My delivery from ajio of AWB [protected] was scheduled on 18th dec and recieved a confirmation delivery code on the same day but didn't receive the parcel. After checking the status of shipment got to know that parcel was not delivered due to long address.but i didn't receive any call regarding address verification. After contacting customer care i came to know that the delivery person has given fake info . After that i again recieved the delivery code today but even today the parcel has not been delivered. The service of Xpress bees is absolutely disappointing. Had worst experience with the customer care too.

    I've ordered a product on dec 15 and was supposed to receive on dec 16 2022, i still haven't received any.. Couldn't contact anyone.. Neither can i cancel the product nor ask for refund.. Or can't know any details abt my shipment.. I ve paid and still waiting waiting waiting.. No response.. Pls help at the earliest..

      I ordered a premium mobile phone case from cloidbuzz.in ORDER ID: OD/[protected] on 12/12/22 I have not received my shipment since so I contacted they said the problem is related to the courier so I contacted them too they were just daily texting the order is out for delivery and at around 9 pm whole day gone text me another one you were not available, force majeure etc etc order not delivered...I am Mayank Sharma coming advocate having immense faith on our judicial bodies kindly look into this matter asap and please help me getting my shipment delivered...I've also glanced that this company has so many pendind unsolved complaints teach them a short lesson too tysm:)...its not the matter of amount small or big its matter of belief!

            Hello I am waiting for my order, everyday i will receive mail that my order will be delivered today, but delivery boys are not delivering my order, no one contacted me but Everyday i receive a mail that my order is undelivered due to not available and lack of cod money.Kindly take action on delivery boys, they are cancelling my orders without contacting me.

                Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has not been delivered yet to me since 4 days, i did not even receive a single call from the delivery executive... Please Notify the delivery executive to call my number before delivery as it is very urgent . So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent.

                    Today on[protected] at around 2 PM a delivery boy of XpressBees delivered a product claiming it came from Meesho however the package had worn-out clothes inside it. He said to contact Meesho however they reported that the package wasn't theirs, to begin with. His contact number is [protected] and the payment was made to XpressBees. I'd like to request a refund. The order ID is [protected]_[protected]. The order came from Fashion Corners 135 Anmol Row House, Satelight Road, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 394101. The number mentioned on the parcel to call in case of any help is[protected].

                        I had ordered a product from tata cliq online shopping which was shipped by the XpressBees logistics.
                        They haven't delivered the item and marked it as delivered.
                        Unable to contact the online store as they say they are not responsible for the same.
                        Please help me if possible.

                                My package was going to delivery today (5/12/22), well it's been 3rd times the delivery boy just come here, he didnt even call me, what a bad services, really this is terrible, and now it's went for RTO.                                     My order was supposed to get delivered 3 days back.and since 3 days every morning i am getting a msg that my order is out for delivery and every night i am getting that the customer wasn't available to receive the order which is totally wrong
                                    In fact I didn't get any calls messages from Xpressbees.I even have complained about this matter more than 10 times but nothing happened, and everytime i was given false assurance.
                                    And today i got the message that my order is not delivered as I opted for open delivery which is totally false .
                                    I never opted for anything.

                                      Since last 8 days the product has reached my town and not makes the delivery. . And a fake reason showed "Customer wants Open Delivery", after two days they update reason as "Customer not available at the given address and not reachable over the phone". There is not any single call received from the courier agent regarding delivery. Their committed delivery time was 23rd November 2022 and not delivered as on 30/11/2022. There is no proper response from customer care

                                        Have ordered items from Firstcry on 22nd Nov 22 and it was supposed to get delivered by today after many mis route problems finally today the shipment was out for delivery but the customer didn't receive any call from the delivery agent. Customer only got a message that Shalu Sharma is waiting at the gate with your parcel please come and collect at 330 pm where as in the Firstcry app it was showing item not delivered because customer was not available and this was updated at 254pm
                                        Why the update was early and why the customer got message more than 30 m8ns late.
