      shipped on 4th may.. today its 16th may and the courier has not been delivered.. i have mailed customer care many times.. the customer care call number is of no use - they do not speak.. worst service ever faced.. no proper response.

          Today morning (15/05/2002) I got text MSG from xpressbees that my order is out for delivery and at afternoon I again got text MSG that it will not be delivered because of some reason that they did not mentioned. It was already waiting for my order to be delivered from last 10 days. And still it has not been delivered. I already paid for my order. I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible, otherwise I will go further.

            They have updated the status that customer was not available at the location even when I was available to my location and also called the person regarding my order. Still they updated this status on their own. And return the order

                Dear xpressBees iam complaining from Churachandpur Manipur about my product not being delivered, delivery boy Saying that he cannot delivered because iam the only guys to be delivered in my area asking me to wait for more customers its been 2 days from date of delivery more overy it says free delivery when i purchased the product but they used to charge me delivery charge .                   Hi, the transit time was supposed to be 4-5 working days and its been more than 15 working days and still the parcel is not yet delivered.

                  no response is being provided from the team and no update is there after 6th may on the portal too.

                    On 15th April 2022, Mr Ajay Jumani, owner of Shree Krishna Crystals, Mumbai, despatched crystal products worth around Rs. 8000 to my residence at Patna through Xpressbees. Shipping Id: [protected].

                    I never received the consignment. Upon following up with Mr. Jumani, he shared the order history (enclosed) that mentioned that the order had been delivered to the customer on 20th April 2022.

                    This is just not possible, as due to a family bereavement, my entire family left for Delhi in the early hours of 20th April 2022.

                    Despite repeated follow-ups with Xpressbees about the person to whom the consignment was delivered to, Mr. Jumani has not received a response.

                    This is highly irresponsible behaviour on the part of Xpressbees and has resulted in the mental harassment of both myself and Mr. Jumani.

                    I request your help in the early receipt of my product.

                      I had ordered medicine related to heart disease from Netmeds AWB[protected], as my dad was travelling to Canada. After chasing Xpressbee and Netmeds continuously, I had to cancel the order one day prior to the travel date and was left with very less time to procur medicine from other place. How can someone be so negligent? The souled Store package AWB[protected], is lying at Mumbai/ Gor destination since 7th May, estimated delivery date was 8th May, today is 10th May still it is not out for delivery. Same goes with first cry order. My dad had order clothes for my nephew who is in Canada. The order was placed way ahead of travel date, the package was lying at Mumbai )Got destination, but never reached us.

                      Package from souled store was delivered. But the service executive was rude on the call.

                      Resolved. I guess they were waiting for me to lodge a complaint against them. Finally got connected to their customer care service. I asked them for the address of the godown where it was lying. And the very next second I got a sms stating that my package was out for delivery.

                        Today morning I had written a complaint on my undelivered shipment which was over 13 days due now. Since it seems like Xpressbees will reply to me only of I raise a complaint here, this is my 3rd post on same shipment.
                        After I raised the complaint here, I got a SMS saying my shipment is out for delivery. A few hours later I get another SMS saying that product was undelivered because I was not present at my location. This is intentional misrepresentation and blaming customer for the Company's incompetence. As I have said to them in mails, I will not hesitate to initiate fraud and theft complaint against them with concerned officials.
                        I am attaching the SMS received and call logs as proof that no one contacted me.

                          I claimed a replacement for my Boat Airdopes 131 Gray on 29 April. A courier partner from Xpressbees Logistics took the product on 30th April. The Shipping Status shows that it is delivered to me on 7th May, but till today I have not received it. Please help me in this matter or give my product back. I attached the Shipment status with this email.

                            I had already raised a complaint a few days ago. It has been almost 13 days since the estimated delivery date of the shipment. I am forced to write this again since I have been continuously following up and writing mails to Xpressbees. As per the tracking website, the shipment is just moving from one location to another and back within the city. At this point I am convinced that they are just updating the tracking website without any actual movement of the package. I am attaching mails that I have received and the ones I sent. Also attaching the tracking website screenshot.
                            I was told there was some kind of natural calamity in the city which I live in, whereas I have no news on any kind of natural calamity in my city (Hyderabad). When asked about it, there has been no reply (as expected).
                            To be clear, this is a prepaid order, I have been waiting for this for over 15 days now.

                              The service said the shipment has been started on 23rd April 2022 and the expected delivery date would be 27th April 2022. But the delivery has not been received. I contacted them by writing a mail and they replied it will be out soon . Days passed, but the delivery still has not received and the customer care is not responding to my mails. I hope to get my delivery. the
                              tracking number is AWB NO: [protected] . I have attached the tracking info picture of my shipment.

                                I had an idea that my parcel was coming today. In the evening, even though the parcel did not arrive, I went to the office of the expresbees, paid for my parcel and asked them to deliver the parcel home. The delivery boy passed by my house but he did not deliver my parcel. I want that thing right now.

                                  Hi team my order AWB [protected] has not been delivered and it's showing false status as self pick up/ COD not available from last 02 days. While no one has contacted me ever.

                                      AWB: [protected] shipment has not been delivered. on 26.04.2022, delivery boy without contacting me, he just updated the server with customer not available option, however that is false statement. Xpressbees tell that the order is under investigate status, i do not know how many more days, they would keep it at that stage, without any transperancy of the information.
