This is regarding my orders with AWB [protected] &[protected]
On June 14, I have received one product from xpressbees delivery person which was the shipment from WareIQ (AWB: [protected]) but after the product got delivered, in status update sms it mentioned AWB[protected] got delivered!! (ie, wrong delivery update happened. I haven't received[protected]. The one which I received was [protected] on June 14th).
Okay, I thought tomorrow (ie, June 15) they will deliver the other shipment (ie,[protected] and the issue will get solved.
But on June 15, I received only an sms (no product) from xpressbees saying that the AWB [protected] got delivered.!! (But I have already received this product on June 14th itself!! Then how can they deliver it again on June 15. And by the way, where is my order AWB[protected] ??)
In xpressbees system records, they have updated that the 2 orders are delivered but in reality I have received only 1.
June 14: I have received the product AWB [protected] but got status update as[protected] got delivered!
June 15: I received an sms that product AWB [protected] got delivered.
I have explained my issue to the maximum. Hope I can get some solution through this portal.

XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Receipient num is wrongly added. Please deliver my package. Please change this to correct mobile number.
