Recently i purchased a top from meesho and at the time of delivery i was not in my pg and asked the delivery man to handover my parcel just to aunty as i live in a pg despite this he gave the parcel to some small girl and told me that yes he had given to aunty and please share the otp i share it . When i reached pg aunty told me no one gave her the parcel and i called delivery man he told me that he had given to a girl, i searched the whole pg but everyone said they haven't taken it. I called the delivery man next day and asked him if he had remembered the girl so that i can call everyone. He told me that he haven't seen her as there was dark. And also told me that if I won't get my parcel he will pay me through his salary n all.
It's my humble request to see this issue and give me a solution by refunding the product amount. I am providing you your delivery man number. Please have a conversation with him and resolve my issue.

    My international shipment was sent to XpressBee Logistics by SFL Worldwide which is not received till date and today I was informed that the shipment was sent back to warehouse because they could not reach me. When I called the customer care number[protected] of XpressBee Logistics, no one comes on the line and the call ends with the recorded messages, neither the emails were responded by the customer care representative even after repeated follow ups. No one cared to respond to my emails to in inform they were not able to contact me. What a pathetic service? People, please beware of this Logistics company and never ever do any business with them else you will only end up with mental agony and losing your valuables. I will have to wait and watch if they really want to resolve this issue or earn more bad name for their business.

      My AWB:[protected] is not getting delivered to my address. It's been 5 days and still now no delivery. It's showing in transit from BLR/IB1 and in transit from BLR/BRY. I need my product delivered. Tired of calling customer care. Can anybody help me. The company' won't reply i know.

        This is a replacement item under warranty, it got undelivered and got returned to office. They are not delivering the product to me at all! I have raised replacement request on 8th oct, replacement item was supposed to be delivered by 17th Oct! They kept on delaying with the message " Customer Unavailable" everyday!! I was always at home! I was never unavailable! They even didn't call atleast once!

        This is a 2nd time I requested to resend the product. This one also was supposed to deliver on 4th Nov.

        I never asked to deliver later.
        Customer care doesn't even pick call! After several followups I'm just fed up! Hence, I am in this portal. If this also fails to solve my issue, I will file police complaint against Xpressbees.

        I have got a message on Monday (26.12.2022) about to deliver a parcel under my name...
        I mistakenly told the OTP to the delivery person without getting the parcel...
        She told in call she will deliver the parcel shortly..but still not she didn't deliver and not picking the call ...I have added the delivery person contact num : [protected]

          my company has sent some parcel to my native address. i have received out for delivery message on 2nd Nov 2022, i have wait till evening 3pm then called on his delivery agent number but he denies to deliver order and asking me to come at his nearest place which is approx 8-9km from my distance. i have already complaint on xpressbees customers care number now they are saying you will get your product guaranteed by 6pm. after 6pm they are not available on call and his delivery agent is rescheduling my order with wrong message. they hesitate the user and even not picking my number while dialing on customer care number. kindly take action on it.

            I have placed an order through AJIO a week ago, Today (03.11.2022) the order was out for delivery. Due to unforeseen circumstances I was out of town for more than a week, So I requested the Delivery Agent to cancel the order. He spoke very rudely and in an unprofessional manner, he also told me not to order anything again. Which I totally didn't expect from him. This is not the First time I am Facing this issue. I Hope an action is taken against such rude staff. Please Find the details of the order below .

                My order has been lying in my nearest delivery station for the last 4 days but nobody's is coming to deliver it. I contacted their head office, but I didn't get a satisfying response. Their head office contact number is [protected]. The order is already delayed by 9 days and now that I had reached to the nearest delivery station, nobody's coming to deliver it. Kindly help me get my parcel. Thank you.

                  My order has been lying in my nearest delivery hub for the last 4 days. Nobody is coming to deliver it to my house. Inspite of calling their head office I didn't get a satisfying response. Their head office number is [protected].

                    The estimated delivery date for the above order was 24th October 2022. However no delivery happened till date. The whole festival was gone and hence I wanted to cancel the order.
                    I talked with the AJIO customer care person about cancellation of order, however the AJIO customer care person told me that the order has been shipped so you can deny the order acceptance when the delivery person/agent comes to deliver. However till date no attempts of delivery have been made, instead I get messages every 2 days that the product will be delivered today. The delivery agent do not attempt or call for order delivery and in the night at around 9pm sends messages i.e. Customer Not Available, Customer Wants to Open the Package, Customer ask for later delivery etc without contacting me !!!

                      Recently i ordered something from ajio which i needed. It has to be delivered through xpressbees.I got a call on 26th october and i told them to deliver it tomorrow as i am not available. After that nobody came to deliver my order and everyday i used to get message that customer isn't available or customer declined the order. My parcel has been returned back on 2nd nov . I even called them on 31 that i want my order. After that they didn't pick up my call and one guy hang up on me and didn't pick up the call after that . They wasted my time and didn't even notify me the returning or my package

                        Hi my order number awb is[protected] and I’ve ordered it on oct 14 since then I’ve been waiting and last Thursday my order was finally out for delivery but after an hour i received a message saying the order couldn't be delivered as i wanted further delivery when I’ve not recieving any call from the delivery person I contacted the customer service twice they promised for 24 hours delivery two times still didn’t recieved and today it was out for delivery again so i was happy but i received the same message it couldn’t be fulfilled as i wanted later delivery. I HAVE’NT RECIEVE ANY CALLS how can you send me that again and again I’ve paid my money for it and i want the order today itself. Its too much get back to me as soon as possible

                          The delivery boy didn't turn up. No call. No information. First message I got that my product is out for delivery and would be delivered on 29th oct 2022. around 1:11pm . And around 4:51pm I got the message that customer validation failed. I was shocked as I was home whole day. And there was no call from him. And no one turned up. It was my pet food which was essential. Item. He was someone Prince Mahajan [protected] from Deepak couriers Amritsar. Plz help .

                            Undelivered shipments stuck in transit for 15 days

                            I had placed an order on Gomechanic website on 10-Oct-2022 that was shipped through Xpressbees in 2 parts.

                            Expected date of delivery was 21-Oct-2022. My place, Faridabad, is hardly 20 kms from the source location, Delhi. Still, as on 30-Oct-2022, none of the orders have been delivered to me.

                            A delay of 15 days shows...

                            I had ordered from urbanic on 16.10.2022. The order reached my city on 25.10.22 and was out for delivery the same day. No one called me and in the evening there was a remark that customer not available. No mobile number was provided to me. After that 26th no delivery attempt was made then on 27.10.22 again they provided delivery guy's numbeelr which is everytime switched off and in evening remarks updated that delivery not attempted. On 28.10.22 no body called, they updated remarks that customer wants open delivery which i even don't know what it is. The customer care number provided gets automatically disconnected. Worst service. Total harassment.

                                    I got a sms and Whatsapp mssg from shiprocket and xpressbees that my address is incomplete so couldn't deliver, when i called to the given no they told me they r not serviceable to my area as my pincode given is city pincode, i already got delivery from shiprocket for two times, that time they didn't have no problem, Then why this time?We only provide our postal pincode for only India speed post bcs all private courier services asking for city pincode most of time and this is my first experience !!

                                      As i am extremely angry about that my parcel have not been dilivered to my given address as i am out of station in kanyakumari so i am giving the another adress. it is taking much time and where i am busy with my work that time he is calling then 2 days became then also my parcel not reach to other adress and the dilivery boy is doing ignorance to me and giving the fake promises when i will reach at valsad i will complaint to police because it a serious matter for me. i told him that tomorrow Dilivery my parcel then he giving the answer that tomorrow is not possible 99% even my mami had told him whenever you coming to valsad that time you call me i will pick up from there, then also he not give good response then how possible .i am in kanyakumari which is far from valsad after the 1 week i will return to valsad that time any fraud case happened with my parcel who will take the responsibility, so i surely return to Valsad first directly complaint to police the i come to pickup my parcel ok, take this is a serious note from me i am giving the warning and solve this problem as soon as possible without any damage or farud with my parcel be i have purchased from my money so i have the right to raise my voice till the court this is my ticket number number 25718338.because he not understanding my problem.
