Horrible behavior of a delivery person. His name s Murthy as per truecaller and his phone number: [protected].

He wants to drop my courier at my apartment security and calls for OTP. I told i m at home, u can drop at flat. He said he can't come and spoke rudely to give OTP. I told it s not safe to drop at security. He said it s not his headache. I don't know how can courier company like xpressbees can survive ### like this.

      I had ordered a parcel through a seller living in Kolkata which was posted on 30th May. This was supposed to be delivered by 4th June. However it kept showing "In transit" from bhiwandi for 8 days, after numerous complaints and tweeting on twitter they called on 8th June to ask about weight of pracel and what things were inside. When I informed that it is highly costly parcel and it is within weight limit they released it. However on receiving I noticed the box was tampered with and it was missing 3 items worth thousands. Also, the label on the box as sent from seller was completely different, meaning it was opened since only way to remove the label was to open the box. They are now ignoring my complaint and telling me to contact seller when we have proofs that it was tampered with and items are missing. Kindly help

        I ordered my product from "Zoomin" photo web application, I wanted to gift it to my sister who went to USA today. So i thought before she left I wanted to gift it to her, but the order or delivery got delayed so much that the product reached Hyderabad on 5th of June but still product not yet delivered. I contacted delivery service people "Xpressbees" through Twitter, they said we are checking please wait, now they are not at all replying.

                I've ordered some products from Clovia on 16.5.22 which were to be delivered by Xpressbees Delivery services with expected delivery date being 23.5.22. But till this date (9.6.22), I've not received any package.
                The delivery status shows incorrect reasons such as customer not available whereas no contact has been made to me regarding the delivery.
                Please ensure delivery of the shipment at correct address as soon as possible.
                P.S. I've attached the screenshot of shipment details being displayed on the Xpressbees Website.

                        Tata Cliq Luxury Order ID: #[protected]
                        Product shipped from Maharashtra on 26th May with scheduled delivery to Hyderabad address on 31st May.. Till date, 8th June not delivered showing same status. The shipment reached Hyderabad on 28th May. Since then there was no movement. After repeated complaints to Xpressbees email and Tata Cliq luxury one movement was shown on 3rd June 01:57 PM as "In transit from HYD/IB1, Hyderabad, TELANGANA, " Since then no movement or delivery. I do not understand why are they still collecting shipments when they are unable deliver.

                            Product shipped from Maharashtra on 25 may. It should be delivered in Hyderabad, but till now not yet delivered and they are updating the same status again and again in awb tracking. Even unable to connect with the customer care executive.
