My package recived in Nagpur 3 days ago by snapdeal and handover to Xpressbees for the delivery. Everyday I recive message from xpressbees that the package will be delivered today but I don't recive till now. This is happening from 3 days. What should I do ?

My package recived in Vijayawada 3 days ago by
snapdeal and handover to Xpressbees for the

I have ordered my ph from mi store to kanpur and they have handover to express bees courier on 27th in banglore and today is 31st and when I contacted they still saying they will take time 4 to 5 days and it has been arrived delhi and then transit from delhi and den arrived delhi ...online status shows that it has arrived on 29th to delhi and today is 31st it's haven't reached to me ... what are they doing from 2 days ..either they are playing with box or some no.2 work ...and right now it is now in delhi ..what the hell is this ??pls try to solve this I request ...even a normal courier can reached in 2 days from. Delhi to kanpur and they have taken 2 to 3 days and still on delhi ...

    MY Expressbees shipment id is[protected]. They update the wrong information themselves on their website. My item reached Panaji on 14 Aug 15, when I checked my shipment status on 14 Aug 15. Up to 18 Aug 15 the item is not delivered to me. Then again when I checked status, it shows item arrived in Panaji on 16 Aug 15. Their website also does not provide contact numbers of their branches. Please stop using xpressbees courier service

      Xpressbees is nothing but, Worst of the worst courier service in Hyderabad
      Few irresponsible eCommerce shopping sites using this. Specially Shopclues.
      As you all know Shopclues is very popular for selling fake and duplicate items and often they are using worst things. Their website is also one of bad site that always have problems for sellers and buyers.

      Today I am reporting about XPRESSBEES couriers. Me and Many of my friends have worst experience with this courier in Hyderabad. NOT just one time. Repeatedly at least 8 complaints in the 3 months period. Their customer support is one of the irresponsible customer support. This fellows instead of resolving the issue try to fool customers.
      For a government professional and online expert, they giving wrong information saying wrong pincode. Misroute etc etc and whenever we get courier it will take 2-3 days extra after reaching Hyderabad.

      So, if you are Buyer purchasing anything from online clearly give strong instructions to SELLER not to use worst courier service like Xpressbees courier.

      Just go to their website. Except customer care phone and email. All other tabs even after months showing under construction. NO higher level managers contact details given.
      We need to discourage this kind of couriers. When we give negative feedback, then online shopping sites will come to know about that and they will stop account with this Xpressbees couriers.

      It is also learnt that online shopping site www.firstcry.com is linked with Xpressbees couriers. After having bitter experience with this courier. I HAVE STOPPED purchasing from www.firstcry.com ONLY because of courier service.

      Although I have sent email to the FirstCry in advance about the issues facing with Xpressbees but, they did nothing. So, this confirms FirstCry as well a worst website.

        I was to receive a package from shop clues through xpressbees vide awb [protected] but to my surprise i have not recived the consignment and on checking the status on the xpressbee site it shows that it is delivered.
        Kindly please check and let me the status

              It is regret to say that Xpressbees courier service has not delivered my courier yet. My AWB no. is[protected]. I called the customer care two times yesterday with Ticket ID- 1390845 and they assured me that they will deliver it max by yesterday. But, they neither called me nor they visited the location of delivery. And, they are just updating the FALSE status in their web portal. So, please look into this matter ASAP.

                Hi, This is regarding awb:[protected]. The estimated delivery date is 31st may. I am getting msg daily since 28th May that Xpressbess was unable to deliver the order as consignee refused to accept the order.But nobody came to my palce to deliver even i did not get a single call regarding this. I escalted this to customer care on 5th June, then 6th June(twice in a day) as well and they promised it will deliver on the same day but I did not get it till now.Tried customer care today many times but always getting busy tone so writing here. i can tolerate for 1day.2 day, 3day but it has been more than 10days.

                      I booked 2 shipment on 10 Feb 2015 with Firstcry (2071615OSD14FA669 & 2071615OSD1208868) for which estimated delivery was on 15/2/2015 & I got message stating that It has been given to XPRESSBEES Courier (AWB 2BK04233165 / 2BJ[protected] for delivery. In firstcry Tracking sheet they have mentioned it has reached Chennai Alandur on 13/2/2015.Till today they have not delivered the material and there is no response from both Firstcry and Xpressbees.

                          Not delivered the item with out calling to the consignee. Consignee is at that location only. Very horrible service and no way to contact the delivery person to understand what time they will arrive

                              I have ordered a 16GB memory card from Snapdeal on 27/09/2014. They have shipped the order using Xpressbees courier via AWB Number -[protected]) which has not yet been delivered to me, but when I am tracking the order on Xpressbees' and Snapdeal’s website, it shows that it has been delivered to me on 11/10/2014 in the evening. I have already called to Xpressbees customer care twice, first on 12/10/2014 and second time 15/10/2014. On both the occasions they told me that they will contact me within 48 hours, but nothing has been done yet. I have also made complaints twice with Snapdeal (Snapdeal Customer Support Request #10191380 and #[protected] but without any result. Please do something about it and try to deliver it to me as early as possible.

                                  AWB no : 2I[protected] from firstcry.com Haven't received the courier from firstcry.com, school bag for kids. Order should be received by Sep 30th through xpressbees courier...not yet received. When tried to contact, no response is there either from Xpressbees or firstcry.com. Tracking status is there which is of no use : shown as misroute. Atleast there is no information when could the courier be received, online payment is done at the time of purchase itself.

Shipment reached in Hyderabad on 17-10-14 at 8:13 AM. It could have been delivered on same day by afternoon. It was shifted miss route on18-10-14 at 6.33 PM..I called the customer care xpressbess then they said that " pincode number is wrong i.e, 500064 in place of 500054 ". even though 500064 also hyderabad . If they were call to me i will explain the address. But they did not call me then what is the use of mobile numbers. No contact info for hyderabad... what the hell is this?                                       I ordered in Shopclues order id:98891013, Rs.4019. It was a protein powder which was critically required and I had paid online. Xpressbees was chosen as the courier partner and my worst nightmare started. We waited for this for 15 days and got messages from Xpressbees on 26th and 28th Sep to be available at home. After waiting for whole day...since a week...I received the below messages on 26th and 28th night : "Xpressbees couldn’t fulfill delivery of your Shopclues Order AWB:[protected], As consignee refused to accept order.For queries Contact:[protected]"
                                      Nobody called on my mobile number and we have 24x7 security ppl who told there was No courier coming to our house. So it was a complete fake workflow again was created. Now they are telling that my money will be refunded. Such waste of time and money. How can we refuse the order for which we had paid online.The number provided is automated and always says all operators are busy.                                         I placed an order from Zovi.com. Order # ZY25XE placed on 09 June 2014. Talk to me i[censored] need on [protected]. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: [protected]. Shipment reached in Chennai on 13th June at 11:41 AM. It could have been delivered on same day by evening.
