Today morning I had written a complaint on my undelivered shipment which was over 13 days due now. Since it seems like Xpressbees will reply to me only of I raise a complaint here, this is my 3rd post on same shipment.
After I raised the complaint here, I got a SMS saying my shipment is out for delivery. A few hours later I get another SMS saying that product was undelivered because I was not present at my location. This is intentional misrepresentation and blaming customer for the Company's incompetence. As I have said to them in mails, I will not hesitate to initiate fraud and theft complaint against them with concerned officials.
I am attaching the SMS received and call logs as proof that no one contacted me.

I claimed a replacement for my Boat Airdopes 131 Gray on 29 April. A courier partner from Xpressbees Logistics took the product on 30th April. The Shipping Status shows that it is delivered to me on 7th May, but till today I have not received it. Please help me in this matter or give my product back. I attached the Shipment status with this email.

I had already raised a complaint a few days ago. It has been almost 13 days since the estimated delivery date of the shipment. I am forced to write this again since I have been continuously following up and writing mails to Xpressbees. As per the tracking website, the shipment is just moving from one location to another and back within the city. At this point I am convinced that they are just updating the tracking website without any actual movement of the package. I am attaching mails that I have received and the ones I sent. Also attaching the tracking website screenshot.
I was told there was some kind of natural calamity in the city which I live in, whereas I have no news on any kind of natural calamity in my city (Hyderabad). When asked about it, there has been no reply (as expected).
To be clear, this is a prepaid order, I have been waiting for this for over 15 days now.

The service said the shipment has been started on 23rd April 2022 and the expected delivery date would be 27th April 2022. But the delivery has not been received. I contacted them by writing a mail and they replied it will be out soon . Days passed, but the delivery still has not received and the customer care is not responding to my mails. I hope to get my delivery. the

I had an idea that my parcel was coming today. In the evening, even though the parcel did not arrive, I went to the office of the expresbees, paid for my parcel and asked them to deliver the parcel home. The delivery boy passed by my house but he did not deliver my parcel. I want that thing right now.

Hi team my order AWB [protected] has not been delivered and it's showing false status as self pick up/ COD not available from last 02 days. While no one has contacted me ever.
Customer care is not picking up the call and no reply to my email.
Please do the needful and arrange the deo very ASAP

The item is in Hyderabad from April 29th and not moving. It's delayed by 10 days with no update

AWB: [protected] shipment has not been delivered. on 26.04.2022, delivery boy without contacting me, he just updated the server with customer not available option, however that is false statement. Xpressbees tell that the order is under investigate status, i do not know how many more days, they would keep it at that stage, without any transperancy of the information.

This is a request to everyone in allover India that please do not use Xpressbees Logistics courier service to deliver or receive any product. They are the most irresponsible courier company I found in my life. I have ordered a medicine product and it was supposed to get delivered on 3-May-2022 as per the tracking status but they jusy simply mentioned that customer is not available and put my medicine into next morning slot. Whenever you call their customer care number and try to speak to the customer care officer, they says that all agents are busy and they will call you back. But you never get any call from them. apart from email, there is no whatsup number to reach them. Hence, requesting all to avoid such bogus courier companies.

Expected date of delivery is 30 April but I am not getting any reply/updates on it after multiple follow ups.

I placed an order from shiprocket.in. Order ID [protected] placed on 20 April 2022. They shipped order using xpressbees courier via AWB Number: [protected]. Order received in Thiruvananthapuram on 20th April at 05:45 PM. It could have been delivered on same day or next day. But they didn't deliver. Moreover there is no delivery till 2 May 2022. I called there customer care xpressbess for Many times but they say please call again later. I called Shiprocket customer care, their contact number is not working sometimes ring going but they didn't connect my call. The shipment arrived in Thiruvananthapuram on 20th April 05:45 PM, it could have been delivered on that day only... or can be delivered next day.Now 12 days gone. Still no sign of delivery... No contact info for Thiruvananthapuram... what the hell is this? Why Shiprocket is not using a good courier? This is my 2nd order from Shiprocket. The earlier order too was delivered after so many complaints. So what Shiprocket thinks? Customer should post complaint on various sites, and then only they will deliver the shipment? Why Zovi is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number ? I want urgent delivery of my order by 3rd May evening positively... otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.. For your information, most of e-commerce companies like flipkart, jabong and Yepme...They all deliver in maximum 2-3 days... So compare your service ... where u stands... It’s only the quality of service that is going to improve your brand... I want the order delivery by today or tomorrow itself... otherwise I will make big problem against u.
I will contact with consumer court against the Shiprocket and xpressbees courier service, if this is not solved.Contact me as soon as possible.

Delivery agent does not deliver the product updates the status wrongly as ‘customer not available’ Without approaching me for delivery
He keeps on doing it on consecutive days so that he can return the product passing the blame on me
He is just madly high attitude guy who thinks that the customers are poor helpless people.

I ordered 2 packages frm foxy which they shipped to xpressbees they still dnt deliver yet the date they promise is 28th april... But still i haven't received... They don't provide a way to contact them properly... I've sent 10 mails .. No reply from them... My money is stuck! Please help

I have a shipment to be received in Hyderabad. Package is from Gurgaon, which got picked up on 24th April, 2022 (as per Xpressbees website). As per their tracking, package reached in one of their locations in Hyderabad on 27th April (which was their initial estimated delivery date). As of writing this complaint (30th April), I still have not received my package. I have called multiple times and none of the times they have answered my calls. I am forced to write this complaint as I have already sent them couple of mails expecting a reply. Attaching sent mails.
This is pathetic service as I'm now starting to believe the package hasn't even arrived at Hyderabad and they are only showing it to cover their delay. This is a time sensitive matter as I required the contents of the package for an examination purpose.

I applied for Boat warranty replacement for my product BOAT ROCKERZ 255 PRO+ wireless earohone on 19 th April 2022. My earphone was picked up by 21st April, and the boat handover my replacement products to XPRESSBEES COURIER on 23rd April. The estimated delivery date was 28th April, given by the xpressbees, but no update I have got yet since three days, it is showing bhubneswar, orrisa from two days. My tracking no. Is[protected]. I had ordered a product from bewakoof.com which was supposed to be delivered on 26 of March, 2022.But there was a delay without no delay from this company and the parcel is being passed around all the warehouse in Bangalore but they are not delivering it to me.Their customer is the closest thing to worse.
