Your service no responsible any person from product delivery...
Be close tode my product out of delivery but no contact me no delivery my product.....

The return was scheduled for 8th July, 2022 vide AWB: [protected] through the Executive Mr. Rohit (contact no.[protected]). But he totally refused to take my product.

I explained all the things to him that these are 5 in 1 lipsticks. (set of 2). It means 5 small lipsticks in one set. Similarly, 5 in other set. It has been clearly shown in picture (attached) also. BUt he was adamant to take 5 sets (each have 5 lipsticks)....

[protected] this is order no AWB, the agent from xpressbee has picked up and order which got later cancelled by customer so the order was held by xpressbee courier ppl and they were abt to return it back to me it's been more than 30 days order is stuck somewhere and not delivered to me i need my orde back as soon as possible the agent keep making excuse everyday why my order is still at your warehouse ?...

Xpressbees representative (i.e, Sanjay Kothari) had wrongly delivered shipment with AWB no.[protected] at my residential address on 27 June 2022. A sum of INR 1, 992 was paid to him through Google pay. His mobile number is [protected]. Subsequently it was realised that the shipment belongs to Krupali Burute and we informed the xpressbees representative about it. He collected the parcel on the same day and assured...

It is regarding the Order Number: 1717910 - with AWB[protected] of Rs. 3384. When we ask for an option as UPI payment, agent name Bimal ask to PayTM to one number, saying that it is company's number. When verified as Seema Devi, he confirm to make payment. Payment was successful in our end but he was calling someone and getting the confirmation. From the other side they said payment is not received so this agent ask to make another payment...

I have placed an order for laptop delivery on XpressBees Logistics via ShipRocket.in on 24th June, 2022. Xpressbees and ShipRocket.in courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 28th June, 2022.

Today it is 1st July, and still the laptop has not yet delivered, it is incurring a huge revenue and reputation loss to my company, also XpressBees support is very unprofessional, they are...

They said that they will courier my order on 26th jan 2022 but they did not delivered. Now without even contacting me they have RTO my order. How the hell this can happen. HOW can they do this. PLESASE HELP ME ITS A PATHETIC COMPANY WITH PATHETIC SERVICE...

I ordered my laptops keyboard cover from ifyxstore.com and that orderd shipped and after shipping i have senn that i have enter my wrong mobile number which is [protected] but my original number is [protected] i have contact ifyxstore.com they say we have change your number in order but when the delievery man came they ask me otp from thi number [protected]
but i don't have this number and he don't give me my parcel then i go at xpressbees...

My last time i tracked my order it was somewhere between"Hyderabad or kolkata". I don't remember the place precisely. But from last 4-5 days whenever i am trying to track my order it's showing "no data found". I have called xpressbees customer support. They told me "they don't have the product with them" but how can it be with them few days back. The ajio customer support also said the product will be delivered by 30th june....

Consignment reached Bangalore on[protected], till now not delivered. A person called once he was speaking low level language after that no news at all....

from last 20 days these guys telling me your package will delivery in 48 hr but till today its not yet delivery. I will recommend not to use there services.

I had purchased a Lenovo weighing machine in the month of March 2022. I had barely used it for 10 days on a regular note, when it stopped functioning. I had previously registered a complaint over here in the month of May. But to my utter dismay, without taking any action, the case was shown as resolved. I ordered pink and yellow saree but delivery other products and also damage . Payment through cash .I refund my money back and return damage wrong product....

Though fact is he never try to deliver parcel, on d first day i call him n ask to deliver and why he update fake details so he said am at village will deliver ur parcel tomorrow.br...

I ordered a product from ajio which was got delivered by xpressbees the delivery agent give me a QR code for payment.i do the payment the money got deducted from my bank account and the delivery partner said its not credited to there account so if my money got debited then I will get a refund by that day and he took cash from me and then neither i get any refund nor they received my phone please help me out...

Hi my order reached my city on 22 june 2022 and today is 27 june 2022 and the order is not delivered yet. Everytime delivery boy updates by himself that i want future delivery even though he did not called me once....

Yesterday your delivery boy came to me to deliver but he wont deliver my parcel to me and say without OTP i wont deliver but, i haven't recived any OTP so how can i give him OTP he says he will deliver parcel by today but now i havent recived any OTP and any Parcel information. such a worst delivery agency...
