This is my reverse pick up awb no [protected], [protected], [protected] reason mention are a arbitrary behaviour and i have not tell the reason but he mention that so kindly check and not coming the pick up address and not attempt the product picking kindly take action against the issue regarding otherwise, Hub address - Kalahandi Kesinga HuB manager name-devanada gupta sr. Name tulu mishra this hub all are like a arbitrary behaviour kindly take a investigation and tell me the issues.

            Hai sir,
            As i am booked one parcel number AWB [protected] & AWB [protected] not yet received, when i am asking the my parcel form Amachal Office (Kattakkada, Trivandrum, kerala) owner sanu ([protected]) sooraj ([protected]) and abhishek ([protected]) for AWB [protected] shouting and threatening , we are made the payment and listening abuse what type of services are providing to customer .. if you are not ready to deliver the product don't want why you are abusing .i will go with consumer court (consumer protection act 1986) and GST office also, They are proving GST number we made the payment forshouting and threatening and listening abuses and delivered to someone else . when i am inforne to their supervisor (vipin wilson [protected]) (vipin.[protected]@xpressbees.com) there is no response . pls investigate this issue and provide the proper solution ..

                This is a most third class courier service expressbees.
                I'm also worked at tata 1mg green valley then green valley delivered via DOT time & responsibility is good but now this time ex pressbees totally hampar customer service.
                See this image below destination location Bethuadahari arrived tow days ageo but parcel not be delivered.
                Whats the issue .. At first think about this is not a beuti products this is a madical parcel & totally argent product. Why hold expressbees madicin on delivery location ??? Why they to late extra 2 days & delay to deliver.
                Still I'm not recieved medicine.
                I want give some steps against expressbees otherwise I'm living 1mg & my family also friend circle all person say about this issue and fraud

                  Every day i call customer care service and they always said that it will be delivered tomorrow. Every day i get text message from them that ee are not able to fulfill your delivery request as you choose option for late delivery. Worst service ever . I have never selected any option for delivery. I have fully pais for this and Now I don't have any option. Custom care is jot resolving this problem. PLEASE DO TAKE ACTION.

                    Fellow Delivery boy contacted me that he is coming, i told him to come tomorrow, he is arguing to much very disgusting guy not ready to wait immediately he cancelled the order very bad impression of Xpress bee service and the service also

                        Already 18 days over I didn't get Purcell. No reply from customer care also. I am not getting any correct information also. Where is Purcell. Why company people are no seeing this matter seriously. If you can not delivered the Purcell then why you are taking that.

                          I am Silpa Shree Mohanty I have ordered John Player's Slim fit knitted grey shirt with tracking ID [protected] order #FL[protected] and AWB:[protected] worth Rs.791 on 12 Feb 2022.
                          It showed on the ajio app that order is out for delivery so I called the delivery guy. He received my call and said in a rude manner that he will be reaching out in 1 hour. Then I got a message that my order is cancelled because I tried to open the package. This is utterly ridiculous he didn't even show up nor did he call. So I called him back why didn't he deliver my parcel to which he replied very rudely even used slangs and said he will not deliver my package. He even imposed false allegations that I tried to tear the package the fact is he didn't even show up. This is totally unacceptable.
                          [protected] this is his phone number. I want this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible and want my parcel to the earliest.

                              My family members is sended a parcel to me from xpressbees on 5 Feb and parcel estimated delivery date is 11 Feb 2022, and today is 16 Feb, 6 days gone but parcel is not delivered yet . I'm contacting xpressbees customer service but they are not picking up the call. And on 10th Feb parcel is in delhi ncr after that there is not any updates on tracking details and in parcel there is food and clothing item is there . I'm afraid from issue . They only telling from 6 days to me please wait for 24 hours daily. Please help me out of this problem 🙏 😭

                                I have booked items from firstcry app (Pre paid). Without deliver the items, they updated status as delivered by Xpress bees logistics. Already one week over. I tried to call delivery boy but he is also not responding properly. Kindly help us.

                                  Had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 9th February . On the 14th of february it showed as out for delivery and on the 14 th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product. Plz help me to receive my product .

                                      It's to draw your kind attention to the following incident where the delivery person (M- [protected]) forcefully snatched my phone to give himself a good feedback without which he'd not deliver me the parcel, citing this has been made compulsory from the company.

                                      Since when giving good feedback has been made compulsory from the courier company? He denied to deliver the parcel to any others but to only me so that he can force me to give him good feedback.

                                      Although the feedback provided by me (fb.xbees.in/YFNeHw8g) was good but it's one of my worst experience with Xpressbees & I urge you take necessary actions as deemed fit.
