I had placed an order on Gomechanic website on 10-Oct-2022 that was shipped through Xpressbees in 2 parts.

Expected date of delivery was 21-Oct-2022. My place, Faridabad, is hardly 20 kms from the source location, Delhi. Still, as on 30-Oct-2022, none of the orders have been delivered to me.
A delay of 15 days shows the pathetic pace of operations at XpressBees. I tried reaching to their customer service team but, as expected, they are putting forward fake promises and automated replies to my mails.
One of my shipments was out for delivery 1 week back but was marked "Delivery not attempted" by the end of day. The status of the other shipment has not changed since 16-Oct-2022.
Total order value is more than Rs. 8200. My hardearned money is stuck with Gomechanic because they are denying cancellation and refund till the packages reach back to them.
I request someone higher up to look into the matter and expedite delivery of my packages. Thank you.

Complaint marked as Resolved Company did not contact me at all for the complaint. Courier was delivered after 2-3 failed attempts.
XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Nik5522 Package finally delivered on 3 November 2022 after lot of mails and complaints.
I mistakenly told the OTP to the delivery person without getting the parcel...
She told in call she will deliver the parcel shortly..but still not she didn't deliver and not picking the call ...I have added the delivery person contact num : [protected]
