal seller. TVS Electronics Ltd. beware while dealing with them as well not saying it is their fault but it was the seller who chose cheap services.

    seller is also responsible for this as he is the one who chose such cheap services. xpressbees is so poor that they runs google ads on their official website earn money.

    i buy phone by this seller on snapdeal.com on 6 july 2016 and the delivery date is expected between 9 july to 13 july 2016 but today is 14 july 2016 till date i do not get my mobile REDMI note 3 32gb . and i E-mail my complain 4 times to snapdeal but they did not reply and do not tell me that where is my mobile and when i will get it . so the seller and snapdeal both have the worst services .

      This is the worst service, anyone must have received.
      Service is available in Bangalore, however no local customer care. Only std numbers are available, kannada speaking customer must learn Hindi to speak.
      More than 10 minutes a customer is placed on hold.
      Without calling the customer, future consignment date is updated in the tracker, as if the customer is a fool, he cannot read the update.
      After several bad reviews and complaints no change is working style nor any action is taken against the company.
      The online companies using this service is not bothered, because it is customers headache to follow up to receive their products.

        I have ordered raincoat on paytm & they courier it through xpressbees. the delivery is not yet done from then and their contact numbers are not working. the delivery person is not contacting for the delivery of the material and no feedback from the xpressbees. the material was so urgent and the cdelivery person is not even calling as the number is given.

            I ordered earphones through shopclues...
            I got a message from xpressbees that courier is out for delivery...
            And i got another message at around 9:00 in night saying that "future delivery requested by consignee"..
            I didn't even got a call from the courier.
            This happens for last 2 days... Then i call to customer care about this, they said it'll be delivered today... But no use same thing happens... Again i called to customer care and asked about the address and contact number of xpressbees in my location but they refused to give it and
            Asked me to wait till it deliverd...

                  We had ordered one item from first cry.com that was estimated for delivery on 7th july. We got the intimation for delivery today afternoon. But it was not delivered till 7pm and we called customer care multiple times and they assured the delivery today itself. But later we got a message like "as per customer request delivery is held for future date". This is a real case of cheating. We didn't request for any change of delivery. Please take necessary action against this company.

                    I was supposed to get a paytm shipment with awb no:[protected] through xpressbees. its a car combo kit for long distance road travel. i have planned my mumbai trip on 05 jul 2016 late night. parcel is supposed to be delivered last week on 29 jun 2016 but not yet delivered. when called customer care, i was promissed that it will be delivered on 05 jul 2016 at max. nothing has happened despite several follow ups. do not say "speed & reliable" in your sites unless you follow.

                          I ordered from Paytm, Tracking no:[protected], which was supposed to be delivered on 30/06/16, was not delivered till now. I received a message on 30th out for delivery, so waited but didn't receive. today when i track my order i was shocked to see this statement, "Future Delivery : Requested by Consignee". I didn't even receive a call to postpone the delivery of my product. After tarcking my order i contact to xpressbees logistics about delivery they said we re deliver on 2/06/16 again i recieved a sms that product was out for delivery, i was waiting for it, but it wasn't, when i saw the status it was "Mobile Unanswered / Not Reachable".. Its ridiculous, i never received a call to say like that. If this issue wasn't resolved, i will take a serious action on XPRESSBEES

                          The xpressbees logistics are delivering the products are playing with customers if they are not interest to delivery the products why should they are running this logistics unnecessarily close the logistics and start selling the flower business

                                Here they have to deliver a parcel from the snapdeal, and the delivery was in a day guaranteed, and it should be delivered on 01/07/2016, but on the date they update in their tracking list that i have request for the future delivery but i didn't request for future delivery and next day i ask for the delivery and they said it will be delivered by today but not delivered and they update in their tracking list that consignee refuses to pay COD amount.

                                    Respected sir/s,

                                    Sub: consignment not received

                                    I had ordered a product from paytm on 20th june and i got the update that this got shipped through xpressbee logistics service on 21st of june. The awb number for the same is[protected].

                                    Unfortunately, i haven't received this consignment. The biggest irony was that it showed me a status "consignee not available" on[protected]. I am not getting why this happened as i was available at the place of shipping address till 8 p. M on that day. How is that possible to mark such a status when i haven't received any call from the delivery agent.?

                                    Again i called in the customer care on[protected] morning and had a query regarding this. They updated me that it will get delivered by evening and asked me, upto what time i will be available at my office (Shipping address is my office address). I informed that i will be available till 8 pm. Just to reconfirm, i called your customer care in the evening around 6:30 and they reconfirmed that it will be delivered. Unfortunately again it didn't get delivered and they have again marked status as "consignee not available" for yesterday. I don't know how you people are adding the status without even calling me and i was there at my office till 9:30 yesterday.

                                    I waited for the shipment yesterday also and no joy. These ridiculous logistics people have put up a status "address incomplete & mobile unreachable".

                                    This itself says that these guys are big frauds. I had saved this address in my shipping address list since months and have got items delivered in same address from paytm. Also my mobile number was also available and i had received a call from these logistics people at 3:19 pm saying that this will be delivered and from paytm at 5:10 pm informing the same.

                                    I have cancelled my order as i don't have time to spend for these messy, unethical, fraud and good for nothing xpressbees logistic people.

                                    I have used many logistics services and xpressbee's has turned out to be a worst one now. Really unsatisfied with the service and please take necessary measures against these type of fraud companies at an early date and oblige. Yours heart-felt cooperation will highly be appreciated to black-list these type of frauds.
