Every day i call customer care service and they always said that it will be delivered tomorrow. Every day i get text message from them that ee are not able to fulfill your delivery request as you choose option for late delivery. Worst service ever . I have never selected any option for delivery. I have fully pais for this and Now I don't have any option. Custom care is jot resolving this problem. PLEASE DO TAKE ACTION.

Fellow Delivery boy contacted me that he is coming, i told him to come tomorrow, he is arguing to much very disgusting guy not ready to wait immediately he cancelled the order very bad impression of Xpress bee service and the service also

Already 18 days over I didn't get Purcell. No reply from customer care also. I am not getting any correct information also. Where is Purcell. Why company people are no seeing this matter seriously. If you can not delivered the Purcell then why you are taking that.

I am Silpa Shree Mohanty I have ordered John Player's Slim fit knitted grey shirt with tracking ID [protected] order #FL[protected] and AWB:[protected] worth Rs.791 on 12 Feb 2022.
It showed on the ajio app that order is out for delivery so I called the delivery guy. He received my call and said in a rude manner that he will be reaching out in 1 hour. Then I got a message that my order is cancelled because I tried to open the package. This is utterly ridiculous he didn't even show up nor did he call. So I called him back why didn't he deliver my parcel to which he replied very rudely even used slangs and said he will not deliver my package. He even imposed false allegations that I tried to tear the package the fact is he didn't even show up. This is totally unacceptable.

We are a seller on meesho and our return packets are not being delivered by the courier boy. We have incurred a huge loss due to same. Kindly check and solve the matter.

My family members is sended a parcel to me from xpressbees on 5 Feb and parcel estimated delivery date is 11 Feb 2022, and today is 16 Feb, 6 days gone but parcel is not delivered yet . I'm contacting xpressbees customer service but they are not picking up the call. And on 10th Feb parcel is in delhi ncr after that there is not any updates on tracking details and in parcel there is food and clothing item is there . I'm afraid from issue . They only telling from 6 days to me please wait for 24 hours daily. Please help me out of this problem 🙏 😭

I have booked items from firstcry app (Pre paid). Without deliver the items, they updated status as delivered by Xpress bees logistics. Already one week over. I tried to call delivery boy but he is also not responding properly. Kindly help us.

Had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 9th February . On the 14th of february it showed as out for delivery and on the 14 th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product. Plz help me to receive my product .

I haven't receive the order, it is showing as delivered in the website. Delivery person checked in our society but delivered other orders and left.

It's to draw your kind attention to the following incident where the delivery person (M- [protected]) forcefully snatched my phone to give himself a good feedback without which he'd not deliver me the parcel, citing this has been made compulsory from the company.

Since when giving good feedback has been made compulsory from the courier company? He denied to deliver the parcel to any others but to only me so that he can force me to give him good feedback.

Although the feedback provided by me (fb.xbees.in/YFNeHw8g) was good but it's one of my worst experience with Xpressbees & I urge you take necessary actions as deemed fit.

We ordered the material from Techtronics Ahmedabad worth 23K.

they did not deliver the materail instead shown as deliverd the material..

we have proof that they did not come to our office.

My product is shipped and out for delivery for about 3 days.I am trying to connect to the delivery boy assigned for delivery but he not taking my call. If i am calling them from another number he is picking the call but when i share my details he would say let me check then cut the phone. The details of him as given below

He is the worst delivery boy. I am complaining about your company on the consumer complaint forum. This is a scam company which not delivering orders from Ajio. I am also complaining Ajio for the same.

I ordered a product through CRED. They delivered a product from Tata Cliq. In the courier the delivery address is mentioned as Gurgon. I am living in bangalore. They delivered the gurgaon courier to me. While reaching out to the local delivery manager he started shouting and asking me to call who ever i can. After tried so many times to customer Support they responded only once.

Hi sir, I had ordered 3d floral bedsheet product from naaptol on 24/01/22 and it has reached courier office in Ernakulam on 29/01/22. From that date tracking message received that " customer wants future delivery". But nobody called me for the delivery and they repeatedly uploading the same message till 7th february. On 8th feb they returned the product to naaptol. I had called several times xpressbees courier agent, but no proper response. Please take necessary action against wrong update and hereafter these issues should not affect another customer.

The delivery agent never showed up at my address and I was available. No sms sent to me about delivery code. Inspite of this, how could you update status falsely to "customer not available"???

This particular person responsible for the pick and delivery of our parcels who deliver to our location have been repeatedly rude in behaviour to us number of times. We’ve let this slide but this time it was way out of the line. Here is his given number +[protected]. Therefore I’d like for Expressbees to look into this matter and do something about his rude behaviour with a follow up of what happened thereafter. Thank you

Delivery person everytime denied to pickup my boat head phones which is within exchange warrenty. This is happening for consequtive three times. He only told that he has immense pressure of delivery and will not be able to come. At the end of the day update false information as wrong delivery address as a fake reason for non delivery.. Amazon, Flipkart like companies delivered product in the same address. such type of harrasment of a customer ?? I am attaching the massages I got in support of my complaint.I have connected with boat customer care but no action was taken.

As a customer why the logistics should be the headache of customer ?? Why customer need to suffer such misbehavior ?? There is absolutely no accountability from any side.

Hello my name is Kokate, my parcel from clovia is dispached from xpressbees.
I got message at evening 6.26 that my parcel is out for delivery. But the delivery agent didn't show up and in next 15 minutes I got message that customer denied otp based delivery. But I was at home available to receive my parcel and no one came for delivery.
