My order was to be delivered by 19th October 2022 and it's the 25th today still no information about the status of my order, no information on the website about the time by when it'll be delivered and to top it all off the customer care line is always busy.

No calls are returned even after requesting multiple times. The 'send enquiry' tab on their website is as bogus as their "Express Delivery" claim. Their website is still showing the date of delivery as 19th October 2022 if they can't deliver the item on time the least they can do is give an accurate picture to the customer.

It's the most pathetic delivery company out there

      I placed my order on October 17th. My parcel was estimated to be delivered on October 20th (in 2-3 days). But today is October 25th (almost 10 days now) and my parcel is still not delivered. The last update I received on my shipment was on October 19th. I emailed them personally but received no response. Their "Send enquiry" feature is basically useless. I've been trying to get in touch with them for the last few days, but again no response. Worst customer service.

        My order number 196125 was out for delivery and is not showing incomplete address inspite having complete details. The courier person has blocked the calls and not picking up.

          The product reached the nearest courier service (XPRESSBEES) on 17th October'22-Tracking no- AWD([protected]). Since 17th October I am receiving messages that product is out of delivery but it is never reaching me giving details as' customer not available ' and so on.
          This is going on for 1 week time and Delivery agency (Xpressbees) is not delivering the order yet.
          Both Xpressbees and Urbanic Customer care are not responding and never providing any solution, also no options available to cancel the order.

          Either Refund the full amount and delivery the product at earliest.
          Please take action against these online agencies

            My order AWB Number is [protected] my order dispatch on 4 October today is 23 October. NO one come to Delivery these parcel and when we check tracking that show customer want future delivery these is completely fraud remark done by xpressbess because no one come to Delivery and these is a prepaid order show courier company done afraudd things i want file a case against thesfraudud things.

              I am a Diabetic patient and I am undergoing a treatment with Twin Health. They have shipped Tablets through Xpressbee and it is not delivered after getting OTP from me.

              I have emailed them several time to [protected]@xpressbees.com but till date there is no response. The 1st email sent on this is September 26th 2022. Today it is 22nd Oct 2022 and there is not even a reply from them.

              This is the only way I can contact them with official records. There is no escalation matrix available for this company.

              I have called their customer care and they dont give me a time at which the issue will be resolved. They have told me that I will get a call back from their supervisors. But no one called me till date.

              Twin health is the company who shipped the tablets. Even they have sent the email to the xpressbee email address with no response.

              I feel that people trust few companies for sending the essentials like Tablets for health related issues. The only mistake I did is not to confirm with my mother when they got the OTP from me. I have even conferenced the delivery agent with my mother and confirmed that the tablets are not delivered. Only thing is I trusted them when I was in office. I dont know to whom he delivered the package.

              I am writing this email with no tablets for the past one month as these tablets are specific which is not available outside. I am taking alternate tablets which doesnt work good.

              Request you to get this resolved as it is health related issue and even after multiple emails no one from xpressbee is willing to reply back to this.

              If this is the case. I can go the legal way to get this resolved. I have the CCTV footage of the time of delivery claimed. I can prove it legally that this is just a lethargic attitude with the company's employees.

              Frustated and most dissatisfied customer of xpressbee.

                I have ordered a product from Boatlifestyle on 14th October 2022. First the estimated date was 19th October 2022, then it got changed to 20th October 2022 on the next day. But today is 21st and still the product not delivered and exact status of the transit also not updated yet.
                Not even a communication from xpressbee. The product came to Chennai Xpressbees hub on 19th Oct. and still not delivered to me.
                When I track my order it says Estimated Delivery Date 20 Oct 2022 (on time).
                In email, it showing arriving on 22 october 2022. I have also attached few photos. My products AWB No. [protected]. Also raised a complaint thru call to Boat customer care, they say we will get back to you in 48 hrs.
                I am really not satisfied with XpressBees logistics. no response from XpressBees customer care no. not even getting connected to executive. It says your call will connect to our executive and disconnecting in 5 seconds every time. pathetic.

                My product was ordered on 14th October 2022 from boat lifestyle. Its been 8 days now and still not delivered. Its been in xpressbees Chennai hub for almost 4 days and yesterday it was came to the xpressbees destination hub and still not delivered to me.

                  My Parcel is sent by Mr. Krishna from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh and an he sent me an acknowledgement slip by whatsapp. But after many days still I cannot track the parcel. I want to know whether the courier slip is real or fake.

                    I have placed an order from meesho. My shipment was to be delivered by xpressbees. I didn't receive any call or email or messages but I have been told that I wanted future delivery which I didn't say. It's been more than four to five days i have still not received my order. Plus it's a pre-paid order Which makes me worry more.

                        Such an unprofessional service!!

                        Why your Team is not delivering my captioned shipment?
                        Why are they taking so much time?

                        I have sent so many mails but no response received till now.

                          Unable to track my Parcel

                          My parcel was pickup on 17-10-22, but its[protected] days running) till now I can't track my parcel. While tracking its showing, "no data found". What a courier service is that and I don't know where my parcel is lying at present.
                          Customer service contact number is also not working. This is the first time i got bad experience with this XpressBees courier service....

                          Just now delivery executive called me regarding my parcel I asked him to come atleast near my home but he is telling me to come to take the parcel little far from my home. I requested him to come but he denied and said he won't come near my place and disconnected the call. This is the service by xpressbees.Thank you so much.

                            I have not received my parcel from xpressbees. The estimated delivery date was October 10th 2022 and today is October 18th 2022. The AWB is[protected]. I have called customer care and they said they will deliver it by next day but still I haven't received my parcel. Please register my complain against xpressbees.

                              On 11 oct2022 i will receive my medicine parcel through xpress bees. Unfortunately wrong medicine will received by the parcel. Then i will contact Pharmeasy care.they will provide return option through this xpressbees . till now 8 days completed, they didn't get back medicine parcel.And also didn't attend.the phone call.
                              VERY POOR SERVICE..

                                My Ajio return order (Return ID: RT[protected] Do Bhai Kitten Heels with Ankle Strap) was collected by an Xpressbees employee on 13th Oct 2022 without any OTP. Later an ajio delivery boy came and asked me again for the order. I informed him that the product was already picked up. I have been informed that your Xpressbees representative has not handed over my returned package to the Ajio team yet. It's been 5 days since my order was picked up.

                                Please sort this out and return my package to Ajio as soon as possible. I need my refund initiated.

                                    I got a message from Xpressbees regarding parcel delivery. After 2 hours, I called the Executive(Contact number was given in that message). He said that the parcel is not with him. I called customer support, No luck again it's been 17 days with repeated delivery attempts but percel is not deliver Today is the Estimated Delivery as per Tracking status. But I did not receive any parcel. I finally received a message from Xpressbees at 9:02PM saying that "Request not fulfilled. Validation failed". It is very disastrous experience from Xpressbees. ABW[protected] pls deliver my percel as soon as possible or cancel it and refund my money

                                      Parcel Tracking ID - 151769690457157, Not delivered

                                      Hi,

                                      My parcel has not delivered yet. Its mentioned my parcel will be delivered on October 13th, now it's October 16th. As per the transit status it reached Chennai on October 13th. It reached my location but still not delivered. Iam so disappointed with this delivery service, can't even able to contact customer service. Deliver my parcel as soon as possible.
