    I had written a complaint on my undelivered Order which was over 25 days due now. Since it seems like Xpressbees will reply to me only of I raise a complaint,
    After I raised the complaint On mail, I got a SMS saying my order awb [protected], [protected] is out for delivery. A few hours later I get another SMS saying that product was undelivered because I was not present at my location. This is intentional misrepresentation and blaming customer for the Company's incompetence. As I have said to them in mails, I will not hesitate to initiate fraud and theft complaint against them with concerned officials.

    i have already return my previous order [protected] due to Delivery agent Jaypal([protected]).

      I have ordered few cloths from clovia on 15th may 2022 for which xpressbee is the delivery partner. The parcel was estimated to be delivered on 19th may 2022. I received a call from the delivery person but i was unable to answer that call. After that I have not received a single notification from the delivery person yet xpressbee delivery person is posting fake excuses like COD amount not available or customer not available on the tracking page of xpressbee website. My address was clearly mentioned and i was at home so he should have rang the door bell before commenting customer not available or not have COD amount. I have written many mails to them but they are not resolving the issue. I tried to call that delivery executive by the number provided by them but he is not received the call as his phone is switched off constantly. Its been a week since my parcel is not received and they are not receiving my complaints too. Finally I decided to lodge a complaint against xpressbee and clovia.

        They said the product recah me at 20 may but steel it can't reach me, important thing is they said that the products is in nearest city in my village but the product return to there hub which is very long from my village, i contacts customer care, they can't pick up the call, After 3 hour regular calling they pick up they said my product is delivere in 24 hour but steel 2 days goes my product is not delivere, what a service, and now there customer service can't pick up call..
        Please deliver my product as soon as.

                Hey, I haven't recieved my parcel yet and still am getting fake reasons such as "door service not attended" "refused to accept parcel" if I did not receive my parcel till tomorrow then I'll have to complaint against your company!

                      shipped on 4th may.. today its 16th may and the courier has not been delivered.. i have mailed customer care many times.. the customer care call number is of no use - they do not speak.. worst service ever faced.. no proper response.

                          Today morning (15/05/2002) I got text MSG from xpressbees that my order is out for delivery and at afternoon I again got text MSG that it will not be delivered because of some reason that they did not mentioned. It was already waiting for my order to be delivered from last 10 days. And still it has not been delivered. I already paid for my order. I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible, otherwise I will go further.

                            They have updated the status that customer was not available at the location even when I was available to my location and also called the person regarding my order. Still they updated this status on their own. And return the order

                                  Hi, the transit time was supposed to be 4-5 working days and its been more than 15 working days and still the parcel is not yet delivered.

                                    On 15th April 2022, Mr Ajay Jumani, owner of Shree Krishna Crystals, Mumbai, despatched crystal products worth around Rs. 8000 to my residence at Patna through Xpressbees. Shipping Id: [protected].

                                    I never received the consignment. Upon following up with Mr. Jumani, he shared the order history (enclosed) that mentioned that the order had been delivered to the customer on 20th April 2022.

                                    This is just not possible, as due to a family bereavement, my entire family left for Delhi in the early hours of 20th April 2022.

                                    Despite repeated follow-ups with Xpressbees about the person to whom the consignment was delivered to, Mr. Jumani has not received a response.

                                    This is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of Xpressbees and has resulted in the mental harassment of both myself and Mr. Jumani.

                                    I request your help in the early receipt of my product.

                                      I had ordered medicine related to heart disease from Netmeds AWB[protected], as my dad was travelling to Canada. After chasing Xpressbee and Netmeds continuously, I had to cancel the order one day prior to the travel date and was left with very less time to procur medicine from other place. How can someone be so negligent? The souled Store package AWB[protected], is lying at Mumbai/ Gor destination since 7th May, estimated delivery date was 8th May, today is 10th May still it is not out for delivery. Same goes with first cry order. My dad had order clothes for my nephew who is in Canada. The order was placed way ahead of travel date, the package was lying at Mumbai )Got destination, but never reached us.

                                      Resolved. I guess they were waiting for me to lodge a complaint against them. Finally got connected to their customer care service. I asked them for the address of the godown where it was lying. And the very next second I got a sms stating that my package was out for delivery.
