The delivery boy never called and updated the status as the consignee wants open delivery. Again for the second time the delivery boy not called and updated the same status as the consignee wanted open delivery. And when I tried calling he always disconnected the call and the first number which was provided to me it is switched off.

    I ordered this from well curve and they assigned x press bees for delivery, i ordered on March 10th and the in tracking order it says it would reach on March 15 and then they changed it to 16 and then they changed it to 17 and it's 20 now they still haven't delivered the site still says expected delivery on March 17 even tho it's 20 now, this is by far the worst delivery service ever, i would like my package to be delivered asap or i would take legal actions

      I have a courier to be received from xpressbees yesterday but have not received yet. No tracking information available about the shipment. customer care never works. I need the items delivered asap

        The above mentioned pickups are never done. I am receiving text since 2 days that order will be picked up but I didn't even get call from the delivery executive. This is really frustrating as they are cancelling pickup as wrong address

          No return pickup

          Once they did not deliver stating that cash on delivery amount not available.
          Second time they stated that I was not available, without even attempting delivery.Did not even call.Third class delivery service.Worst experience.

            Â I am from Kottayam, Kerala, I have ordered one items with option online payment and it was shipped through delivery agent xpressbees with tracking ID [protected]
            The consignment reached Kottayam thiruvalla area on 2 ndmarch 2022 area on thiruvalla, and Delivery Person Not contacted me yet.but on 3rd march the tracking shows the order delivered, the delivery agent not contacted me yet. They are not ready to deliver the consignment and i lost my mony because its a prepaid order

              Since last 3 days my package is in my town but the status showing customer wants open delivery but I never asked for it. Delivery executive didn't call me.Company should look into the matter as we consumers feel cheated by all these issues.

              It's been 6 days from the expected delivery date but still didn't get any call for delivery. What a waste!!

                My pick up was scheduled since last 4 days..but no delivery partner contacted me and even you are sending a message like i am not ready to hand you the pick up item at the end of the day..

                        I have ordered some items from the sweatyou.in site and partner of delivery was Xpressbees (tracking number:[protected]. Item got delivered today and I opened the item in front of the delivery boy. It turn out to be fake items. I request delivery boy to take the item back and return by amount as sweatyou.in was not answering to any call and sms. He refused and make me talk to the their office head also. They refused to co-operate. If they want they can prevent such fake service by cross checking and taking it back. This courier service supported such fake service even making it easy. They are also involve in this.

                            There is a product to be delivered with Tracking ID:[protected] from firstcry today i.e., on 10th March 2022.

                            I received a call from delivery person and provided him the required information and asked the person to deliver at the home address (My family members are available) as i am at office.

                            But he refused to do so and informed that the product to be collected from him and he will not do home delivery.

                            If delivery person is refusing to do home delivery then what is the need for maintaining a delivery unit

                              Punalur xpressbees hub is just 6km from the delivery address mentioned.

                              The delivery owner of xpressbees punalur branch denies delivery at the last minute telling pincode 691508 is not serviceable and updates fake reason in the system telling the house is more than 35 km from his hub, pincode mentioned is wrong etc His phone number is : [protected] and his name is Amit Babu.

                              I hope xpressbees will investigate on this matter and find a solution asap.

                                I had ordered ABN [protected] wall clock from meesho. Delivery person said he is infront of my home to delivery the product and asked me to share otp and told that he will give product to my mother. But he didn't delivered the product. Such a fraudulent people are working in Xpress bee and later he responded so rudely and blocked my number.

                                His name is Malthesh ([protected])and I came to know he has done fraud acts with so many people like how I got fooled by his words

                                Please do take necessary action against this person. Definitely he will be a big criminal one day and threat to our country.

                                    I ordered my product in TATACLIQ on March 4 2022, and they assigned Xpressbees for delivery, and I received a notification yesterday that your package is in out for delivery, but till today I didn't receive any call from Xpressbees and the my package also not delivered yet, but in status they updated as customer wants future delivery and also they mentioned, "Our logistics partner attempted to deliver your product but could not do so. They may call you to re-attempt delivery of your product. Please ensure you or someone you know is available to collect your order". And it clearly shows the fraudulent behaviour of Xpressbees to hide their poor service. Also I hope this not new to Xpressbees because I could see many of them have already raised several complaints about the same.

                                      The delivery man of the agency took the product and never updated it and neither gave any message of pickup confirmation. The product was taken but now they are denying because he didn't updated any such message. Meesho help team is also of no use. They are just delaying the issue instead of solving it.
