The sad part is that the order situation is not getting uploaded on the link, it’s 2 days late already, the seller is not willing to help & I am stuck because of the courier not being received. Upon trying to talk to the customer care executive, it’s no success.

            This courier service is such a pathetic I should say, I have sent one box which contains branded 9 T shirts which MRP of Rs.[protected] each and we sent the parcel to shirdi. When our relative has got the shipment, He opened the parcel and got only one ladies white doctor shirt. All the 9 T shirts was lost and when I call to customer care no.[protected], I spoke with some male person. He was saying only one sentence (sorry ma'am I can't help you in this matter). I asked him to connect my call to his senior but he said the same thing (sorry ma'am I can't help you in this matter). He said that we did not make any mistake. So I will suggest you all before sending any material from this company, think 100 times because they will not accept there mistake at all. Also I would like to request to police that please help us in this matter because it is overall 20000 loss for us.

              I have ordered a shirt on weetonic.com, which is shipped through xpressbees on 1st Dec 2021 bearing AWB#[protected]. It is almost 1 month, still, the shipment is not yet delivered to me. I called and emailed the xpressbees customer care multiple times, but of no use. The online status against the shipment is updated as customer not available, customer wants evening delivery, customer wants next day delivery, which is totally wrong. They never called me, nor I never asked them to reschedule the delivery. It is mental torture for me. Either you deliver it or send it back to the shipper.
              Please help resolve the issue

                Most worst courier service ever, they will provide updates every day but every day your shipment will be in same city from this centre to other centre other to another and so on they will play intracity courier atleast 7 days and, in their tagline they will claim themselves as fastest courier service

                  I ordered from zoomin.com. they couriered through xpressbees. Daily they updated customer is not available or long pincode after 1 week xpressbees returned my order to zoomin. Why do you accept courier from zoomin if it not serviceable area..
                  I placed 3 orders at a time 1 is delivered and remaining 2 are returned.
                  Why do you waste customers time.

                        I have placed an order from firstcry on 31 december 2021 and its shown that my order will be delivered on 6 th of january 2020.

                        All other items from the order were delivered except order id[protected], has not been delivered .

                        Its almost 5 days late, how can i assure that my order is not damaged or how long should i wait.

                        Its already in my district why xpressbee is not delivering the product which is a few kilometres away.

                            I placed an order on Ajio for a dress. The dress has been delivered to me and you guys informed Ajio that my dress has not been delivered. I paid 5000 for that dress to the courier boy on his Gpay number as it was COD. Now I can’t return/exchange that outfit coz on Ajio app it says undelivered. Kindly resolve my issue.

                              I have ordered a pair of shoes from ajio and you were supposed to deliver the product to me I have beeen waiting since a week and I haven’t gotten any call or an attempt to deliver the product at my doorstep it directly updates the status to we have tried delivering but we couldn’t as you were not responding I was waiting for the delivery personnel to call me and after it had updated it had said we’ll try delivering in the next 48 hrs that is today they haven’t come to my house nor made a call regarding it and it had again been updated to will try delivering it again in the next 48 hrs what the hell is this you don’t even have a good customer care service this is pathetic
                              Help me with it ASAP

                                      Shipment is in my town since more than a week and it's not delivered even after several follow ups. Delivery boy wrongly updating that address is incomplete or customer not available. Address can't be incomplete as it was a exchange product for which delivery & return puck up is done in past. It at all he is facing issue in reaching to the location he should have called me. They have pathetic service. I don't recommend xpressbees service to anyone.

                                        A parcel was supposed to reach my CUSTOMER on 4th January 2022 with AWB no. [protected] however the delivery was never attempted and the parcel is returning back to origin. What kind of ### services is this if you guys are charging ample Money provide service to the mark. The CUSTOMER service call number is even worse they won't even connect you to an executive. Look into this as soon as possible so that it can be delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER was at home all the time and didn't even receive a single message how the hell did the CUSTOMER returned the product.please do your work responsibly we are small businesses and this kind of things affect our business
