      Shipment is in my town since more than a week and it's not delivered even after several follow ups. Delivery boy wrongly updating that address is incomplete or customer not available. Address can't be incomplete as it was a exchange product for which delivery & return puck up is done in past. It at all he is facing issue in reaching to the location he should have called me. They have pathetic service. I don't recommend xpressbees service to anyone.

        A parcel was supposed to reach my CUSTOMER on 4th January 2022 with AWB no. [protected] however the delivery was never attempted and the parcel is returning back to origin. What kind of ### services is this if you guys are charging ample Money provide service to the mark. The CUSTOMER service call number is even worse they won't even connect you to an executive. Look into this as soon as possible so that it can be delivered to the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER was at home all the time and didn't even receive a single message how the hell did the CUSTOMER returned the product.please do your work responsibly we are small businesses and this kind of things affect our business

          daily i recieve a message from Xpressbees that my parcel would deliver to me today. but in the evening i got a message that customer is not available where as i am available. this is happening to me since last 4 days regularly. deliver my parcel to me by tomorrow otherwise i will complaint about you in consumer court and your site got finished. worst company ever. i had called many times and tell my complaint in head office yet i cant recieve my parcel.

            I have ordered from trell on 21st dec 2021 nd order was packed on same day but Xpressbees pickup my order on 24th dec from Bhiwandi, maharastra nd it reached patna, bihar on 26th dec.i.e only 2 days it reached from maharastra to bihar, now on 26th dec it's showing in transit from patna to my area around only 20 km, now it's been 11 days since it reached XPRESSBEES patna nd also no lockdown in bihar, didn't get my parcel yet after 16 days of order

                      I sent a parcel through Xpressbees on 11th Dec' 21 and status was shown on track was totally fake and parcel was not delivered till fate. One time they said customer not available, and second time they said delivered to customer and very next minute, status updated ( out for delivery). Totally fake delivery status and even no sign of the concerned person was registered. I have been talking to the concerned person from last 2 weeks but with no positive response. Highly disappointed. If somebody lost his/ her important documents, from whom they will get recovered. Xpressbees not understand it's customers concerns at priority. Why these types of courier companies still operating. They should be legally banned by the government. My AWB no : [protected] for your reference. If this company still feel the shame and having any respect of their customers then do the needful at the earliest.

                        I had ordered from BurgerBae clothing and the shipment had arrived at Imphal since last 2-3 days but I’m getting false response as customer unavailable etc when there was no attempt for delivery or calls.

                            This is the worst company I have ever encounter why they take the responsibility when they can't delivered the paracel on time.                               Bought items from saaboo.com which was to be delivered by Xpressbees. But for the last 3 days, the status is falsely getting updated to Customer not at address, not reachable by phone, and suddenly today the status was updated to "Customer wants future delivery". No calls were ever made and looking at other complainants it seems this is strategy of them for lost shipments or shipments stolen/misplaced by their employees.

                              Xpressbees is not responding to email correspondence and their customer service representatives over phone remain extremely busy without any callbacks.

                              I haven’t received my order via ajio a pair of shoes there was no delivery personnel who came to my house to deliver the product not have they called me it directly updated itself to future delivery I waited today also for the product as it was showing will try delivering soon in the nxt 24-48 hours this is pathetic I haven’t gotten my order and it was suppose to come 6 days ago
                              The fake company product is handled by xpressbee, and the delivery person has no etticates to talk. And I spoil my money in this ###, online shopping clothing... ashamed o[censored] xpressbee that u carry these fake...company product

                                    Today on 27th Dec 2021 I got a message that your product is out for delivery but which was in their hub for the last 17 days for which I was following up with both the parties i.e. seller as well as the courier partner. but after a long follow-up and request today I got a message that it's been delivered but to my surprise, I haven't received any calls for OTP, and the product was marked delivered without actually delivering it to me.
                                    I have ordered that product on the 4th of Dec but even after waiting so long, I haven't received any product just wasting my time on them.

                                      I had ordered books for my exams and I was expecting the delivery to be made on 25-Dec-2021.

                                      The company has delayed the delivery for 2 days, today being 27-Dec-2021, I was told that the shipment is out for delivery.

                                      However, I got a message stating the delivery was attempted, which was not as I had cancelled all my programs for the books as they were very important for my upcoming exams.

                                      I contacted XpressBees and all the executives hung up the call. I feel I am cheated as the consideration has been paid and no attempt or communication is being done.

                                      XpressBees and their executives are actively being involved in fraudulent activities.

                                      In an ideal scenario, whenever the goods are out for delivery, the contact details of the delivery partner needs to be shared with the customer.

                                      In the given case, XpressBees is not sharing this with the customer which is encouraging the delivery partner to leverage such fraudulent trade practice.

                                      They simply go ahead and say, the delivery was attempted and none were there to collect without any facts and truth, typical XpressBees you see...

                                      If Olympics had a sport that takes into account poor customer handling techniques, Amitava Saha (Founder of XpressBees) is going to make India proud.

                                        For COD shipment, wrongly paid Rs.200.00 Extra.
                                        Immediately next day morning informed customer care couple of times and I was assured that, I''ll get extra paid money back within 24 hours. It's almost more than 2 weeks but no response from them. Reminded for the same at least 5-7 times through email, called CC 4-5 times but no response.
                                        It's very worst experience with this company. They have very rudely behaving courier/ delivery boys. Their customer care officers will speak with you very sweetly and give false assurance and closes the complaint without any proper resolution.
                                        Beware of such companies.
