Ordered a product from Partbigboss a spoiler for my car. They shipped from New Delhi this 15 April. As per tracking details the product reached Bangalore hub in 19th April. From that day, no further updates from them. Also showing "in transit Bangalore" from 19th -26th. Now (time of typing this) it is showing "RTO (return to origin) initiated.
After waiting for the product for a month, this give more disappointment and frustration.
Please make the product deliverable.

      My name is Deepak Kumar Meena and I am a resident of Gangapur City District Sawai Madhopur. Expressbees delivers here. I ordered some product delivery from Miss You few days back. They didn't deliver it to me on time. After that I return the same return product then they do not come to pickup my product nor pick up my call and call them on call then they talk very rudely.
      On saying anything to him, he tells me that I am not your father's servant. You return your product only after coming to the delivery station, but after I go to the delivery station, his message also speaks wrong things to him.

      My product refuses to pickup and says do a job. can't do anything

            I had placed a return order on 25th March and the product is still not picked up..They send an SMS at the begining of the day that i item will be picked up but they don't come and at the end of the day i get false updates saying that the customer is not available, customer shifted etc..i also sent an email to the xpressbees customer care but not recieved any response..Even if i give a call to the customer care they give me false promises that they are working on it but in actual they are not doing anything to pick up the product.

              I placed my order from @streetstylestore and they placed shipment with xpressbees logistics with AWD:[protected] and order no 6041034 Why Xpressbees courier took the responsibility to deliver a product in a place where they could not reach? Streetstylestore using such a bad courier that doesn't have even deliver after a week of shipment and resending message that they could deliver like why ? What’s wrong ? All my details are right so why no effort to reach my place I want my order and I mean it.

                My product from FOXY having AWB as [protected] was supposed to be delivered a week ago but everyday I get a sms that your product is out for delivery but they do not attempt to deliver it. After that I get another SMS that parcel cannot be delivered due to unavailability. When I called the delivery executive he responded me to ignore the sms and they won't deliver the parcel and asked me to collect it from Rourkela office. Are we paying so much money to collect the product from their office. Such Fraudsters are they bloody ###. I called to the CUSTOMER care service as well but they have not yet Taken any action on it. Running a scam in the name of logistics industry.

                          I have replacement product which was dispatch by replacement tem on 17th april but it now 21st i didn't got any updates of my parcel location it is showing same location from 3 days . Worst Service i have seen from any logistics company. Worst customer support 👎👎👎👎

                            Xpressbees office in Umbergaon, Gujarat pin 396171 are not delivering our parcel and when when we went to their office, their staff have no manner and are acting like hooligans .Very unprofessional people and hope that company takes some action against them.

                                My parcel tracking no[protected] was not ginen by courier boy, but he mark as delivered on 6 April, 2022, I was complain 3 to 4 still I was not received, I also visited chunabhati xpress Bess chunabhati depo, but thay not handover my parcel, because delivary boy, keep it with own bike, and mark as delivered, he committed to delivering same day but, not delivered, till I wating for my parcel

                                My pickup is done successfully against reference no AWB:[protected], but still they are saying no pickup. My refund is waiting just because of expressbess logistics.
                                They have also not issued any receipt regarding the pickup.

                                  My courier needs to be delivered on 11th April. Today is 16th April.
                                  Every morning I'm getting mesage like my courier is out for delivery and in evening again getting mesage like i was not available which is completely a false information. I was always available.
                                  This happening daily, i have reached to customer care by call and mail but nothing happened and I'm really frustrated.
                                  This is an important courier for me, i was waiting for this from 11th April. And putting information like i was not available for delivery is really unfair.
                                  This needs to be taken as high priority and need to be sorted as soon as possible.
