I placed a warranty claim for my Boat Bluetooth earphones and the boat assigned xpressbees as the return deliverer. I returned the product to the delivery guy, and after 13 days, the product reached the Boat they are saying now that the product is duplicate and the warranty claim I rejected. They sent me the image of the item they received, which is very different from the item I sent them. I called Boat customer care and they are telling me that it's my responsibility to talk to expressbees ( as if I myself picked xpressbees as courier) regarding the misplace and I talked to them.
They told me they raised a ticket and I asked for the confirmation and now their customer care is not answering.

I need the proof of the image the courier guy took at the time of return on 13th june 2022 at 12:20pm around(that I gave the original product).

    I have ordered products in ajio on 6th of June 2022 and estimated delivery date was 10th June
    When I check status of tracking it is xpress bee warehouse and not delivered and it has been more than 15 days
    Didn't have this experience even smallest delivery service in the country, being large company didn't except this kind of service
    Customer care is waste can't connect to anyone and no reply to emails

      I was ordered 2 items in muscleblaze and also pre-paid them. but shipment is not delivered yet. The given estimated date is Sunday, 12th Jun 2022. However, they did not conduct me moreover they gave a fake status for Customer not available status kindly please be get action to them...

        They maually write one package tracking number and stamp and take sign of me. after that they write another tracking number in same page to show on meesho that this pakage is delivered. but they did not deliver me that package.
        so the courier partner have the proof and the meesho have the proof that pakage is deliver to me but they did not deliver me that package
        you can see in the attachment i provided that i do sign and write (1) after my sign and you can also see 2nd AWB number [protected] that written with another pen and clearly visible that this is adjusted in available space.
        one package reeived they write second tracking after the stamp ans sign

        please i need my package of compensation ammount.

            Actually I ordered a product from Myntra and i submitted a return request of that product and after one day i received a message from Xpressbees that my return pickup of that product is scheduled on 20/06/22 by an Xpressbees executive but I didn’t receive any call from your executive and he update there that i rejected his call
            as I haven’t recieve any call till now

                This is happening with me for the second time. The shipment gets out for delivery in the morning. And then by afternoon or evening when we call delivery boy suddenly message comes stating that the order can not be delivered because "customer validation failure" And next day again the product get out for delivery and the moment you call delivery agent we got message of "payment failure issue" And then again 3rd time order gets out for delivery and gets cancelled. And then they return it to the supplier.

                    Dear Team,

                    This is regarding the issue on my order AWB No [protected] delivery attempt failure due to wrong number entered by seller .
                    The seller is unreachable ( Babli Gour : [protected] ) hence the delivery guy is not able to handover the item to us.
                    The number wrongly entered is[protected]Which is switched off) but the actual number should be[protected]Deepa Pnawar). Could you please change the number to[protected]

                    We reached out to delivery center Xpress bees Indrapuri Sector C 462022 and found the delivery item there. But the delivery center denied the delivery since otp is going on the wrong number.
                    Could you please help resolve this issue as soon as possible since the item will be sent back to the seller by next week.

                    I have attached all the details regarding payment, invoice, whatsapp conversation with seller & delivery item photo from the delivery center(Shown to us by Ranjeet Sahoo).
                    Please let me know if you need any further information.

                    Note :

                    I believe this could be an online fraud since the numbers from sellers[protected],[protected] are switched off now after we have done payment. I request at least we should get our delivery item so that we won't be at a loss.Hope you understand the customer situation & expecting a positive response from the team.

                          This is regarding my orders with AWB [protected] &[protected]

                          On June 14, I have received one product from xpressbees delivery person which was the shipment from WareIQ (AWB: [protected]) but after the product got delivered, in status update sms it mentioned AWB[protected] got delivered!! (ie, wrong delivery update happened. I haven't received[protected]. The one which I received was [protected] on June 14th).

                          Okay, I thought tomorrow (ie, June 15) they will deliver the other shipment (ie,[protected] and the issue will get solved.

                          But on June 15, I received only an sms (no product) from xpressbees saying that the AWB [protected] got delivered.!! (But I have already received this product on June 14th itself!! Then how can they deliver it again on June 15. And by the way, where is my order AWB[protected] ??)

                          In xpressbees system records, they have updated that the 2 orders are delivered but in reality I have received only 1.

                          June 14: I have received the product AWB [protected] but got status update as[protected] got delivered!

                          June 15: I received an sms that product AWB [protected] got delivered.

                          I have explained my issue to the maximum. Hope I can get some solution through this portal.

                            I put an warrenty claim on boat website with ticket number 21363966.
                            next day i got a msg for the pickup of deffective item from xpressbee with AMB [protected] and a boy came to pickup the parcel and i gave it to him. but from next day onwards they call me again and again for the pickup of the item that i already gave it to him. now the boat team has send me a mail that i did not attempt the pickup call so the warrenty claim is canceled. till now jt has been 10 days but i did not receive my parcel

                              Sir, Miss, Ma'am,

                              The delivery Guy/agent in Mon Town, Mon District have a lot of attitude. We pay for delivery charges when we buy from online but they told me to get my things/product in their office or from a very far place. What's the point of delivery charges than. I know they were the only delivery courier in the town but that doesn't mean they should be so mean to other especially when they contact us through phone. Please improve the delivery system and tell them to deliver the product where it's address is given by the customer.

                                in app they show delivered but i didn't get any product or any call from them, when i raise a ticket in meesho then they show me the chart where they sign from BP enterprises logo intead of mine, i don't know who is BP Enterprises, I write too many times in xpressbess as well as meesho but they doesn't respond, i humbly request please give my product back, how irresponsible they are..

                                sir its almost a month but i didn't get any update from them, they doesn't resolve my issue and i get same problem again yesterday also my products not delivered me and they delivered and it almost a month they investigation on that and does not resolve my issue my issue my second awb no- 134093267349483

                                i worte them more than 2-3 times to xpressbees and they even don't reply me that we register your complain or working on that, i never seen this type o[censored]nprofessionalism and best part is i wrote more than 10 times to meesho but they doesn't response me, same msg repeat and repeat, they don't seen msg what i want to say them, how they give my product without otp to another person .

                                  I placed an order with souled store, they partnered with Xpressbees for their logistic deliveries. I have received the package, made the COD of 2602 through UPI to the delivery agent. And they haven't yet updated that the order has been delivered. I received a call from the customer support as to the delivery is scheduled the next day. I wonder what are they going to deliver when I have already received the package.

                                  Please get it updated. AWB is[protected]. Get it updated with the Souled store company as well. I have mailed them about the same problem.

                                    I am a meesho supplier, I had booked a shipment for my customer with XPRESS BEES which was picked up on 20/05/2022 at 6:27 pm which than not accepted by the customer on 27/05/22 at 6:41 so as a result the shipment has to be returned to the me as the original owner of the shipment for which RTO order was created by meesho.
                                    The shipment reached to siliguri on 2/6/22 and was out for delivery but i didnot recieved than as per the traking status the shipment was out for delivery on 14/6/22 but did not reach to me and on the very same xpreesbees website show the status WHHANDOVER.
                                    TIll now I have not received. As per XPRESS BEES customer care it has reached to meesho warehouse in siliguri where as there is no warehouse of meesho in siliguri.
                                    So, I ask XPREES BEES to respond it as soon as possible

                                      I have a BOAT warranty claim and Xpressbees was the pickup agency. They came and took the product and then cancelled pickup by saying they couldn't contact me instead of confirming pickup. Now, Boat can’t help without getting any status from Xpressbees. Xpressbees customer care is not responding, Contact number of the pickup guy is switched off. What can I do to get the product back, It just like robbing my product.
