The person who deliverd that package. his behaviour is not in proper manner he put that package down and saying some stupid reasons like my bike problem even this is third time.. These guys need to make an attempt to call the customer atleast to check. I was sitting all day in the house ever since I had ordered but they just close the status saying consignee not available

        Xpressbees are really irresponsible, the shipment was taken before 3 weeks and still now details are updated in the website. The AWB no given from Express bees is either wrong or they have lost the shipment. But whatever it is, it's their fault, they are responsible for my shipment

            I have ordered some baby products fro FirstCry they have sent them through Xpressbees courier services. The estimated delivery date was on 26/11/15 but the same not delivered till now. I have contacted the courier company 5 to 6 times . When ever I call them they says they will deliver by same day and don't turn up and when I get back to them again same explanation they give or disconnects the call. AWB # 115KW07259480

                      I had placed an order at firstcry.com on 3-Nov-2015 and estimated delivery date was 07-Nov-2015. Xpressbees courier service has not delivered my product yet and they are updating false status like "consignee not available/Residence closed" in the tracking system.
                      These guys need to make an attempt to call the customer atleast to check. I was sitting all day in the house ever since I had ordered but they just close the status saying consignee unavailable.
                      They dont have a proper customer service as well. I am really disappointed with such false status update. I didnt hear any representative knocking at my door or ringing a bell or shouting out to check if the customer is available.
                      Such a bad ethics in customer service, updating false status of the product delivery.
                      I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM FIRSTCRY ANYMORE AND I AM STILL AWAITING MY PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED

                        'I have ordered two items on Firstcry.com on 6th october via order number 2637398OR19031577. On 7th i got a message that it has been shipped by Aramex with AWB: [protected]. i have been tracking regularly and to much surprise it has been updated in their website that the item is delivered with is totally false. After calling many times and giving complaint to Aramex Hyderabad main branch the issue has not been resolved. After nearly a month a got a mail from Customer care XpressBees that my shipment is delivered to the correct address but still i didnt get my items. Today i found another strange thing is that i have ordered a dress material on snapdeal on 26th october via order number : [protected] and it was shipped by Xpressbess via AWB: [protected]. Again i found that my parcel is not delivered and i found in their website that my shipment is delivered at 11:13pm on 2nd November !! . Neither i got any call from the courier guy nor any communication is done with my watchman at that point of time. so finally again a false update that the item is delivered . when i sat down to give complaint at Xpressbess i found that the customer care number is same which i called for my Items purchased from Firstcry. i.e [protected]. Finally i have learnt that i lost two items purchased from two different websites i.e Firstcry and Snap deal just because of one worst and irresponsible courier service XpressBess

                                  MY Expressbees shipment id is[protected]. They update the wrong information themselves on their website. My item reached Panaji on 14 Aug 15, when I checked my shipment status on 14 Aug 15. Up to 18 Aug 15 the item is not delivered to me. Then again when I checked status, it shows item arrived in Panaji on 16 Aug 15. Their website also does not provide contact numbers of their branches. Please stop using xpressbees courier service

                                    Xpressbees is nothing but, Worst of the worst courier service in Hyderabad
                                    Few irresponsible eCommerce shopping sites using this. Specially Shopclues.
                                    As you all know Shopclues is very popular for selling fake and duplicate items and often they are using worst things. Their website is also one of bad site that always have problems for sellers and buyers.

                                    Today I am reporting about XPRESSBEES couriers. Me and Many of my friends have worst experience with this courier in Hyderabad. NOT just one time. Repeatedly at least 8 complaints in the 3 months period. Their customer support is one of the irresponsible customer support. This fellows instead of resolving the issue try to fool customers.
                                    For a government professional and online expert, they giving wrong information saying wrong pincode. Misroute etc etc and whenever we get courier it will take 2-3 days extra after reaching Hyderabad.

                                    So, if you are Buyer purchasing anything from online clearly give strong instructions to SELLER not to use worst courier service like Xpressbees courier.

                                    Just go to their website. Except customer care phone and email. All other tabs even after months showing under construction. NO higher level managers contact details given.
                                    We need to discourage this kind of couriers. When we give negative feedback, then online shopping sites will come to know about that and they will stop account with this Xpressbees couriers.

                                    It is also learnt that online shopping site www.firstcry.com is linked with Xpressbees couriers. After having bitter experience with this courier. I HAVE STOPPED purchasing from www.firstcry.com ONLY because of courier service.

                                    Although I have sent email to the FirstCry in advance about the issues facing with Xpressbees but, they did nothing. So, this confirms FirstCry as well a worst website.
