I have a BOAT warranty claim and Xpressbees was the pickup agency. They came and took the product and then cancelled pickup by saying they couldn't contact me instead of confirming pickup. Now, Boat can’t help without getting any status from Xpressbees. Xpressbees customer care is not responding, Contact number of the pickup guy is switched off. What can I do to get the product back, It just like robbing my product....

Yesterday I received an order of ajio via xpressbees. But while I was doing online payment the money has been send twice. I have immediately mailed xpressbees authority but no response from their side. I request you to give the refund of the excess amount paid....

It's been more than a week since the product had reached my town... But they are showing I wanted open delivery which is not correct at all! This is just the worst service ever! And In fact, this was the product that I already paid for and now I cam not even able to cancel the order and hence the money too got flowed. Just so Pathetic service!...

I had ordered a parcel through a seller living in Kolkata which was posted on 30th May. This was supposed to be delivered by 4th June. I've ordered some products from Clovia on 16.5.22 which were to be delivered by Xpressbees Delivery services with expected delivery date being 23.5.22. But till this date (9.6.22), I've not received any package.
