Bad 😕 It seems that XpressBees Logistics has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
i was giving order of Zoook Earphones ZM-E100 and order id was [protected] on 3rd july and delivery date was 5th july.
My order is shipped by Xpressbees courier and shipped id was [protected]. When i am checking courier status it show deliver to the gaurav on 5th july but still i did not receive my order.
i want solution as soon as posible. Why without giving order to customer how can say that order was delivered?

I placed an order from snapdeal.com. Order # [protected] placed on 18 June 2014.They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: [protected]. Shipment reached in Chennai on 23rd June at 9:35 AM. It could have been delivered on same day by evening. But they didn't deliver.I called there customer care xpressbess for three times but there is no proper reply. But still no sign of delivery... No contact info for Chennai... what the hell is this? I want urgent delivery of my order by 25th June evening positively...

I placed an order from snapdeal.com. Order # [protected] placed on[protected].They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number:[protected]. Shipment reached in Hyderabad on 17-10-14 at 8:13 AM. It could have been delivered on same day by afternoon. It was shifted miss route on18-10-14 at 6.33 PM..I called the customer care xpressbess then they said that " pincode number is wrong i.e, 500064 in place of 500054 ". even though 500064 also hyderabad . If they were call to me i will explain the address. But they did not call me then what is the use of mobile numbers. No contact info for hyderabad... what the hell is this? I want urgent delivery of my order by 21-10-14 evening positively... Regards v c babu [protected].

I have some experience with expressbees courier boy to sere you sometime ago I was some order in snapdeal than your courier boy deliverd time say you want some extra benefits in money you pay half price this product and we will repack parsel in packing and I told costumer not revived parsel. but I don't agree with your courier boy . Please check this metter . this problem creat in Ahmedabad (gujrat) . please check
Then why Snapdeal using this courier again and again, I am just worried they booked my order no.[protected] through Expressbees and they give their Mumbai telephone where as my Place is in Thrissur/Kerala. I could not find Expressbees having
any office in my place. Snapdeal going to lose their valuable customers if they don't choose best courier services. Babu
I ordered in Shopclues order id:98891013, Rs.4019. It was a protein powder which was critically required and I had paid online. Xpressbees was chosen as the courier partner and my worst nightmare started. We waited for this for 15 days and got messages from Xpressbees on 26th and 28th Sep to be available at home. After waiting for whole day...since a week...I received the below messages on 26th and 28th night : "Xpressbees couldn’t fulfill delivery of your Shopclues Order AWB:[protected], As consignee refused to accept order.For queries Contact:[protected]"
Nobody called on my mobile number and we have 24x7 security ppl who told there was No courier coming to our house. So it was a complete fake workflow again was created. Now they are telling that my money will be refunded. Such waste of time and money. How can we refuse the order for which we had paid online.The number provided is automated and always says all operators are busy. I will never again associate with this xpressbee fraud company and shopclues for choosing such inefficient and fraudulent services.
