I have ordered in Paytm and the order No is "[protected]". 6:28 am, Nov 11 2015. The parcel has been sent through XPRESSBEES and the tracking number is "[protected]". It saya out of delivery but I did not get the parcel yet. Ordered Bosch impact drill machine in paytm on 3rd November, , they shown an update in that they mentioned that "the ordered item was received to nearby my place 09th November" but till now not received the product. I supposed to receive that in 11th November itself.

I order through shopcules. Com buying multi colors led lights set of 4pcs. I order 22nd october. Order no is 73002936. But still now i not getting my product.
Courier xpress bees. My tracking number is [protected]. When i search my tracking number it shows no information found. Please check and let me know where is my product.

I had ordered A Pair of Shoes the same is been dispatched on 3rd Of November I ordered the shoe for diwali but the shipment had been delivered yet today is 13th November the shipment is still in Delhi since 3rd November. What the heck it's doing in their warehouse if they can't ship further from their warehouse why they are in the logistic industry. Ruthless service. Tracking details[protected]

I had placed an order at firstcry.com on 3-Nov-2015 and estimated delivery date was 07-Nov-2015. Xpressbees courier service has not delivered my product yet and they are updating false status like "consignee not available/Residence closed" in the tracking system.
These guys need to make an attempt to call the customer atleast to check. I was sitting all day in the house ever since I had ordered but they just close the status saying consignee unavailable.
They dont have a proper customer service as well. I am really disappointed with such false status update. I didnt hear any representative knocking at my door or ringing a bell or shouting out to check if the customer is available.
Such a bad ethics in customer service, updating false status of the product delivery.
I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM FIRSTCRY ANYMORE AND I AM STILL AWAITING MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED

'I have ordered two items on Firstcry.com on 6th october via order number 2637398OR19031577. On 7th i got a message that it has been shipped by Aramex with AWB: [protected]. i have been tracking regularly and to much surprise it has been updated in their website that the item is delivered with is totally false. After calling many times and giving complaint to Aramex Hyderabad main branch the issue has not been resolved. After nearly a month a got a mail from Customer care XpressBees that my shipment is delivered to the correct address but still i didnt get my items. Today i found another strange thing is that i have ordered a dress material on snapdeal on 26th october via order number : [protected] and it was shipped by Xpressbess via AWB: [protected]. Again i found that my parcel is not delivered and i found in their website that my shipment is delivered at 11:13pm on 2nd November !! . Neither i got any call from the courier guy nor any communication is done with my watchman at that point of time. so finally again a false update that the item is delivered . when i sat down to give complaint at Xpressbess i found that the customer care number is same which i called for my Items purchased from Firstcry. i.e [protected]. Finally i have learnt that i lost two items purchased from two different websites i.e Firstcry and Snap deal just because of one worst and irresponsible courier service XpressBess

Snap deal committed to deliver my order on 29th but still i did't recieved when i check with Xpressbees they said its there in chennai hub. while talking with customer care person she disconnected my call, i want to send this to my home and no one is responding properly not sure. i want to know the chennai address where my order is in xpressbees office so that i can go and collect my order.

After getting sms from xpressbees i contacted over phone no. as given by them regarding my nonavailability today i.e on 25/10/2015as i was out station .They assured delivery person will contact over phone before delivery .But unfortunately another sms received that item could not be delivered due to house lock .hence it may be delivered again.

I was informed that my consignment will be delivered to me on 5th of Oct at the given address but after several follow ups with Expressbees I came to learn that I have been misinformed and then I tracked my shipment status (online)and found the following details at the Expressbees shipment status site under my AWB/Shipment ID:[protected] dated 5/10/2012 at 9:45 pm. Before that I had contacted their customer care service several times and...

My package recived in Bangalore 6 days ago by shopcluse and handover to Xpressbees for the delivery. Everyday I recive message from xpressbees that the package will be delivered today but I don't recive till now. This is happening from 6 days. What should I do ?...

My package recived in Nagpur 3 days ago by snapdeal and handover to Xpressbees for the delivery. Everyday I recive message from xpressbees that the package will be delivered today but I don't recive till now. This is happening from 3 days. What should I do ?

MY Expressbees shipment id is[protected]. They update the wrong information themselves on their website. My item reached Panaji on 14 Aug 15, when I checked my shipment status on 14 Aug 15. Up to 18 Aug 15 the item is not delivered to me. Then again when I checked status, it shows item arrived in Panaji on 16 Aug 15. Their website also does not provide contact numbers of their branches. Please stop using xpressbees courier service

Xpressbees is nothing but, Worst of the worst courier service in Hyderabad
Few irresponsible eCommerce shopping sites using this. Specially Shopclues.
As you all know Shopclues is very popular for selling fake and duplicate items and often they are using worst things. Their website is also one of bad site that always have problems for sellers and buyers.

Today I am reporting about XPRESSBEES couriers. Me and Many of my friends have worst experience with this courier in Hyderabad. NOT just one time. Repeatedly at least 8 complaints in the 3 months period. Their customer support is one of the irresponsible customer support. This fellows instead of resolving the issue try to fool customers.
For a government professional and online expert, they giving wrong information saying wrong pincode. Misroute etc etc and whenever we get courier it will take 2-3 days extra after reaching Hyderabad.

So, if you are Buyer purchasing anything from online clearly give strong instructions to SELLER not to use worst courier service like Xpressbees courier.

Just go to their website. Except customer care phone and email. All other tabs even after months showing under construction. NO higher level managers contact details given.
We need to discourage this kind of couriers. When we give negative feedback, then online shopping sites will come to know about that and they will stop account with this Xpressbees couriers.

It is also learnt that online shopping site www.firstcry.com is linked with Xpressbees couriers. After having bitter experience with this courier. I HAVE STOPPED purchasing from www.firstcry.com ONLY because of courier service.

Although I have sent email to the FirstCry in advance about the issues facing with Xpressbees but, they did nothing. So, this confirms FirstCry as well a worst website.

I was to receive a package from shop clues through xpressbees vide awb [protected] but to my surprise i have not recived the consignment and on checking the status on the xpressbee site it shows that it is delivered.

With reference to my above order past two days courier persons are sending messages saying that your order no ... is out for delivery and during late night they used to send message saying that due to time constraints we couldn't able to give delivery and still now I have not received my parcel. It is regret to say that Xpressbees courier service has not delivered my courier yet. My AWB no. is[protected]. I called the customer care two times yesterday with Ticket ID- 1390845 and they assured me that they will deliver it max by yesterday. But, they neither called me nor they visited the location of delivery. And, they are just updating the FALSE status in their web portal. So, please look into this matter ASAP.

Hi, This is regarding awb:[protected]. The estimated delivery date is 31st may. I am getting msg daily since 28th May that Xpressbess was unable to deliver the order as consignee refused to accept the order.But nobody came to my palce to deliver even i did not get a single call regarding this. I escalted this to customer care on 5th June, then 6th June(twice in a day) as well and they promised it will deliver on the same day but I did not get it till now.Tried customer care today many times but always getting busy tone so writing here. i can tolerate for 1day.2 day, 3day but it has been more than 10days.

I have purchased the puma shoes which was dispatched by the cypresses courier. While cash on delivery courier person did not give me the change rupees.
